!!!!!! My first time coming there I ordered my food takeout it was amazing just a basic everything bagel with lox and cream cheese! I’m about to head back and get another one!

Excellent food and reasonably priced. Based on the negative reviews about the staff, if you cop an attitude they will give it back. Realize you may need to wait to get in. But the wait is worth it. Yes they use paper and plastic but you aren’t going to Ruth Chris get over it.

The absolute worst place I have ever been. If I could give it a -10 I would. A place like this should not be in the service industry. If I treated my customers as bad as I was talked to by the owner I would be out of business. As they should be and will be soon. Do a yourself favor and find another bagel place. I never even got to taste the food. I walked out.

Not sure why so many one star reviews but I think the place is great in all aspects. 5 star rating for food quality, Service and cleanliness and pricing.Sharon was our waitress, I urge you ask for her for the best experience. I will come here from now on

Great breakfast at reasonable prices.

The owners at Bagels & More are fantastic people. They run the operation the right way. The food is five star first grade. Number one, I would recommend Bagels & More than anybody and everybody. Try it once youll always go back.

First time here. The pastrami sandwich was delicious and fresh. They give Friendly Excellent service! We will definitely be back!

I ordered a bagel with egg and cheese and a coffee without looking at the menu after my food arrived I asked if there was any potatoes or any french fries that come with the meal and she told me that is not what you ordered I then proceeded to look at the menu and I noticed that you could get egg and cheese with potato and a coffee for $4 while I was being charged $8 for a bagel with egg and cheese and coffee with no on fries all of this is okay with me until I got to the manager and started discussing the issue with her and she wouldnt really listen to me no matter what I explained to her and I really just dont understand why the waitress couldnt tell me to order with home fries for $4 I really am not clear why I had to pay $8 when I got half of the food comes for the $4 meal. On top of that management told me its a new menu, not sure what she is trying to say, like its my fault that the waitress didnt tell me that

The food is pretty decent, but they use an *unbelievable* amount of plastic. For a sitdown meal, I was served with Styrofoam cups, platic cutlery, and paper plates. To me, I cant support a business that creates so much waste and I hope they eventually switch over to any kind of reusable flatware and dishes.

Good food and clean

I’ve been eating here for over 20 years. The food and service is amazing as well as the family that owns the restaurant. It’s a busy small spot expect to wait but once you get your food from Rick it will be worth the wait. I’m also Brown just wanted to mention that based on the racist review that was left also there’s many people of color that work and dine at the restaurant.

I went there for breakfast. Quick and friendly service . Good food, the waitress came twice to refill our coffees. Not expensive.

Great local deli. Prices were very reasonable, super friendly. Enjoyed everything! We like food with no pepper or other seasoning and they were able to make it plain for us.

Worst service EVER! Over charged us by $30 on a $20 take-out order and then blamed us for not being “specific” when it’s their job to verify and clarify ones order. We tried giving back all the extra food he claimed we ordered and he refused to take it back or provide any credit or any sort of resolution. Plus, got extremely loud and aggressive with me.I can tell by the other reviews this is a normal thing for this restaurant. Never returning here again!

Dont eat here. I wanted to give this restaurant no stars because of their use of styrofoam and plastic ware, all disposable items, that leave a huge environmental foot print on our city. Bags and bags of materials that do not break down make this a no no for me. When I approached the cashier or owner, wrongly thinking they went to paper plates, to commend her for doing so, she answered me with sarcastic, We still use styrfoam. When I told her I took my commendation back, she said, I dont care what you think, youre not my customer. So if you want to be part of the problem, enjoy your bagels and cream cheese.

I can think of two awesome breakfast joints in the immediate area that dont serve you on a paper plate and styrofoam cup with plastic knives and forks. Not trying to be a snob, but come on....

The « lady » in the cashier didn’t know what a “cortadito” is ... when I asked her she said “if I even knew what the hell that is” terrible have to hear this early in the morning. They just have American coffee... not even ask for café con leche o capuccino they won’t know ...

Delicious bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, but Im still never returning, because I cant remember the last time that Ive felt so uncomfortable immediately upon entering a cafe.I walked in, laptop and charger in hand, and started looking around for a free table with an outlet. Shirley, the owner, comes up to me and is quite brash about asking me if I am ordering to go, if I want a menu, then trying to place at a small table, rather than a big one, which seems to be her priority.I explain that I am look for an outlet, but she does not seem to give my needs much importance, and I finally give up and order to go. It doesnt help that every other patron is White and old, while I am Brown and youngish-looking, which makes me feel like theres an element of racism to this interaction.That feeling is reinforced when I try to go back to the bathroom, which is down a hallway past the kitchen, and another lady looks at me with alarm on her face and asks can I help you?The bathrooms are in the back, so where else would I be going--her question doesnt make sense.Never again.

They were closing didnt feel well and needed some soup and the owner went in the kitchen got a big cup of soup bring it out and wouldnt even charge me Ive been a loyal customer this place ever since excellent food even better service
