I was there on Friday. Before I showed up I called to let the mechanic know that I only needed 2 tires . Because my driver side tire picked up a nail.So I purchased 2 brand new tires. I elaborately explained the tire I was replacing had a nail. they took off my DAMAGED BACK tires . and put them in the front. My FRONT Tires were perfectly fine. Now I have 2 brand new back tires. But now my front tires are the damaged tires that have patches. Never did I say I needed my front tires to be you touched.& they refused to inform me of that change. They refused to give me back my tires . When my husband explained to him not to touch the front tires . He rudely brushed him off and told him to get away: I will never go back to this place .

Michel is one of the best mechanic in South Florida.Hes usually knows what the issue regarding the car with only giving him a brief statement of the problems. He understands Germany cars and more than others mechanics. I have taken my Mercedes and Audi car and he knew how to diagnose the problem.

Had an unexpected metal scrap puncture my tire. I was right in front of the Goodyear on Hollywood Blvd and about 28th Ave. I called and Goodyear said it would be a 4.5 hour wait for a patch/plug, but a BRAND new tire would be a 1.5 hour wait (for a brand new $200 tire).I managed to google map another tire shop nearby and Hollywood Tires popped up. I called and asked if they patch/plug tires and how long the wait would be. They said they do patch/plug and just come right in, no wait!I spoke to Michel once I got there, told him the issue, and he said it would take 45 min tops and only a fraction of the price Goodyear offered.Phenomenally quick service. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices.10/10 would absolutely go again

I was very disappointed in Michel the owner. I was recommended to him and realized he was not as reliable as one should be. I changed my mind to have any work done at his shop for his lack of consideration and honesty. I did not appreciate his carelessness by having me make an appointment then brushing me off!You don’t tell a customer to make an appointment then tell them you are too busy. Very careless and it was just a very dissatisfied experience. I really had a great concept but that is completely changed. Terrible customer service!!!!

Great service. Quick, honest, and normally inexpensive. These mechanics wont give you the run around. Theyll tell you exactly whats wrong and how long/much it will be to fix your vehicle. Ive been coming here since 2015, and Id never go back to the dealership garages.

My grandpa found this place by chance when his car broke down, mechanics fixed his truck quickly for a reasonable price (replaced coils). Came back with my brother to recharge the freon for both our cars. They have fast service and good customer service! Will be returning.

Visited them for the first time for new brakes and disks needed on my car. Being new to the area, I was very cautious since finding a good, honest mechanic is very difficult these days. However, their friendly and professional demeanor since the start was a good sign. The quote price was very reasonable, and they offered to take the car right away. It was done on time, as they promised. The brakes are working much better than before. Ill be returning there for any future repairs.

I went to this business on 3/29/16 to get a price for some work and because the price was reasonable and they were able to fit me in I ended up leaving my car to let them do the work! When I got my car everything was fine but 2 days later I smelled a strong chemical smell and I took the car back because I was afraid something was wrong so the mechanic took my car and in less than 5mins came back to say all is well but my A/C needs work that will cost almost $400 but they didnt mention that the other day so I couldnt understand why he mentioned it! Needless to say my A/C stopped working that day and so did my radio! When I got home I noticed they opened the panel to the radio and A/C so I now believe they are shady!! I am very disappointed because I really wanted to like this company!

These guys are the BEST! Honest and decent. I have a 1967 Kharmann Ghia and my wife has a 1957 Chevy Belair and these guys were the only ones that I trust to fix them. My wifes Belair was leaking oil. We went to Circle Car Care, they seriously ripped us off. They charged us over 1,000 dollars and the car was still leaking and they told us it would cost ANOTHER 1000 to get it repaired so there would be no leaks. My wife balked and we said, never mind, just fix the leak you already charged us for. They were NOT willing to. We took it Hollywood Tire and THEY fixed all three leaks, showed us how Circle Car Care did a poor job and all for about 800 dollars! The car runs like a dream now. Now, they have my Kharmann Ghia and, honestly, theyre the only ones I trust to do the job. I fully and wholeheartedly recommend Hollywood Tire. In fact, last week, the mud guard was peeling off my wifes Hyundai and they fixed it for FREE!! We tipped the mechanic. If you need an honest mechanic, these are the guys.

I went in my car for an estimate, I commented with the owner the problem (change of the torque converter, due to noise and non-constant vibration), very safely and without warning of any type of damage related to that type of repair, he told me that If I could solve my problem, he gave me a spoken estimate and charged me only $ 40. On the day of the repair I took my car and left it in the workshop. That same day they called me to pick up my car. Upon arrival they told me that the bad piece was not the same as in the estimate, they gave me proof of the repair (charging me again the $ 40, which they fixed after my clarification) and I completed the payment. I went out to pick up my car and when I started the car it vibrated in a way I didnt know, when I move the lever to get out the car turns off, try two or three times and it didnt work. I tell the situation to the owner, he goes out and claims the technician in front of me and tells me that I have to leave him. When checking the invoice I see that I recommend a transmission service with the same fluid, but I charge something for transmission fluid. The next business day he tells me that the transmission is useless. I approve to check it and the filter is changed, the fluid is strained and about 3 quarts of new fluid is incorporated. after this the car works in drive but not in reverse, and the vibration continues. I recommend removing 2 missfire and changing the harmonic balancer, change that I made myself. I went back to the workshop because the car was still vibrating. Finally, they dont give a solution to the car and he didnt return my money. The communication is not good. They keep calling me and they dont, and when I do they dont answer me. It is the worst service I have received in this country.
