We ordered the Prodigy in October 2020 and were promised it would be delivered by January 2021. Even with the pandemic, the spa arrived in Ormond Beach on December 28, 2020, after being manufactured and shipped by truck from California. The installation and delivery were done very professionally, as promised, and they coordinated very well with our electrician. Instructions for use and care were given by very knowledgeable technician who answered all our questions and made it easy to learn. All of staff at Spa’s Etc in Daytona Beach are top-notch! Highly recommend them and their quality products! We are loving our spa!!!!

Purchased a Sovereign and use it every day, it is excellent in every respect. The folks at Spa Etc have been outstanding to work with. Helped us through the process of finding the right spa, gave detailed operating instructions at delivery, and have provided extraordinary service after the purchase. Technicians know the product, respond quickly, and quickly diagnose issues and correct them. Overall a great experience all around.

We purchased our first Hot Spring Spa from Spa Etc 15+ years ago to replace a 3 year old spa that rusted and rotted to pieces...literally removed the old spa in a wheel barrel. Over the 15 years the Hot Spring Spa only needed the cover replaced twice and the heater replace once. The other times I called with a problem, Spa Etc service/sales staff saved me a ton of money on service calls by trouble shoot my operator error.Then we moved to a 55 plus community and ordered a new Hot Springs Spa from Spa Etc. for delivery in 9 months. I would not consider switching to any other Spa or dealer given my previous experience even though we had to wait 8 months.A month later I took my wife to the ER with unbelievable back pain. The diagnosis was stenosis and osteoporosis. She was proscribed pain killers and physical therapy. Within 15 minutes of talking with the owner of Spa Etc about my wifes need for therapy, he called and asked how would you like to take delivery 8 months ahead of schedule? I never write reviews...but, there is no way you can top the quality of a Hot Spring Spa or the service provided, before and after sale, by Spa Etc.

The service tech was truly impressive. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was very knowledgeable about my hot tub. He was neat and respectful. I would highly recommend Spas Etc..We purchased from them 8 years ago and have been very happy with our tub. This is the first issue and it was minor. Which was a surprise since weve had to move the tub a number of times. Built very sturdy.

This is my 5 th spa from hot springs Daytona Beach I love the spa, and every time I need any type of service, there quick to get here and fix the problem you’ll be HAPPY I KNOW I AM !!

Bonnie is awesome. We had lots of questions about the different types of spas and how to care for them. She was very patient with us. The delivery was also great. I recommend this store.

My wife and I have enjoyed this spa above all of the others that we have owned since 1988. This is our 5th spa and the very best. The ease in cleaning, the quality of the construction surpasses all of the others without doubt. We use the spa at least three mornings a week and have never had any problems. It is outside of our main bedroom in the weather and with minimal care it still looks brand new. I would purchase another, but I dont see the need anytime soon.

There were several different options to fit your needs. The floor models can be changed out with different interior colors. Same with the siding as well as most of the top covers. The lady at the front was very knowledgeable and and polite. With the Covid Pandemic, of course everything these days has been at a snails pace, of no fault to the company. Could be as late as next August, or it could be months sooner. With 2020, do we really have a calculation for anything? Great place that has the most state of the art equipment thats affordable to be in your home too!

There is no other place I would go ever Hot Springs spa company in Holly Hill Florida ask for Joe the owner of the company his customer service they are one of a kind Donna is great and his professional hot tub customer service they are one of a kind They know exactly what they are doing they are professionals and they get the job done ! We have an older model Hot Springs Spa and it stopped running about a week ago. I called to request service and Bonnie was very helpful with coordinating a time that would work best for us. The service technician, Kevin, called before he arrived as we requested and arrived at our appointed time. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He answered our questions and informed us of the repair procedure. Kevin had everything needed on the spot to complete the repair, and was done in a timely manner. This was an exemplary service experience, and I would highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you!

The people at Hot Spring Spa are awsome. They back up there product. Bonnie sets up the appointment and Kevin is a great tech, very knowledgeable a perfect representation for the company. I highly recommend these professionals.

We love our Jetsetter hot tub. The service we received at Holly Hill was outstanding. They answered every question we had in detail. Now, 5 years later, it is still performing great. We drain in once a year. This year after refilling it, it was leaking. We called Bonnie at Hot Springs in Holly Hill. She said it was probably a washer in the cap where we removed it to drain it. She mailed us a washer and cap and sure enough, that solved the problem. Thanks Bonnie for helping us solve this problem.

I guess they only install Hot Springs models. She asked me once if it was a Hot Springs model and I said no. So then were talking and asked her if the pumps are 110 or 220 and shes like is it a Hot Springs model so I just hung up.

I have had my Hot Springs Spa for 6 years and it is still going strong, we just drained and refilled the spa and the water is crystal clear and so enviting . We stopped by to pick up a new filter which usually just needs to be cleaned, but we decided to replace. We love our hot tub.

Bonnie and the staff are truly the best from sales to service this is our second spa from them, they always go above and beyond for there customers!

Their service people know every mechanical aspect of these tubs, it takes them literally seconds to diagnose any problem. I must admit with me it comes down to operator error. They take the time to help you understand the many great functions Hot Springs tubs have. I would highly recommend Hot Springs Tubs their quality is unmatched.

We have had wonderful service from Dan and Bonnie at Spas Etc. We had some initial issues with our hot tub that the manufacturers basically could not or would not help us with. Dan stayed right on the issue from start to finish and where the manufacturers did not help us, Dan came back in and changed out out our system with no charge, refunded us our money for the upgrade that we had previously purchased and got our Spa sparkling clean and running efficiently. He never gave up on us. I would highly recommend Hot Springs Spa for their service, the purchasing process and their follow-up. From start to finish Bonnie and Dan helped us all along the way

I purchased my Sovereign model in 2013 and we have the Salt Water System. We have had minimal issues with the Spa. On occasion, the service tech would come out and explain a certain procedure we should be following in our “Preventative Maintenance”. Only once have we had a warranty issue and it was immediately corrected.Mike and the staff have always provided excellent customer service and assisted us in all manners and answered all our questions.We highly recommend HOT SPRING SPA and would use this company again should the need arise.

I am forever grateful to Spas Etc. of Daytona. I used my hot tub at least 3 times a week to relax after a stressed-out day at work. The jets are great, and the different seats really allow for whatever type of massage you want. We all fight for the Moto Jet! My hot tub is made with high-quality materials which made it a worthwhile investment. The customer service was great and very helpful. They addressed all the questions and concerns that I had when I made my purchase. They even gave me a follow-up call a couple of weeks later to see how everything was going. The installation team was wonderful, working with all my requests. The costs to heat are minimal. Thank you for providing such a great product with ideal customer care!
