DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! They sold me a fake diamond and would not give me my money back. Avoid this business at all costs!! Terrible.

I bought a 200$ laptop and it doesnt even work cant change the settings or time or anything cant open internet. and all sales are final so im a single mom who needed a laptop for work and is out 200$ thank you so much!

Worst pawn shop ever. Won’t let me test ride a bike nor even start it until I give him money. I came all the way from 2 county’s over to look at this bike to have my chain yanked.

A great place with amazing staff. They are very understanding and lenient (as long as you keep your word). they have a variety of items to choose from, from both their Ormond Beach location and their Palm Coast location. All around a very trustworthy business

Great stuff and good prices

People are quick to give you the minimum amount possible for your item you pawn. Then there phone doesn’t work for multiple days. Days of trying multiple times a day then my item gets sold out from under me. Terrible place to do business. Very unhappy, would not waste your time..

BUYER AND SELLER BE WARE!!! First off I overheard the clerk saying he bought 33 grams of 14k gold for 100 dollars from a customer(really worth around 900 dollars)There prices are absolutly ridiculous, for the junk they have! absolute rip off BE Ware!!

Best customer service! This place really cares about its customers. Honest, and great prices. Plus, while I was there the guy behind the counter was helping out a Spanish couple while speaking to them in Spanish. I certainly doubt anyone in there is a racist, like the one guy posted on here. Never have had a bad experience here. Forsakensouls1 who said this place bought his stolen laptop, had his cousin sell it, and tried to claim it stolen, then lost in court. Hes the scum. I know this because I asked a cop about it

I had a ring cleaned and it was broken in theyre hands they said they would repair it for me and they broke it even more and even put the wrong stone in the ring. They told me if I left it with them again it would be fully repaired and Its been several weeks since Ive seen the ring. Ive been told a number of times that I could come and pick it up but whenever i show up or call they dont have it. The staff is very rude a man named Wyatt hung up in my face this afternoon because I called about the ring again after being told i could pick it up once again today and they dont have it. Im very dissatisfied with theyre service and would never recommend this place to ANYONE.

Not sure what the guy before me has against this place or everywhere else hes rated but this is one of if not the best pawn shops in terms of customer service Ive ever visited.

Nothing makes me madder than when a store is it open for the hours that supposed to be nothing like driving all the way to a pawn store and its closed early Im posting this standing in front of her store at 5:19 theyre supposed to be open till 6 says right so on the door and on line and theyre closed!

Bunch of racist ass holes they didnt want to open the door for me because I was Spanish then the people are rude and absolutely refuse to see if I was in need of any service and then gave me an attitude because I asked to be helped all around trashy place disgusting people
