Love this particular store, they kept our trailer safe, and had very reasonable payment plans, and were so polite and helpful with our situation so that we could keep our trailer, and get it out when we got back in town. You guys rock! Thanks so much!

This store is clean for a Pawn shop and kept neat. The customer service is good too. Im looking for a generator. I bought one here before and it didnt work right. Brought it back about a month later and had absolutely no problem returning it. Good employees here and good management!

EDIT: I am very upset/sad to have to edit and say that for my layaway (first time using layaway) that I am not happy w.my service. The issue was I forgot my due date and when i spoke with someone on the phone the day after it was due I was informed to come and pay or it will be taken. This was a thur/fri, i said i cant today but i can over the weekend or on Mon. Then I asked if that is ok, can i come in on weekends for that, then I was told (by woman on phone) their hours and yes I can but to hurry before its taken off my layaway. I said yes I understand,sooner than later, and i repeated 1x how can I/will they hold it for me 2 come in weekend til mon Mon to pay it and she said its not guaranteed but ok. So I still clarified beforeI hung up by saying ok Ill be in this weekend or Mon. She said ok good/great, something like that and we hung up. Mon comes and i call 2 confirm alls well before i drive there 2 pay it and nope Im told its gone and was taken off my layaway the day it was due WHICH was before my convo w.the lady which means Why did she even have that convo w.me,if it was already out of my possession/layaway?!So then i asked now what since Im new to this and Im told i lost it,my money,etc and i can still get it (no one has bought it yet) and put in layaway again but i was quoted a higher down payment than i initially spent and fyi no,the price wasnt raised...so what the heck!? Im confused and upset...they played me it feels,not before my due date but since. I see why i never messed with layaways or pawnshops....grr.This location is really nice! (First time here) Great selection, not cluttered,very organized and Jose helped me thru my shopping experience. I will definatly come back.

Best pawnshop I ever been to in my life no joke. Got 82 videogames (ps2 PS3 Xbox and 360) for only 40 bucks!!!!! What a wonderful day for my videogame collection. Never had a loot like this expescially at such a low price. Thanks a lot Cash America!! I will be back if I am ever in the area again! You guys are the best!!!!!

Destined to be the next failed and closed pawn shop in the Daytona area. Lazy staff with attitude and garbage items for sale. Horrible. I’d avoid pawning there, the place can’t possibly last much longer the way it’s run and how the employees are.*only placed one star because it wouldn’t let me click no stars. Which is my rating.

Went in to spend on generator and home PC and was rush out by saying we close in 90 seconds which hours of operation is till 7 even with covid hours. Im not the only one this employee was refusing a sale not a pawn but a sale. BAD SALES MAN. Never say no to a sell especially a store full of buyers looking to buy not PAWN .never go back to that location which I have spent thousands in not PAWN but the customer who buys what they get from pawns. This place is one of the saddest places I’ve been to. Because it is in a depressed area with a large number of homeless and people dealing with addiction, this place truly preys on people down on their luck. I understand that it is a pawn shop and it is a business. But what I witnessed in time spent in both Cash America Pawns was nothing short of disgraceful. They tried to give a guy clearly in need pennies on the dollar for a power washer. They offered him $100 for a nice 4000psi Honda powerwasher. They had a powerwasher that wasn’t even brand name and not close to as powerful as his for sale as soon as you walk in for $898! My wife just had her ring appraised at $9,000. Just to see, she asked the woman what she could get Loan on the ring. The woman asked what she was looking for, my wife said maybe a $2000 loan. The woman said oh yeah we could never do that. We have a certificate for the diamond for god sake. Unbelievable! They are crooks to put it nicely.

Good deals - I have never pawned anything there but I have got some discounted rates on electronic, jewelry, fishing reels & poles, and the lost could keep going on. I WOULD CHECK THERE BEFORE PAYING RETAIL AT MOST LOCAL STORES. SOMEONES LOSS CAN BECOME YOUR GAIN.... AND I MEAN LIKE 50% - 75% OFF, & OFTEN WILL STILL BE IN THE BOX OR NEVER EVEN OPENED.... NOT TOO MENTION THEY HAVE A HUGE SELECTION OF JUST ABOUT ANY AND EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY BE LOOKING FOR......

Im two times purchase here something, and i get two times defective item. The employees VERY unhelpful, and slow, and i cant get back my money, the empoyee says i need to purchase something else. ...also very expensive. Forget this pawn shop quickly!!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!I had a couple of things in pawn and told them that I needed one to two more days to pick the items up. I had $20 that I put down to prevent the items from going to the floor. The $20 was accepted. I went the next day to pay off the loan and pick up my SLR, and the item was sold! I asked why and was told that it was past the due date, that I had not paid the $20, etc...Needless to say, I was furious. This was the final piece of straw that broke the camels back. That wasnt the first time either. I had a stereo receiver in pawn and told the manager that I would be coming in a day late(due to a family emergency) to pick the item up and was told that it was sold, and that he had no memory of that conversation taking place.They are not knowledgeable about jewelry. I had taken a few pieces of jewelry in, and they used a magnet to verify that these were gold. There arent many pure gold pieces, since gold is a very soft metal. They use different metals in the alloy and anyone who works in a jewelry shop should know this. I encountered a lady who claimed that she had worked in several jewelry and pawn shops before and knew what she was talking about. This was not the case.I had a ring that she passed a magnet over and the item was attracted to it. Again, its an alloy. The piece was marked .750, which is another way of saying 18k. Since this lady worked in many jewelry shops, she should have known this. She didnt want to take the time to do the chemical test. I have worked closely with jewelers and know a lot about jewelry. Anyway, she didnt end up purchasing the piece. When I got home, I tested out the piece, and of course it tested as 18k.Id also like to point out that they rip you off, whether youre purchasing, selling, or pawning, beware. The interest fees they charge on pawns are exorbitant, they give you nothing for your items, and they rape you on the purchases. Youre better off going to ebay to buy and sell.If you do end up going there, you cant say I didnt warn you. Have fun in the unorganized lines, rude staff who are condescending, the steep prices, the high interest rates, and overall, an awful corporation.

As I was simply looking to do business with this pawn broker, I gave a phone call to the shop prior to showing up as to inquire about a quote on a game console I was looking to sell and halfway through my second sentence, I was abruptly hung up on. Upon calling back for the third time I finally was able to speak with someone else only to now be told they wouldnt purchase my console. This location lacks professionalism, and customer service. Take your business elsewhere !!!

Didnt place the DVD in the case when I bought it, second visit they gave me the wrong power supply for my laptop. Now I have to go back for both.... Good customer service but bad attention to detail. Ill give them one more shot and change my review if the fix the problem.

I went because of reviews I seen and I was very let down with the customer serviced that I had received. I went in last Sunday after speaking with this location over the phone in regards to some white gold necklaces they had for my wife and the upcoming anniversary. They weren’t very specific on what they had And told me to come down and look,which is understandable,so I did.I get there and they were very busy so I patiently waited in a line for nearly half an hour only to show the woman the necklaces that I was interested in and be treated like I was some kind of crook!!!..... She need to see form of payment and ID.I had cash but I had left my wallet at home over 30 miles away I told her I didn’t even have to hold the necklace until after I had purchased it.she would not cooperate at all. so I went right across the street and they took very good care of me.It actually happened to be the woman’s mother that worked at the location across the street. I FAILED TO MENTION I HAD A 2 YEAR OLD WITH ME THE WHOLE TIME. Your customer service costed you my business for good and roughly 4 something yesterday.

The Hispanic woman behind the counter convinced me not to buy anything else. Thanks for being rude because you’re busy. That’s a character flaw. I would have bought another TV had she not snapped at me for laying a tv on it’s face (the safest way to handle a tv.) I took my business to Best Buy and spent $300. Well, just shows how dumb you are lady!

Very rude staff, immediately upon walking in I felt like I was being treated like a Bum desperate for drug money. Twice I brought in unique items of significant value only to turned by their ignorant staff. I brought in a relatively new DJI phantom 3 drone to pawn only to have it turned down because they said theyre only going for $25 online used yet when I pull it up it was going for $600+ on eBay. Completely ignorant rude staff. Find a pawn shop that has a knowledgeable staff like Volusia Gold and Diamond. Those types of pawn shops deserve your business.
