This company is great! We had a fire at our warehouse complex and the fire department cut huge holes in our overhead doors I called a bunch of different companies in the area and none of them would call me back or come out to give me a quote. Boss garage door gave me a quote over the phone and I got lucky enough that they were able to get the doors fast and had them installed with in a couple days. Great company and great people!

Called to have spring replaced. They were able to fix it the same day. They quoted for double spring. They realized I only needed one. Charged half. Very reasonable prices. Would of given 5 stars but my wife said she could hear them cussing. We home school my teenage daughter and she could hear them also...

Called to get garage motor replaced and they were very professional on the phone and accommodating to my schedule. Came out on time and replaced the motor on the spot. They were very knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions and taught us how to use the new panel and remotes. Very friendly and great service! I would recommend this company to anyone and plan to use them when we decide to get a new garage door.

These guys are GREAT. Called number on website and got a call back from Jimmy. We were in the market for a gutter, it was a small job, but Jimmy still came out to give us an estimate and while we were talking, I asked him about re-screening the screens in the back windows, he looked at them and then gave me an estimate on the gutter and a great price on the screens. All the work was completely and installed within 2 weeks. We found Jimmy to be very friendly, professional and honest and we highly recommend Boss Garage Door & Screen Solutions.

Boss did a fantastic job with the installation of my garage door opener. The gentleman that came out was very polite and professional. He did a great job and was in and out in no time. Price was $75 cheaper than the other 4 qoutes I got from other companies in the area. The only reason the 4 stars and not 5 stars is that, I did not know when they was coming out for the installation. I was told that someone would contact me for scheduling. I wasnt contacted until the morning of the installation and was told they had someone was available that day to come out to complete the install.

The time had come to replace my garage door which is somewhat of a unicorn for this mid-century modern. I had four estimates. Each provided new information, a different price and left me with an impression. BOSS was best on all criteria. They did everything as promised, left no sign of having been in my garage except for my fabulous new door. I could not have asked for more. Save time, money and sanity and call BOSS. Great group of guys that really try to go above and beyond what was expected. We had a little issue with the opener about two months after install, and not only did the owner come out to take a look at it, but he offered to upgrade us to the better opener at his cost. He didn’t have to do that, but it made all the difference in the world. Highly recommend these guys for all your replacement garage door needs.

A few years ago we refinished our pool and deck, but hadnt gotten around yet to doing something about the old, rusty, stained kick-plate that was the base of our screen enclosure. He was so helpful and called back when he said they would. Got me scheduled and followed through. The installation was so smooth and Scott and Marcus were fantastic. When you have a broken garage door and are unable to use it, you quickly realize just how important it functioning properly is! Well, ours broke with no warning and then we started searching for a company to come fix it. What an education we got! The first thing we learned was that most of the companies that say local are not! They say they are, they have a local number and they act like they are until they say for example our tech is coming from Titusville! So, we called about 7 companies and got one version of bs or another. Exasperated, we called one more...BOSS, and boy are we glad we did! From the first second Kelli spoke with us on the phone, you could tell she was honest, helpful and most of all sincere. She was genuinely interested in learning the best way to help us rather than treating our call like an interruption. She quickly told us what we needed to know and we agreed to schedule an appointment for the repair. It was like a breath of fresh air honestly! Scott was here at the agreed time and not only quickly did the repair, he also took care of some other things the door needed at no extra charge. We would give Scott and this company 10 stars if we could because they sure earned them. Do yourself a favor if you are having garage door issues or need a new one or whatever, save yourself time, money and aggravation by just calling these folks and let them do their thing.
