Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The installers came when they said they would. The windows came in on Thursday and were installed by Friday! The inspector commented on what a good job they did installing the windows. We are extremely pleased with the windows. We received hurricane proof windows,and I have already noticed the noise from nearby construction is no longer a problem. The trim around the windows looks much better than the old trim we had. In general, everything looks great! We feel secure knowing that we are protected if a hurricane hits(we live by the beach) Thank you ABACO!

I had estimates from 3 other window companies .These other companies took days to come and give me an estimate and their prices were significantly higher. Jennifer from Abaco came the same day, measured my windows and sliders and was able to give me an estimate the same day. Since their price and product were by far the best I was given by anyone else I had Crystal and Cuba walk me through the purchase and service contract. I ordered the windows and sliders and they arrived at the store in 9 weeks (the delay was due to the covid virus affecting the production of the windows and sliders). Crystal scheduled my installation within just a few days and the crew of Joe, Mike and Jason showed up on time and ready to work. They had all the windows and sliders installed within one day. They truly are the A team. They removed the old windows and doors and cleaned up the mess made by the demo and installation. I can not believe how nice my new windows and sliders look and perform. My electric bill also went down by almost 20 percent. I am one very happy and satisfied customer.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Abaco Windows. We had a few companies come out to supply estimates. We chose Abaco as one because they’d been in business over 15 years locally and had great reviews. The owners themselves came to measure and give us the estimate. Abaco not only had the best price, they didn’t take up a ton of our time with demonstrations and more information than we needed (but answered all our questions/concerns knowledgeably), or employ scare tactics (this deal is only good for the next two days!) as one big company did.When it was time to pull the trigger, they had all the paper work in order and it was a smooth, easy process. The windows arrived in the time frame stated, the installation crew showed up on time, were professional, respectful of us and our home, and all working together like a well-oiled machine. They encountered an issue (because of the house, not the new doors), installing the sliding doors, but took it in stride, solved it quickly and did a great job. They were very thorough in explaining everything overall and did a good job cleaning up after themselves on departure.The inspection was scheduled immediately (passed) and the owner followed up shortly after. I am confident if there is ever an issue with any windows that Abaco will respond immediately and appropriately. They’re a local company with a great ethic — I’d choose them again over one of the “big guys”, hands down.

I live in South Carolina and my significant other has a brother who lives in Daytona Beach. He is handicapped. He needed some of the windows in his house replaced but we were not familiar with a window contractor in Daytona. I contacted a general contractor in the Daytona area and she highly recommended Abaco Windows. She had worked with the company on one or two construction jobs and was impressed with their work. I contacted the company and explained the situation with the brother and they were very understanding and accommodating. The price was competitive. The company sent a representative out to measure the windows and gave me an estimated cost. After the job was agreed to they sent a second person out to check the measurements before ordering the windows. There was a few weeks delay getting the windows in from the manufacturer due to the pandemic. Once the windows wee received they arranged for the installation in a matter of days and co-ordinated the timing with me. All reports are that the windows were properly installed and approved by the City of Daytona building inspector. Working with them was a good experience and I would not hesitate to use their services again and will gladly recommend the company to others.

They were good to put down protective pads before beginning and to clean up once they finished.The windows were recommended by a friend, and the installation was top quality.

We had over 20 windows to replace, obtained quotes from 3 different companies and Abaco was the best priced as the other companies with their product being just as good if not better. Months later as we had questions about an approaching hurricane, Cubs sent his crew over to cover a window that we hadnt had time to replace yet, then came over himself to problem solve boarding up our other windows.
