Absolutely terrible service I was getting a bed the date they called me saying they did not have my bed and that they could deliver me some thing the next day when that day came there was still no bed

When i used to rent from rent a center they were always polite and they always tried to find you the best deals. I would suggest this place to anyone who cannot buy furniture or electronics outright and come here to make payments and get it delivered. :)

Great place to go. The staff goes out of their way to assist you, even when they are busy. Not 1 of them loose their cool. Great job folks

I have never met better staff then here. I have paid off a couch, pay weekly on my washer and dryer, and also have a computer from them. Such amazing waythey treat there customers.

The blonde lady manager and Jessica are awesome Im going to say that before I explain how completely horrible the delivery guys were. My bed is completely screwed up, wasnt even put together fully or correctly! Now nice men that are supposed to be on the way home to their families are now on their way to my house to fix this catastrophe. Ridiculous!!!!

Horrible customer service! Ordered a couch, tv, etc from them- they charged my credit card for a full month, called me a week later wanting another payment. Told them I just paid for a month, they didnt believe me, said they had no records of it. Made me come all the way down there myself (costing me around $90 in cab fare) and show them my credit card statement. When I showed it to them they said Fine, whatever. Next time you cant use a credit card. To which I said like hell I cant, this is America. Blah blah blah, like I said terrible customer service, and watch your credit card statements they DO make mistakes.

This place is a scam!!!! Brian, the store manager is a pathetic liar. I purchased a bedroom set, delivery arrived, and the bed was not to my liking. Called the next day and asked for a different bed, but same set (Juararo). Was told that he could not place the order until that Monday. Called that Monday and was told that he was not in. Called Tuesday and finally got Brian on the phone and was told that he still could not process my order. RAC has a 7 day policy on returns. After, waiting on new bed to be ordered this put me over the 7 day grace period. I ended up having RAC come pick the furniture up because at that point I was frustrated and forced to look at a bed that I did not like. I was told that I could not get my money back after making both my initial payment and weekly payment. So, I ended up losing money with no furniture to show for. This place is a total scam. Please look elsewhere. In addition, both his team members are no better. They have the worst attitude. You are rushed and not thoroughly taken care of. They offer no suggestions on picking out furniture if you are confused on what to purchase. You will end up totally dissapointed with this company. If I could give this store zero stars I would.

In My Case I Had a Fantastic Experience with This Team RAC on Holly Hill than Best Buy, Sears,JC Penny Rooms to Go, Or Buddies, They Took Care of Me with Proffecionalism and Made Me Feel like Part of the Family, They Explained Everything on the Contract, Answered All My Questions Clearly and Understandable, Made the Delivery on Time and Installation and I cant Complain About Anything cause I Have No Excuses, They Have a Great Team which Surprised me cause I Never Dealt with Them Before was Used to Other companies which I Mentioned Before, All I Can Say is Thank You Brian, Jessica, Mike and Herm You Guys Rock and Ill See You Soon!!!

These people are horrible. Execpt for the lady that works there dont ever rent from theses guys poor customer service bad attitudes they all need to be fired they tell me they cant fix there product that is broken and that i cover all costs

This place honestly sucks, sent one man to install a large refrigerator by himself and damaged door frames, & floors. when called to get it fixed was told someone would come look at it & havnt received a call about it in 2 months

They are so rude in here seriously they are the rudest place I’ve ever walked into was looking for a couch the men working behind the counter I asked about a couch He said it belong to another store I asked him if he could get one like it he told me to go to rooms to go he could not help me and walked away let’s just say his name starts with a B Has absolutely no customer service I’ve been with Rent-A-Center for a long time just moved to the area came here will never be back very bad management and owners for letting this go on this is twice I’ve been in here and treated rudely will not be back

I have nothing but good things to say about the store in the Winn Dixie plaza on Nova Rd. They are professional and very friendly. And they went out of their way to help me out when they didnt have to thank you. I will be back again
