Went to see about getting my dryer fixed and Tony had me up and running the same day. Very honest, would highly recommend!

Just purchased a gently used/refurbished washer and dryer from New 2 You Appliances in Holly Hill and couldn’t be more satisfied. Brandy and Tony went out of their way to make sure it all worked out well. The price was right and the service is excellent. I would highly recommend them for any appliance needs.

No call no show. Never even came back to fix what we bought from them. Definitely dont recommend

Had Bruce come out for a washer repair Monday May 3rd, said he would return Tuesday May 4th to finish repair. He no called, no showed Tuesday & Wednesday. Called and left voicemail Wednesday night to see when he was scheduled to finish the repair and received no call back. Thursday May 6th at 3:16pm called again on a different number and they answered. Clearly the woman was taken by surprise as every answer was UM. After a lot of UMs from the woman said Ill call him and see what time he can come out. Got a call back from her 15 minutes later stating he will be there that same day after 5pm to finish the repair. Once again no call, no show. Here we are one week later and still nothing from this company. Absolutely DO NOT recommend doing business with this company as they will start a repair and make promises to come back and finish the job and will not follow through. They couldve at least had the decency to call to either reschedule or say they were not interested in our business.

Very nice people and honest. We bought a used refrigerator from them. We were in a tight position as our garage fridge died and we needed one fast. We checked their place, picked one out and it was delivered the same day. It was fairly priced. Just paid a premium for a new kitchen fridge. I wish I had found New to You first!

I was about to get a used dryer and I walked in was pleasantly greeted, told them the issue I was having abd how much people wanted for labor and he said no no no dont spend the money, he came to.my house it turned out clogged, said try it now if any issues call me. Very nice people not tryimg to rip you off👍👍
