I cannot say enough wonderful things about two men and a truck. they helped me out when I came into a huge jam when I booked a moving company four months in advance. They were a no show with no notice no apology NOTHING. they said they had no one to come get my things and said we don’t know what to tell you. really? Two men and a truck were able to get my belongings in two days and have everything delivered to me within a few weeks. A shout out goes to Hunter and Jake who were the movers in Nunica MI. They went above and beyond and were very professional courteous friendly and fast!! Their prices are a little high but I was willing to pay that for peace of mind security and professional treatment. They were the best!!

I am of the do-it-yourself variety, but I have heavy antique furniture that I care about very much, so I hired professionals to ensure it was taken care of properly. They damaged almost everything they touched. To the companys credit, I was offered a partial refund and they agreed to pay a repairman for damages. But no amount of monetary compensation or repair work can fix the heartbreak of seeing precious family heirlooms damaged. They will never be the same again and I will not be using Two Men and a Truck in the future.

Fantastic crew for a move from California to New York. They were quick and very careful. We were updated everyday on their location, in fact they were able.to arrive a day early! I have used them for local moves in the past and will happily use their services again!

We just bought a home along with a lot of high value furniture, art, electronics and rugs. A crew of three movers stretch-wrapped, protected and moved everything in three hours. They even moved heavy appliances out of the home so renovation could take place. Ryan and team where outstanding!

Overall it was a very positive experience. Ive moved across the country 4 times so I know working with moving companies can be tedious, stressful and often leaves you feeling unsure about the choices you make.We used them for a half pack + move out of state for a 2BR/2BA condo with a dog and baby, so not a full house but still alot of stuff. TM&T did a good job of outlining their costs and policies up front, the estimate was not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive (which I think is a good spot to find value), and they worked with me when I was moving dates and times around. When the local Holland team took over, they were also very willing to work with me and even improved the price a little bit which was very helpful.The moving team, Zach and Alex, came to pack a bit more than half of what we didnt pack, primarily the kitchen. We had a bit of a time crunch and they worked hard to complete the packing of boxes + normal large items in our time frame. It wasnt the speediest job, Ill say, but there wasnt any way that anything was breaking, they wrapped them plates up real good. The unpack went well, too. They were nice guys and easy to get along with.For the value, it was the best moving experience Ive ever had.

Recently worked with Two Man and a Truck for our move from Chicago to the NYC metropolitan area. The two guys who moved us were fabulous—arrived on-time and stayed pretty much on projected schedule despite winter weather rolling through the area. We opted for expedited service which meant that we got everything the next day—a bit pricey but the quality was worth it for us. Just about everything arrived safe and sound and we will definitely go to them first the next time we have to move.Only reason for 4 stars was a scratch on glass table top (not big, but definitely noticeable) and chip on side of bureau. In the scheme of things, not a big deal especially since everything else (stemware, and other furniture included) arrived in same condition it left in.

We have used Two Men & a Truck Holland team several times to help us move heavy items around our home and property. They always arrive on time and are professional & helpful. In the past they have helped us assemble & move heavy items like a fire pit on/off our deck... or our outdoor furniture to storage & back in the fall/spring. They helped me with the purchase of a very heavy antique table from a local antique store, safely navigated the antiques at the store & got it to my home. This time they helped me move heavy furniture upstairs to a different room in my house. I always think of them when there is heavy lifting to be done! Kate in the office helped us with all the arrangements and even a couple of time changes on my end... Derrick & Ryan as always did a terrific job carefully getting our items where we wanted them. The team was very friendly, they were efficient and really treated all of our belongings with such great care! They got everything done faster that I thought they would! I cannot recommend them enough, I will never move without their help again.

Not only they were professional and responsive, the service was excellent.They were able to breakdown all furniture and the bed pretty quick. The In-state move was smooth. Keep in mind that they can only go 65 MPH on highways and may need to stop by weight stations (depending).Once at the location, they were able to reassemble everything. Unfortunately, you will still unbox all your other items but they will also bring those in too.I would recommend these guys if you are looking to move.

My wife and i moved from Northern NJ to Cincinnati and cannot say enough good things about our move. We got a good price but I was so scared after reading negative reviews about this company and ours was NOT an easy move - a lot of stuff, some heavy awkward furniture and a lot of stairs at the Cincinnati house.Our movers - Alex P. and Kerry from the Holland, MI franchise did a fantastic job packing the truck and got in much more than i thought they would be able to. By the end of the unload, they were sweating and huffing up a storm but they never complained once the entire time. There was some minor damage on some furniture which i expected (cheap Ikea particle board stuff) but everything came through much better than i thought and some things that i was pretty sure were going to get broken came through without a scratch.I realize that a lot of it is the luck of the draw as far as what movers you get and there are probably guys who work for this company that dont do a great job - as with every moving company, but i cant say enough good things about these two men.I should also add that i used this same company a couple years ago for a small short-distance move (about 20 minutes away) and also had a great experience with those movers as well.

This was an amazing experience! From the day I called to get a quote, the move coordinator (I regret not getting her name) helped determine which location would be most economical to send the truck from and if it was cheaper to charge by the hour or by the trip.The contract was delivered via email and spelled everything out.The day before the move they called to verify the move and asked if I had any questions.The day of the move, Zack A. & Brian called to give an ETA and let me know they were leaving the shop, it went to my voice mail, they called back about 30 mins later to let me know when they expected to arrive. They were right on time! They were professional, efficient, and courteous. While one reviewed the contract with us, the other set up the truck and padded the doorways and wrapped the furniture.They literally ran between trips. They were hard workers and moved carefully but quickly. They drove directly to the new home and while one came in to see where we wanted the furniture placed, the other set the truck up. Again they were efficient and professional. They made sure everything was where we wanted it and that we were happy with the job.The job was $20 more than the quote, which was very reasonable. This was such a pleasurable experience. Moving can be very stressful, but Zack and Brian made it stress free! I am so grateful for their patience, hard work ethic, and professionalism.They called me the following day to let me know they accidentally overcharged me and would be refunding me the overage. (I would have had no idea since this was very reasonable price).I give them 5 stars for efficiency, honesty, and professionalism!

They do a great job. And I believe the pricing to be fair. However, I would have given them more stars if the the time you pay for didnt start when they leave the office. It should start when they reach the starting location, and end when they are done with the job. They start your clock when they leave their office and it doesnt matter if they have to detour because of construction, or have to wait for a 15 minute train, or get lost for whatever reason, etc., and they stop the clock when they get back to their office. I think that is a horrible company policy. This probably will stop me from using them on the future until this policy is changed.

The moving team went above and beyond than I expected. I had several heavy pieces to be moved and also recycled and instead of saying these were just to heavy they worked out a way to get them out of my lower level and to the new destination. I also had a few pieces that I had no longer use for and they took them to be recycled for me. Great service, professional and overall great attitude!!!

Office person called back in 15 minutes, as I needed a move next day, timing was important. Zach on the driver team called me next day to inform me of progress, we agreed to push back another hour and he did, Had 3 total movers, 1 in training, we stopped at a storage bay completed that move first and then went to office to move all office items. Packaging was done with care and very promptly, we finished by dropping off at new storage facility, the entire move was done in 3 hours, very courteous and polite crew on the pick up and drop off.

The moving team was great.The phone call and price structure were deceptive. I was quoted $134 dollars an hour, for a move of 1 large china cabinet 8 miles away from my home in Zeeland. I understood that if it took longer than an hour, it would be charged by the 1/4 hour. I was charged AN EXTRA $80.00 . This was NEVER mentioned on the phone, and in the letter; millage is logged at the bottom, but not in the expense table, and no $ sign telling me it was a charge.I strongly suggest that you use this firm if you enjoy being miss led, and overcharged.

Took care in picking up & packing dresser and cupboard & moving and unloading and carrying into house. I had no one else to do this for me. Did the job in a timely manner. I would have liked to have paid less but every thing came together. Thank two + 1 in a truck.

In December we sold our house. Two Men and a Truck moved the things we needed to our new home that was to be remodeled and the majority of it to their storage facility. The move was easy for us, but they worked very very hard. Each piece was wrapped and tagged.At the end of May we were ready for our belongings to be brought to our new home. I gave Elise a call and she scheduled the move for us on the day we requested.Four men were scheduled. One was in training. They all were so professional, I could not tell the new guy from the rest. They worked well together as a team. All of our things were accounted for and in the same condition as they left our home in December. The guys worked fast and hard as rain was predicted. They placed everything where it needed to go and took great care to protect it. They asked if there was anything else they could help us with prior to them leaving.We do not plan to move again. But if some day we need to, Two Men and a Truck will be one of our first calls.

Great service for a fair price. They were flexible to reschedule when our move date was delayed for a week. They welcomed added more furniture to be moved at the last minute and they were very good about asking and thinking about things I didnt think of - like our grill!. No damage to departing house, no damage to new house, no damage to furniture.

The two guys that moved me did a great job. My only disappointment was that my snowblower pull cord was broken because one of them picked up the blower by the pull cord and of course it broke. I will have to have it repaired because of this.

In the move a leather sofa was damaged. They LIED that we signed the waiver. They added the damage to paperwork after delivery and said we knew about it. LIARS! After using them for a number of years we will NEVER again. We actually could not believe how we were treated. SO frustrating. And so hurtful to be called liars. NEVER again. Take pix of all paperwork before they leave. Beware

Two Men and a Truck were awesome! Arrived on time, wrapped everything before moving it, put protectors on all the walls and corners so they wouldn’t damage anything. They got everything moved very quickly. Our particular movers were very personable and asked questions when they needed clarification on anything. Price was competitive.

Everyone is so nice! The office workers made sure I was informed about all their services and that I was getting the help I needed even though all I needed to move was a fridge. The movers were super kind as well! I didnt have any tools since it was the last thing I needed to move out of the house and the guys were well prepared to help me with all of that and they were way more cautious with the fridge than I would have been or was concerned about. I will definitely be using them again when I make my next move. Thank you!

We had a very complicated move involving four different homes. The guys kept it all straight, worked hard and came in under the expected time. They treated our belongings like it was there own. Cant say enough good stuff about it.

I wanted to give a big shout-out to Darrick, Miguel and Richy! We brought back a family piano from Canada in a U-Haul trailer but when we got home we found that it had tipped over in transit. This piano is HEAVY, like 800lbs heavy! We called Two Men and a Truck and not only were they able to come the same day but these guys were on time, very friendly and extremely hard working!! These guys were able to upright the piano, get it out of the trailer, onto a dolly, down the ramp into our garage and then, the very worst part, we had them wheel it across our front yard using 2 of their ramps, down a steep slope to the back yard while they kept the piano from tipping or sliding down the hill using one ramp then the other, then across the back to the slider and into our family room. This was no easy feat! Darrick, Miguel and Richy did an awesome job!! They were amazing and we could not have been more thankful!! Great guys, hard workers and very polite. We would highly recommend these fine young men for whatever you have to move!! Thank you again, guys!!

My office furniture all arrived in excellent condition and they were excellent about making sure that boxes and furniture went into the correct rooms. I was incredibly impressed by this crew. Great customer service, had 2 guys move me Jakob and Aj I think. Moved a piece I thought was impossible to move. They moved so fast I turned around and all my stuff was already out of the house. I will use them time and time again highly recommend!

We had a good experience with our moving crew. They were respectful of our homes and belongings, careful, kind, and funny.I only gave 4 stars because 1) the job went over the high end of the estimate by at least an hour, which I think would not have happened had their been four movers instead of three (by the end of the day these guys were slowing down, which is understandable, they worked non stop for 10 hours!) and 2) not everything fit in the truck. Fortunately, I have a week to get the rest of the items from the old house. I would use Two Men and a Truck again, but would probably request a fourth person so it would go faster.

We had a very successful move thanks to Two Men and a Truck. The movers were a little late due to some problems with the truck, but once they arrived they did amazing work! They protected our furniture and filled the truck quickly. They did not waste any time. Our move was completed in the time that was estimated. Very happy!

I hired two men and a truck to pack my house and move me again for the second Christmas in a row. We had the packers Steven and Mindy (not sure that’s her name,, we only spoke briefly). They did a great job and took a lot of pressure off of my wife. The next day 4 men and a truck showed up. Zack, Michael, Nestor and John arrived a little after 8 am in a blizzard, a temp of 9 degrees and blowing snow. These guys know their trade. They are very organized. They looked through the house and evaluated what they had to move then they got started. They worked in two teams and quickly and carefully loaded our possessions on the truck. We were held up by the building inspector for an hour so the guys had lunch. We got to the new house and They went to work, assembling beds. Setting up rooms and unloading boxes. When the truck was empty they headed back to my house to load the rest of our property. We finished at 7:15 pm and I can’t say enough about the courteous, polite and professionalism of the team. John, Zack, Nestor and Michael did a great job of moving my wife and me and I wouldn’t consider using any other mover. Our first move with two men and a truck was in 1992, we would never consider using any other mover. In the middle of our move, David, the manager showed up to see how things were going. He gave me his personal number and told me to call if there were any concerns. There were none. If you have a move, I recommend two men and a truck in Holland Michigan.

I cannot say enough about the customer service and the work ethics of Two Men and a Truck. From start to finish this company kept me informed. On moving day the two movers Brian and Tyler showed up right on time, took a visual of items designated to be moved and began to work. From start to finish both movers were friendly, beyond carful and efficient. When the move was complete they had finished in half the designated time, not one item was scratched or broken and they still had smiles on their faces. Wonderful experience, everyone should call Two Men and a Truck!

Once again this company did not disappoint us. We have used them before and will certainly use them again when opportunity arises. They are polite and efficient workers. We watched them handle heavy furniture we would never attempt to move ourselves -- and they did it almost effortlessly. They work quickly but with care. Their goal is to get the job done, not see how much time they can add to the customers bill. We highly recommend this company if you are considering a move.

Two F@#$s and A Truck is more the appropriate name for this company. We absolutely have had a nightmare of and experience with them!!!! We were quoted by Carol at our local St. Joseph, MI branch on 3515 Lakeshore Dr., that our move would be approximately 6 1/2 to 8 1/2 hours, I get it, this is an estimate but 30 plus hours, 4 trucks and I dont even know how many men later the job was finally done. I have reached out to the local office and I was so very generously (very sarcastic) given 4 free hours of moving which did not make me happy but I was smack dab in the middle of our moving process. So I continued to pay (they had me by that balls) and figured I would resolve it after the process was done. I escalated my complaint to the corporate office. There a Ms. Anna Bates appeased me by assuring me that she would get to the bottom of things and in not so many words called me a liar and said it was her companys word against mine and that she was so sorry that I felt cheated but frankly there was nothing that she could do at the cooperate level anyway!!! After all she had talked to a local supervisor and I had signed all the paperwork. Thank you Anna for wasting my time. What has happened to good customer service??? Does it even exist any more...not at Two Men and A Truck I assure you.
