Half way through our camping trip and no water was coming from our hot water faucet. I was pleasantly surprised when they said they would come out to Oak Grove Campground the next day. Around 4pm on day one, I received a call back saying that they would make it out by 5pm. I didnt get that message because we were out on the lake, and by the time I heard it around 6pm, Steve had already come to the trailer, assessed and repaired the hot water heater. I love the idea that they recognized that despite not hearing back from me, they knew that nobody wants to be without water and squeezed me in same day. So refreshing!

Just had my furnace repaired there for my RV A few weeks ago.They had the parts in stock so I was able to get it back in record time.It fires right up.

Great people and customer service! They have an immediate response with following up with questions that you may have. My husband and I picked up an old 1991 Camper and it needed some work with the lights. They came out and took care of the issue. All around great experience!

Great place for parts and service.They also rent out RVs as well.The store has many other trinkets.Their part supply is mostly out in the store. You can actually see the parts and compare them to your broken part.Price is very competitive and I found the pie irons actually $1 cheaper then Walmart

Everyone was so nice and helpful!! They are literal lifesavers. We went in needing a weight distribution kit as the RV we had just picked up was riding very bumpy. They had the kit and helped install it too! They help you ride safer with the RVs, and get back on the road quickly.

I bought a used travel trailer from them a couple years ago. There were a couple of issues which they took care of promptly. They were easy to work with!

The staff was helpful helping me find the items I needed, but was very dissapointed to find out they would not help us get our repairs that our pop up camper lift system needed. Was dissapointed becouse we have had other things repaired for us and they were great. Would have been nice to get our camper repaired there becouse they are the only place in Holland that does RV service.

My husband and I cannot say enough positive things about this company. We’ve used them before for minor repairs and found them to be extremely professional, skilled and reasonably priced. This week, we had a mishap while pulling up camp in a thunderstorm, resulting in a fatally damaged tongue Jack. We tried first to get it repaired up north so we could continue on our trip, but the shop we took it to said it was too large of a fix for them to be able to do. So we cancelled the second leg of our camping adventure and headed home to Holland. We dropped the camper off to Camp America around 3 and by 5PM it was back in our possession and completely fixed. We were back on the road the next day. I highly recommend this business for all your urgent and non-urgent camper needs!

Went here a few times for basic Rv parts, its small but had what I needed.They were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable each time.The prices were comparable to larger Rv parts depts.I noticed they offer used towable Rvs for sale and towable Rv rental also and have a service/repair department too

Emily was helpful and professional on the phone and at the counter. Had my roof, windows and doors sealed up next day as I originally asked, also did a few other odds and ends I requested after drop off. All looks good so far and done for a seemingly fair price. Been in to the store a few times in the past, they stock a little of everything. Great place. Have always left happy.

Unbelievable customer service!While camping our awning finally gave way and ripped away from our camper. We ordered a new awning, but the wrong awning picked by the distributor. No one noticed until we were already back at our campsite. In order to make our vacation as easy as possible, Camp America delivered the correct awning straight to our campsite and took the old one. No one provides customer service like this anymore! Unbelievable!Thanks so much for your help!

He came and picked up my camper and will be bringing it back when he didnt have to. He not only fixed the issue he fixed items he seen without being asked I do apricate the extras done. Thank you Betty LandonI had brought my camper to have the roof fixed there was a soft spot in the corner over the shower this was November 2017 at the same time I had asked them to fix one of the outside panels that had come lose. When I picked up the camper the outside panel was not done this took 3 attempts to get this fixed. Now the roof I guess I should have gotten a ladder and checked it.....and I didnt I just took there word it was fixed. In October 2018 I had another company come out and winterize the camper and they did an inspection not knowing who or what was done and told me I need to fix the exact same area that I THOUGHT was fixed already and paid $900.00 to have it fixed. So I called Steve and he was NOT nice at all.....his voice raised said it was because of all the rain ...treated me as if I were stupid........disrespectful really sad Steve to treat your customers like that and then to say well you have only been here 3 times its not like your a frequent flyer.....DO NOT TAKE your camper there and if you do make sure all the work is done....because of this I now have $2,500 worth of damage and am out the $900 for no work done. SMALL Claims here I come.....

I selected RVAmerica based on positive reviews and found they were entirely deserved. Steve helped me select the products I needed and (as importantly) identified the ones I did not need. Then, he actually drew me a picture of what the installation should look like, I highly recommend this business to anyone.

Bought a camper this past spring that we found water damage under the dinette in. We agreed to let the dealer fix the damage before we picked it up, and after TWO MONTHS of waiting and being told we werent a priority, we finally picked it up. Shame on me for trusting the worksmanship of this place and not checking it over. We were up north camping this past weekend and were getting a musty smell coming from the dinette area. Low and behold the damage that was supposed to be fixed was just covered up by another piece of plywood, and the carpet that was cutout during the process seemed to be strategically placed so you couldnt tell. The origin of the leak was never even sealed. I have zero intensions of ever going back or recommending this place to anyone.

This place is AWESOME!! Steve, Wanda and Emily were so helpful, friendly and answered all of our questions. We live an hour away and they worked with us every step of the way. We had a 92 Jayco and bought a 2014 Jayco. Steve took the time to show my husband how to use the camper since the new one had all the bells and whistles we were not use too. We are so excited to use our new camper. If you want friendly, knowledgeable and great service you need to go to Camp America RV. This place is great! We will definately be using Camp America RV for all of our camping needs.

Had what I needed at a fair price.

Update: Got the trailer end of August, used it once in September then put it in storage. No rain during this time. Covered it with a not cheap cover. Just got it home. I learned some things about trailers over the winter, never having had one, so the first thing I did was inspect the roof, prepared to apply fresh caulk. Found an area about 12x15 around the TV antenna completely rotted out. The membrane looks ok. I know Steve bought it for salvage and it had some water damage, but he assured me that he had repaired it and it was inspected before it could be sold. Dont see how rot over this big an area could have been missed, especially since it appears there was some work done on the bedroom ceiling right below it. Also found a small area in the bedroom near the floor where the wall panel has rotted. And evidence of a leak in the bathroom ceiling. His website says that every trailer is inspected prior to sale. Must not be very thorough. I have left him a message. Ill see what his response is after the Memorial Day weekend, and update this.Family owned small business. Nice, friendly people. From what I could tell from shopping around, their prices are very competitive and they are a full service operation. Travel trailers arent something you buy every day, but when I need a different one I will check here first.

My husband and I had been talking with them for a couple of weeks. The first camper we saw online and called about they said was a rental only (did not state that on their website). We found a second one listed with a price next to it so we called on that one and were told once again that it was for rental only even though their website stated otherwise. My husband told them that they needed to change their website and they suggested a new travel trailer that they had just gotten in. We looked at it, had a friend in the area go look at it (we live 3 hours away) and told them that we wanted to come down to look at it on the upcoming Saturday morning and if we liked it we would be hauling it home. We offered to put money down and they said they dont really do that. We ran around and made calls all week to get our financing in place and called on Friday to touch base and were told that they had another couple coming to look at it that night only to receive a call that night saying that they had sold it. My rating is actually zero stars but that isnt an option.Dont waste your time here.

We brought our camper trailer in to be dewinterized, have the window caulk/seals repaired for cracks and to have the bearings repacked and brakes checked. When we picked up the trailer the caulking around the windows on the side of the trailer had been replaced but the decal on the side of the trailer had been scraped and scratched next to the window. We also found that the tire pressure in all four tires was about 10-15 lbs under pressure (normal for winter storage). The total bill came to just over $300 for repair and dewinterization.When the dealer was asked about the damaged decal they said that they do not scrape off the old caulking but just apply new caulk over the old with their finger. In response to the low tire pressure they said that they do not check the tire pressure unless asked to specifically by the customer. I am finding it hard to believe that a standard brake and bearing check that costs over $100 does not include checking the tire pressure. It makes me wonder what else is overlooked in the process. We wil not be returning to have our camper serviced at this location.
