I went to the Grand Opening Event and found a few great deals to purchase. Thanks for making your grand opening fun and enjoyable. Ended up with a new pair of sunglasses, wake board and a pair of used skis for my kid. Looks like they have an awesome set up for a modern storefront with lots of room for expansion. Great job guys!

Recently bought a moped here. I was amazed that they went above and beyond the call of duty for us when we experienced issues with our purchase. Their service is excellent both during the sale and when we had trouble. I would highly recommend reliable! You wont be disappointed!

The most unprofessional environment ive ever experienced. I purchased a pair of snow pants (extremely expensive, $150 on sale from their $300 original price) and I was practically pressed by the sales man to buy them because I was the only customer in the store.I found a cheaper pair at Dicks and went back to return the ones I had bought. Was given such a hard time by the salesman that sold them to me and the owner who was sitting at the counter drinking with his employees when I walked in half an hour before they closed. The owner was incredibly rude to me about the return. I had not been informed that sale items were non-refundable, so he was doing me a favor to return them for me since I was unaware. He made a rude comment about how I wouldnt like their normal policy of a 20% restocking fee for returns. I told him he should train his employees appropriately because its not my fault as the customer.I would NEVER recommend shopping at this store. Extremely unprofessional and is a business looking to fail.

Worst experience. went in on Saturday and was told by the salesman the one I wanted was 10% off. He said he would put on hold until Monday night. I went in on Monday night to purchase and my salesman was not working. The manager Carmon tried to help me. The kayak had a tag with my name on it. When I was ready to buy he said I could not get 10% off. I informed him what the salesman said and his first response was you should have bought it on Saturday thennot wanting to honor the price. He was not willing to call him. I left the store and was able to find the kayak for $50 less than discounted price that night. There are much better options...I would have paid more elsewhere to work with people of integrity.

This place is out of business since May 2019. They had a huge liquidation / going out of business sale.Not sure why Google maps wont change that

Very disappointing experience with the new owner. I purchased kayaks from the store and I was told that they would be delivered in 5-7 business days. 6 weeks later and I still do not have the kayaks that I purchased. I called and stopped into the store several times to get updates and all that I heard was excuses. After 6 weeks I find out that the order was never submitted to the boat manufacturer and there was no time set to pick up the boats. I have now cancelled the order with the store and requested a refund. I contacted the manufacturer directly and should have the kayaks in 3-5 days. I am never shopping at this store again.

I bought a new grill here, not a cheap one mind you. I was told it would be delivered in a week. Its now 3 weeks later, and I still have no grill. Supposedly it will be here next week. Well see. This is the first and last time I use this company. Beyond dissapointed!

Slow delivery, missed promises and didn’t call back and update me when they said they would. 6 weeks later and still no trampoline. I had to stop in to get some type of answer and all I heard was excuses. Amazon doesn’t make excuses and that’s the competition. I’m all about buying local but the local company has to perform. This one didn’t for me.

Poor new owner.....izzy does not handle customers well at all....bought a pool table was told it would take 2 weeks and it took 11. Was rude on the phone when I called to see where my table was cuz they were an hour late to show up to then be told its not even in yet. Had no remorse for my husban and I that took a day off from work to be home for delivery to be told its not coming.....would never recommend anyone to this place ever!! He full of nothing but excuse after excuse!!!!!

I went in to get my skis waxed and sharpened and my ski started peeling before this and they said they could fix it. It looked as if a little kid splatered glue on it to fix it.
