Al ays ask if they are willing to reduce price rather than pass on something you really want. Great staff!
Competitive prices and everything u need to repair your home....and then some
Love second hand stores and this one is great
Seriously a great place to find hidden treasures. Ive bought almost all of my light fixtures here for my new house. Some of them needed a little spray paint but they turned out amazing. Staff is so helpful and friendly. Ive donated s ton of items here as well. They make it very easy to donate by just dropping off behind the building. You can find a lot of great pieces to fix up here. Ive bought so many things Ive lost track. The staff even recognizes me when I come in now. I think a few things are over priced, but honestly this place is filled with gold and for theost part they ask very reasonable prices. I wish the parking lot was a little bigger but Ive never had a problem so far. It is definitely a big habitat store. Much bigger than the one located off Chicago Dr.
Always something to find here and it goes to a good cause.
Great humanitarian place. Shopping here helps others less fortunate, wish there were more stores like this with a heart for those who are struggeling. It is nice to see many successful businessmen, & women reach back to help their fellow men & women get a few steps ahead.
I love this place for my projects, they always have items for me to redo or remake into something amazing. Well worth the drive, make sure to bring your measurements and your measuring tape and if you see something you like youd better buy it, things go fast.
If you are a handiman...you will find the fix very cheap and ☺
They keep getting more and more expensive. These things are donated. Cater to less fortunate. Whats up? Whos trying to get rich?
Great going and finding building materials for less than new and better quality sometimes such as a solid wood door.
I’m not sure about any of other ReStore’s around the area, but this one has changed a lot since it first stated out.Currently it seemed that about half the store was building materials and the rest was a variety of vintage items including glassware, books besides vintage furniture.Years ago most everything was leftovers from home builds and remodels.
Lots to see, great values
Good place to go find good treasures some unique stuff save a lot of money.
Need that odd part for your project. Vintage lighting or decor or appliance? Great place to check out first for reasonably priced items that support a great organization. Also help the environment by repurposing items that were saved from the landfills.
Good options, always different things but beware that some prices are higher than the items actual new store price.
Good layout in the store, good selection available.
Not sure why but this store is overpriced junk. I been to several other ReStores in other states and this store just seems to have more junkier products at a much much higher price.
Not what it could be, not friendly, or priced to sell, dont know how to make money, better to make 5% a day than 100% 5 years from now, why buy to day if you can buy years from now it will still be there, must sell to make money, not hold on to things to sell later, they dont under stand.
This was one of my favorite habitat stores. Ive been in quite a few throughout Michigan. But, this store had an excellent selection of everything you could think of. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the organization considering theres just so many different things carried. Plus there was a great selection of furniture. Perfect for anyone just starting out or anyone starting over!
Prices are comparable with brand new at big box stores compared to all their products are donated. Ask too much for used stuff
Lots of great deals, people are friendly and helpful. Recycling to do our part while still upgrading or updating our place.
It is a big store they have a bunch of stuff some of it in good shape some of it not so much. but they do have a lot of stuff
Good place to get used stuff
Love the nick nacks
This rehab store is well layed out. The product line changes continually as the current stock is sold and other items are donated. Some items are priced a bit higher than would be expected but I didnt mind, knowing that the profit made here will go to help build the next Habitat for Humanity home.
A word of caution: I love shopping at the Habitat for Humanity Restores around west Michigan. The Holland store offers a wide and large variety of items with the most floorspace full of furniture and cabinets for home improvements. Their downfall and reasons behind a lower rating is that this store doesnt offer a military discount or percent discount based on colored price tags like the rest of the west Michigan stores. It feels much more like a retail big box stores and no a donation location to find deals on donated goods. They do offer a year long discount card but you must donate to earn it. If youre from Grand Rapids or considering driving there without any discounts its not worth the travel time.
Large collection of furniture, kitchen, and laundry room supplies, and quite a few hidden gems with housewares and other random trinkets! Great staff too, and a clean place to shop. I miss the bathroom though!
I enjoy shopping/browsing the isles of this store. Well organized from used furniture to new and used home repair materials and stoves, refrigerators, and even the kitchen sink!
Great place to find alot of things.
Love shop for paint
A ton of stuff was over priced. It was better to spend an extra dollar or two for new stuff. This place is not what it use to be.
Great deals! Friendly atmosphere
A smorgasbord selection of new, genitally-used and well-loved building materials and supplies. Project blowing prices. Skilled, work-with-you, customer service. Add a touch of quality, creativity and free-ranging-materials to any fix-it-up, do-it-yourself or do-it-with-help project.
This is one of our favorite Saturday stops. Our kids love digging through the variety of items they have for gems for their treehouse. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Glad to support this local company that puts their profits back into housing for those in need.
3.00 price tag on a chair. Wobbled. They said thats not right the chair is 65.00 with 20 %off. No thanks. Im broke or i would be at ikea. Overpriced but great if youre a house flipper making good money.
Love to shop here! They have a helpful staff and have awesome finds!
Always plenty to see here; closed public restrooms though which was inconvenient.
I stopped in here about once a month to check out what they have. Not a whole lot of turnover, but I still find little gems here and there that I end up picking up.They have a decent selection of doors, but not that many vintage doors. Its a great place to stop by every few weeks and check out what they have. You never know what youll find.
If your looking for something in particular, you need to go every day. Always something different. People are always helpful.
I was donating some items, then picked up a needed L-bracket, a great tote bag, and some great glass pieces for a totem project Im working on. Basically a one stop shop.
Spendy
One of my favorite stores. It has a great variety of tools, furniture, appliances and fixtures. Used, but priced right for my budget.
Interesting selection of items. Some prices very low. Some prices a little high.
They were promoting Arbor Day so I drove out there, just for that. Very friendly and helpful. The possibilities are endless with the stuff you can buy here.Note*Dont bring your wife!
They have a lot of new stuff right now. Priced for new (understandably), just not what I go to Restore for. Once some of this sells hopefully they will have more used project material.
This store and employees are helpful and ive always had good experiences.Thank-you
Prices are too high not even at the store are so expensive.
Awesome deals
Drove about 25 miles to donate some Pella windows that we switched out with windows we just bought from this store, but were greeted with a couple less than enthusiastic guys who said they dont take wood windows. My husband explained that they werent all wood, theyre wrapped with vinyl, and were the same type we just purchased from there a few days ago. Still they flat out refused them, which I believe they were just too lazy and didnt want to move them. Workers used to be nice and helpful...not anymore! We will not be returning.
Great place to find affordable items for your home. Everything from furniture, to windows, to light fixtures, to sinks/vanity, kitchen cabinet sets, etc. Also, a great place to purchase old furniture to refurbish and give new life.
Lots to see but prices on lamps are a bit high for something that is 2nd hand.
Kinda cluttered. But cool place to visit. Crazy prices on some stuff. Most of the stuff is fairly priced though.
They have a pretty wide selection of used but gently used home improvement items like does, furniture, rugs, paint, lighting, ect. They have friendly and some are very knowledgeable workers. Its a great place to inexpensively repair or fancify your home. I love this place!
Alot of nice things n very helpful staff
Great deals if your willing to do the work.
Awesome place. Almost everything to remodel home at great price
Found what I wanted for a great price
Good variety of products but of course not very clean even in areas that should be cleaner displays. Good service.
Large variety of things huge store reasonable prices
Lots of stuff. Some new some old. Great place for finding upscalable pieces.
A great place for building materials, furniture, appliances and the staff are helpful and friendly. Its like going into a family owned store.
They have an Easter egg hunt going on in the store today with great discounts along with everyday good prices!!
Great resell store. Fair prices.
Need to go here before you get your building materials you can find a lot of things there first and a lot cheaper than getting it knew nothing wrong with being used paid over it and its done
Great place to buy things. at a good price.
A wonderful place to shop... I can find a lot of building supplies and furniture... Everytime Im looking for something to work on wood projects, 90% of the time I find it here...
This Habitat for Humanity is large and well stocked. New items come in regularly. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I think whoever is pricing this stuff is out of touch with what used prices should be. These are not antiques why are they priced as if they are. 8 bucks for a used toilet seat!!! Are you kidding me. I bought a new one for 3.44 at lowes. Very disappointed.
Supports the local humane society and has a wide selection of used goods!
Most everyone there is very friendly. One of the cashiers not so much. Overall great place and a great charity!
Great place to pickup a few things you need. Friendly people.
Fantastic staff and a large inventory of equipment and supplies for working on the house. Thanks for a great experience and God bless.
Wonderful staff and always something for everyone.
Good selection of donated items. Very friendly staff. Tools, lumber, cabinets. Lots of stuff for painting.
They do great work here.
Amazing people & an amazing cause! 10/10
Generally good place to find what you need
It has a lot to offer in great deals if you know what you are looking for. Also it helps low income families with the American dream.
Great service.
Check here first before doing any home improvement project. Great stuff at great prices!
Real good variety of things to work with appliances and home furnishings
Found just what I needed, great place to look around
Great store helpful and friendly staff. Thank you for helping load my van.
They are way too expensive. ..
NO SALE. Habitat for Humanity is not very HUMAIN by forcing customers to leave the store because they refuse to open a bathroom to their customers. No sale and never to return. The floor clerk was rude and suggested my husband pee in the shurbbery by the door as they frequently do. Seriously?
Helpful staff, took my appliance donation.
Love going to this place. You never know what your going to find.
I love this place!! Its like Goodwill for men!!!
Big building with lots of cool stuff and good prices
Very big store with lots of stuff to look through. Entire sections for furniture, doors, cabinets, paint, lighting, antiques, and more.
Great prices! Found some really off the wall items Ive had on my list for a long time.
Great things are found here.
Great products and great people!
They have gotten more expensive not very helpful got help from customer 😒
Everything in this store is overpriced and the staff is rude as hell and now they even locked up the restrooms from the public do not go to this store They are desperate hungry rude crooks
Its huge and absolutely wonderful.
They do have such a good variety of things, however everything is over priced. Not sure why you charge so much when everything is donated to you?????????????? Staff is rude and unpleasant to be around.
Great bargains
The prices have gotten a little crazy for a restore.
Their prices are way to high for a restore..this stuff is given free why r they charging such prices..
