Yacht Basin did a full electronics install for my boat with 3 displays, radar, networked devices, etc. All of it was done with excellent attention to detail, they understand the complexity and plan for the install with a depth of knowledge that only comes from years in the business. My boat was done on time with everything sorted and all the devices properly linked together. Great communication along the way made it easy to make in process decisions as the install progressed. Well done!

The canal is a very Sheltered place To talk your boat.

Cory in service is super helpful. I emailed him with an error code my boat was putting out. He emailed and called me.I didn’t get to use them as my service provider since they were scheduling out 4+ weeks. I hope I don’t regret not using them.Thank you Cory

My boat is stored there in heated indoor facilities with on-season in and out services. My experience there has been excellent. The office people (Gwen) are very helpful. Service people (Corey) are great communicators. The guys on the dock are also very helpful and friendly. Good marine store. Nice pool. Even got a bar. It is a boat owners every wish come true.

9-7-19My wife and I were bringing our new boat down from Grand Haven to St. Joe. 10-15 minutes before Holland, our port side motor wasn’t getting enough gas... Clogged fuel filter🥴My wife called the Yacht Basin Marina and Paul answered. He told us to call once we were closer and that he would stay open late for us. My wife called back (marina was now closed), and sure enough Paul answered and was there and ready to help us!Not only did Paul stay open later for us, he came on our boat to offer a hand and let us borrow some much needed tools.We can’t say enough about Paul for delaying his weekend and helping out us in a time of need!!! He helped make our maiden voyage home, a successful and safe one.Thanks again Paul!!!!!!!

What can I say about Yacht Basin Arena? The answer is: plenty. I could pontificate ad nauseum about the high quality of their facilities, be it their cleanliness or convenience. Your time is precious, so Ill just say, it was bliss.There were boats there, which I admit is a huge turn off.This place would be Xanadu if not for all the boats.Basketball hoop available.

Went for a sail boat ride, excellent. Nancy Anne Sailing Charters with Capt Pat and Peter was wonderful. We are definitely going again. Party Store was nice, organized.

6 boat launch slots, limited parking unless youre handicapped.

Cleanest marina that I have been too in Holland, Grand Haven, South Haven. There is so much to do right on the property; they have shopping, hair salon, grocery and liquor store, and two restaurants. The bathrooms were clean and very nice, laundry area looks new, even though we don’t use it.This marina is a must stay if you are traveling West Michigan by boat!

I love this place. Great atmosphere, helpful staff. Lots of good amenities. Pool, restaurants, convenience store, marine service, slips, fuel dock... full service and friendly people.

We love Yhact Basin Marina! From the staff at the store to the amazing mechanics they have on staff you cant find a better place. We are getting ready to take a trip North to Canada and they found a problem that could have ruined our trip fixed it and we are ready to go, and they were just installing a new GPS. They go above and beyond for their boating family and we couldnt be more greatful to be part of this Marina!

Unique 3 room condo, weekly rental. Clean with huge kitchen. We rented for 3 families, each with own bedrooms including 2 bunks and full bathroom each. Definitely would rent again for 3 families

Wow! Wow! Wow! These guys treated me like family (like the family you like). I could single out each member of the team but it will be shorter to say without exception the guys and gals went above and beyond to help us get our boat surveyed, serviced and on our adventure back to Charleston, SC.My wife and I had the good fortune to buy a boat in Holland, MI just as Hurricane Matthew decided to roll through SC. Needless to say the boat had to wait, until the team at Yacht Basin Marina steeped in to get it done! They are the definition of full service. They coordinated everything for me, even the few items not in their scope of service...If you have ever owned a boat, you know how difficult it can be sometimes even in your home port to get things done, let alone a 1000 miles from home where you know no one. I honestly felt like they were working on their own boat. They kept us informed of the schedule, even apologized once for a delay that was not their fault. Oh and by the way all this right in the middle of haul out season which we knew nothing about.We live in Charleston, SC but have decided Yacht Basin Marina is our Home Port. If you need a place to put your boat this is the best place. The people who have their boats here are the coolest and the culture is awesome and we have Lolos

What a better place to spend a day than sitting at yacht Basin. The pool area is amazing and the views are breathtaking on the lake.

Ok marina. Docks are kind of sketchy and could use some work. Gas dock people seem to be non boaters just by the way they handle boats. In and out rack guys are great fast service and always a big help. Service Department gets it right about 2/3 of the time and may or may not leave a greasy mess in your boat when done. Major complaint is terrible condition of parking lot and lack of parking.
