The employees from Drummond Marine were able to help us without having to wait an extremely long time. Techs came out and were able to diagnose the problem in short order! We needed a few parts, but they were back in a few days to complete the repair. Techs were knowledgeable, informative and answered all of my questions. Called on a whim to see if they had a part in stock for my Rinker that was on backorder everywhere else. They did have a part sitting there from a previous job and I was able to get it that day. Was able to get it to the mechanic and greatly decrease my boats down time. Saved several weeks. Will be calling them for parts in the future.

Patrick was extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing and repairing our boat. Even though we were incorrect about what the problem was, he still was able to get the parts and have it fixed in the 5 day timeline he originally gave us! In past always had an acceptable experience with them. In fact as the Mrs. And I was walking through the front door I remarked that they are really good here. When we left it was like they would be happy if they never saw us again. Dont know what I did to deserve that but i hope they were just having a bad day. My wife sure was not impressed. Hope they figure it out.Sorry to say We are likely to oblige them and not come back. Too bad hard to find good mechanics as i have been told they have.

As an owner of an older model boat, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the people were. I left feeling good about the experience. Id recommend shopping here. The showroom is clean and very well organized. The service center is clean and they look very professional. I learned more in 15 minutes here, than Ive learned in many years of working on my own boats check them out! If they cant get it or do it, they will steer you in the right direction.

Quick and professional. Did what needed to be done and fixed a potential future problem with a deteriorating filter. Did not replace one anode that did not need replacement. Cost was fair and reasonable.

They were very nice, but will not work on any boat made before 1990. That is unfortunate. I will take my business to another company. They did offer alternative businesses in the area. One was Advantage Marine in Zeeland. They have worked on my boat, and they are great.
