As a Ford service department the mechanics should know about known issues. I called and also visited the service department before I left on vacation due to service light displayed when putting car in gear. The next day I was stranded as the car would not shift and it locked up. The tow truck driver knew exactly what was wrong as well as the other dealer I had car towed to. The shift linkage needed to be replaced and is a known issue for Ford cars that have the dial gear shift. The service manager needs to educate their staff about known issues.

Lindsay was super helpful, not overbearing and overall a great sales woman. She was kind and knowledgeable. Id definitely recommend her if youre looking for a Ford. The building was clean and welcoming and everyone was very accommodating.
