Cant say enough about the team at Broward Motorsport Treasurer Coast. My sales person, the business manager (aka- the money guy), etc. were great to work with. Beautiful facility with so much inventory. My contact, Jhonny Rivera - Internet Sales Consultant was the best. Very straight forward, honest and extremely customer focused. I was a long distance buyer from Jacksonville (3 hours north) and he made the transaction so simple. No games, no sales tactics, etc. What we discussed on the phone was exactly what I got plus more. He even checked in with me delivery evening to make sure I made it home safely and love the bike. Ive already told 2 friends about the Tresurer Coast dealership. Ask for Jhonny...

Typical salesman experience pressure pressure and more pressure told me they had more bikes to look at the night before and all of a sudden I walk in first thing in the morning probably the first customer in there only to be told that somebody already made a deposit and theres a hold on the bike that I wanted to see leaving me with only one option left to choose from.... Isnt it funny here lets just give you one option and act like jet skis are going out the door left and right when in reality you just have no jet skis to sell and youre trying to push off another jet ski just to keep your business afloat I know what my credit score is I know how much money I can afford you can either make a sale with somebody or make a bad name for yourself and heres one more customer that thinks bad of you you guys suck

Everyone seems like they are genuinely honest people overall it is relax atmosphere and easy to work with. Solomon was great, and was able to secure financing. These guys really gave me the best deal definitely recomendable very smooth and easy process.

I ended up buying my brand new Can am Maverick x3 x rs turbo R from Solomon the same day as the day as a horrible experience with Route 1 just an hour north in Malabar, Fl.You guys provided a much better deal, and what sells much more than a deal and that is amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE. You guys have clearly wanted a customer for life. Dealer staff stayed late to work the deal out for me and get me some bonus items they themselves pointed out. Also, parts/ service manager stayed with me ordering parts for my new maverick! Mind you, I came in 30 minutes prior to closing on a Saturday evening. The whole staff stayed until after 8 pm. Financing manager was pleasant to deal with and made this a simple transaction!As far as Route 1 and why you should stay away: What a horrible experience! Drove 5 hours to get a maverick turbo rr.... yes I offered a downpayment to hold. Ready to sign paperwork and they sell it to someone over the phone while Im sitting there???Beautiful dealership... its unfortunate that they are just in the business to sell and make a penny, not to make a customer happy. All I have to say is be honest with these guys about your financial situation. I went in there is honest as possible including showing them what I could see on my credit report. I was thinking I was not going to be approved or have need an insane deposit. Turns out my credit was better than I thought, I was approved for 0 down and rode out of the dealership a few hours later on my brand new Ducati XDiavel. Everyone here is great and there was no BS at all.

Great Delaer; I was unable to buy my 2021 yamaha jetskis from here due to manufacturer supply issues; but this is my closest deal and I brought them here for service. Andy is top notch, great customer service. Chris was phenomenal walked me through and assisted me through a lot of trailer safety points. I had my initial service and initial trailer run to this dealer and the customer service aspect was seamless, respectful, and very friendly.I honestly have no reservations in recommending this service center for your jetskis.

I recommend to everyone to watch out for this place because they are very money hungry people just looking for the deal and act like they are there for the customer. this is why Harley Davidson wins all the time. they rush to get your signature on page then turn there BACK ON YOU. never again.

Bought a top-of-the-line Can-Am X-MR X3 Turbo RR from them, yet they’ll leave you on your own right after the sale, regardless if you’ve got the warranty or not. Would NOT recommend this dealership. Started having major issues the day of purchase (huge oil leak even causing A FIRE) and they claim that “because of the way it was being driven” it’s having those issues. Absolutely DO NOT do business with these ignorant folk if you intend to buy any sort of ATV. Extremely disappointed with this behavior after making such a big purchase.

Stopped here after being disappointed by other local dealerships and was sold the bike I was looking for at the price I was hoping for. Zero pressure, chill atmosphere, absurdly helpful, and just generally an excellent overall experience.

Sure they have a Seadoo Fish Pro but you have to agree to $8k in extras to purchase it. $1,800 transportation fee? $800 setup fee? 5 year warranty (required). Nope. Never.

In the past, Ive had less than quality customer service from this place. For this reason, Ive been taking my business elsewhere. But, now theres hope. Theres been personnel changes made and I can tell you that the place has improved. An example of this is their new service manager, Matthew Williams. He brings a huge improvement in customer service.

I bought an Indian Scout at this dealer earlier today. I can’t say enough good about everyone we worked with. From the sales personal, to the finance staff, it was an outstanding experience. Craig was our salesman. He was very knowledge and was very honest about the pros and cons of each bike. I would highly recommend this dealer.

Got me in and out with in a hour for a no appointment oil change. Got a free tee and was treated great.

Just unprofessional. Bought a 2015 Indian sales staff great. But when you get to back counter not so much. Had an issue with radio, took it in they a had it for two weeks with no change or diagnosis. Called warranty department they told me to get my bike out of there and take it to a gold star dealer. I had to trailer it to Orlando. 3 days later rode it back to Port St Lucie jamming out. Buy here, but dont fix here.

My experience with this outfit has not been positive. I left my kawasaki mule in the palm beach service department for two weeks only to find out they didnt have the tools needed to diagnose my under warranty repair. I wound up fixing it myself. Now I have dialed all three stores to purchase a side by side only to find out they had none of them in stock. The latest let down is talking to their hobe sound store about a unit advertised in stock with zero miles. Come to find out its used. Really? I have no idea how you stay in business but I guess youre just lucky that people dont mind their time being wasted. Good luck I will not call again.

Having been a loyal customer for MANY years at Treasure Coast Harley, I was recently blindsided by the vast changes . Everything about the place has changed, mostly and MOST importantly....the Service Dept.Where are all the guys I trusted my bikes too? Guys who were straight up and fixed my bike, not people who upsell me. Honesty and Integrity are important amongst those who ride. Came here to look at an Indian. Was immediately enamored with a Ducati scrambler Cafe Racer. It was They put me into the bike with ease, got me the price and payments I expected. The entire team put me on a badass bike in less than a day!

Not sure about here. Told me over the phone, $120 to have the carbs rebuilt (labor only). Took my carbs off and took them there, my bill became $236. I declined the service, and had it done professionally for $125. Labor rate $120/hr. Really?

Mike Belo, the new general manager went out of his way to make sure he answered all of my questions and wound up getting me a great deal on my Chieftain Darkhorse. It was a very easy process. I have never received that type of great treatment at any of the Harley dealerships I used to go to. Well worth the time to see their beautiful showroom.

Had our first service experience today with our new to us Indian Chieftain we bought out of state. We arrived a few minutes after 9am and met Dino in the service parking lot as we parked. He welcomed us to the service department with a friendly smile and escorted us to the service desk. He was expecting us and after a few minutes of paperwork had our bike in the shop getting a new key fob. We walked around the showroom to grab a few t-shirts and every employee greeted us and was superfriendly. The dealership is nicely decorated with nostalgic Indian decor. I asked Dino if he could fill out our DMV vin verification form so next week I could go sit down at the tag office and transfer the plate. WOW!! Here comes super Kelly to save the day!! She went above and beyond and volunteered to get the tag/registration transferred for me. What?? You mean I dont have to take off work and sit down at the tag office for 2hrs? You understand I didnt buy the bike here?? Pinch me, I must be dreaming. We had a great conversation with Kelly comparing our similar paths in life. Our bike was ready before we expected and Dino was nice enough to show us how to use the master pin. Nothing but a awesome service experience . We definitely will be back and have already told our small group of fellow riders about the great service from Treasure Coast Indian

I had been in the market for a new Yamaha Waverunner for the last few months in Jupiter. I visited Broward Motorsports Tequesta, Riva Pompano, and received price quotes from about 8 additional dealerships around Florida. I reached out to Jeff at Broward Motorsports Treasure Coast in Hobe Sound about a 2021 Yamaha VX Deluxe that was listed on PWC trader. Jeff was very responsive and professional, and helped me complete a lot of the paperwork from home, before I came into the dealer. I arrived at the dealer and my new ski was prepped and outside ready to load into my trailer. The Yamaha factory finance process was very simple, and the pricing was straight forward. I can’t remember the name of the finance guy who assisted me, but he was professional and very helpful as well. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for the best price on a new Waverunner in the Jupiter/ Stuart area.

The manager of finance was amazing but thats about it. The rest of the staff was very uninterested.. because I was not buying an Indian and I was buying a used motorcycle? Thats what I assume. They did not offer to explain anything to me about the motorcycle. Nothing. Had to Google how all the controls work.

BMW Motorrad. Ive been there four time since they opened in 2020. The techs are still learning to work on BMWs according to the service desk, so no way I will let them learn on my bike. I went there for parts twice. Each time they did not have them (brake pads). I went there with a friend to buy a BMW, lack-luster sales person in June 2020. If it was not on the floor, he would not research for one. Not much has changed from them moving from the Palm Beach location.

Purchased a used Yamaha FJR from Broward Motorsports Treasure Coast and couldnt be happier. Great experience with the salesman Jeff and finance guy Scott. I Traded in my Vulcan 900 Classic LT and with everything considered I was very happy with the deal. I did have an issue with one of the tires after taking delivery and the issue was taken care of quickly by the GM at no additional cost. Stand up people who I would highly recommend if looking for a new ride. BTW they are an Indian Motorcycle dealer with a great selection of Indians. Beautiful motorcycles if you are interested in a more classic look and style.

Arrived and everything went smoothly at first. When buying I was able to call other locations and get better prices over the phone than in person with this location. Ended up buying after two visits. I hadTo have my dad go and pick up the toy while I was at work and it’s filthy dirty, pretty much a layer of dust and less than half a tank of gas. Getting home and realizing this I called and complained an dthe place has nothing really to offer. Mind you they said they needed a day to get it prepped when it was the same thing off of the floor nothing done to it. They said they’ll wash it next service but defeats the purpose of a new toy when it’s gross and dirty. Would recommend west palm location over this one.

Well, I decided to stop in this past Saturday 9/25/2020 and buy a moto out of the blue. Unfortunately, the entire place was filled with political rallies (in what I’m not opposed to). But as a local business owner in this state as well, they lost my business. One, they ignored the safety of the public. And two, the ignored safety for all customers. This event was held outside for the “Trump Train” (again I have no political involvement), which was casted over social media, various of food vendors with people congregating I’m groups and rallying. Bummed because I was truly excited to get seated in a new moto.

Everyone was laid back but completely professional. In-water test drive was super helpful for new boat owners. Thank you Jeff and Broward Team for all your help! Much appreciation!!

The bike I purchased was listed on their website at $10,200...when I actually came to do the deal it was suddenly $10,500.....for a $9000 motorcycle. The bike had rust all over, obviously from being left out in the weather. The front fork stansions were completely eroded. They charged $400 for Dealer Prep. No prep was done that I could detect. The bike had not even been started for quite some time causing condensation within the motor leading to the oil erupting all over the motor when I started it up for the 1st time..this hiccup tacking on an extra two hours I had to spend at the dealership waiting for them to diagnose the problem, correct it, test ride my bike, and decide it was then safe for me to ride again. They charged ME for the parts the bike needed to be road-worthy including a new battery & rear tire. The bike itself was filthy, never having been detailed at all...and finally they give me the bike on an empty tank of gas. After all is said & done, my feeling is that my bike, a pre-owned Harley was on their list of bikes to get rid of in a hurry as they are not a Harley dealership. In the end, I went through with the deal knowing full well they were taking advantage of the fact that I very badly wanted this bike and since the model had been discontinued three years ago they were hard to come by. I am happy with my bike just not very happy with what I had to go through to get it. I do apologize for how harsh this sounds but these are the facts.

Do not buy from here. Nothing but bad experiences from step one and I should have walked away then. Qualified for special finacing thru Indian that this dealer had no idea about thier offers. They tried to charge me 1 perent more on the intrest rate and had no idea about the no intrest no payments till november with a lower rate. I had to ask for the special finacing twice. Once it all went thru no one went over the bike with me. They said its outside and the keys are in it thats it. When the bike is serviced it is returned with dirty finger prints from what wver mechanic worked on the bike. When you order parts you have to keep checking to see if they came in or not. They say they will call you but they dont. I got tired of checking after 4 weeks and 2 weeks later I called and said oh yeah its been here a few days. Thanks for the call. I figured when you buy the top of the line indian for 30k you would get good customer service but these people could care less. I have warranty issues and other complaints about the bike that have have still not been fixed. On top of that its been 2 months since I purchased my bike and they still dont have the registration. They some how lost it and just gave me a photocopy. They are also very unfriendly. I have had several friends come up with me ranging from sport bike to harley riders for my multiple trips for service and warranty claims that are still unresolved and everyone agreed how unfriendly they are. Please do yourself and favor if you want an Indian head to another dealer. This place has absolutely no customer service.

Ive been searching for about two months visiting multiple Harley dealerships trying to buy a pre-owned touring model after no success being put a grueling process I found one online Broward Motorsports and Hobe Sound made one simple phone call spoke to a sales person named Nick and presented an offer over the phone and within 10 minutes Mike the sales manager called me back to confirm the offer and make the deal easy made the process very simple for me because the hours that I work set up my financing and is meeting me after work so I can finish the paperwork just want to say great job team for I am in sales also and nobody appreciates a good process and going up and Beyond what needs to be done to make a deal just wanted to say thank you

Went there to buy a jet ski. Was met with a salesman that didn’t know the product or pricing. The price I got from the manager was extremely high. He was very arrogant and could care less about the sale. This is a over priced and poorly run place.
