Self check lanes closed, only 1 checkout lane available, line getting longer, 2 stockers working on same section by checkout??? 7pm. Barely hanging on continuing shopping at Home Depot. My next experience will determine..... Just being real.

Bought a new grill. The assistant manager came outside and helped me load it into my vehicle! This store has some great people who actually are there to help and not just stand around.

Polite employees the cashier was patiently waiting for an elderly man to get his money situated in his wallet I mouthed to her Im not in any hurry and she smiled! Thats the kind of service we need to see more often! Good Job I hadnt caught her name but she knows who she is!

They have stuff that aint easy to find at other stores n they are good just need your wood to be better than it is

I bought an A tint air conditioner that doesnt even work right. It blows hot air when its supposed to be refrigerated air. Worst of all this thing costed me almost $400.00 RIDICULOUS!

Good going people. This store must have a different ground hog. Lets pull all the winter supplies in the middle of winter. SMART. And on top of that not one employee knew anything about anything. Went to deliver my load and took ten hrs and I had to use theyre bathroom treated like they didnt want me in the building.Im trying not to load here again or deliver here!

Fantastic place to shop even though you have security following you around like you are going to steal something even though you shop there on a regular basis and spend more than half of your income there a month.I have never been so humiliated in a store ever.

I went in to the store yesterday after finally getting the help i needed from a very hard worker by the name of jose mendoza....the person that was suppose to help me with locating my item from electrical department was no where you be found and finally I asked another worker and her name was emily which as well was very helpful even though it wasnt her department had told us to try back later cuz the person in electrical was on break but she really tried to help.....finally we came back later that evening and thats when jose went above and beyond doing his job to find our motion sensor lights that was suppose to if been stocked on the 7th and never were cuz jose had to get a lift and check in back stock which was told to us by another person working electrical on the 5th that you guys dnt have back stock but jose did find it for us being very safety and very helpful and I just wanted to let you guys know he is a very good hard worker and very respectful.....

Never seems like anyone that works here is able to help. The ones that do always act like they are not in customer service an are completely annoyed they have to stop talking about whoever to help a customer. Stopped going here an started doing the unthinkable, going to lowes, got tried of getting pointed In the wrong direction literally they point an say It should be over there behind that all the way at the end just to walk circles in the wrong area.

Aisles were full of merchandise and difficult to get a cart through. In one area there were 3 lift machines; no staff around, could not get to items because they were in the way.

I had asked an employee if they had any fans he didnt even look and stated nope we dont have any lmao I looked at my aunt and said I should have asked my dog I would have gotten the same response. As I was walking towards the front of the store so I could leave I saw the fans against the wall. I wish I would have found the useless employee to show him. I did look for him but I was unable to find him.

Horrible customer service. Couldnt find someone to help with a window purchase. Waited for about 20 min and no one showed up. Attempted to get help from three different employees and no luck.

They only had two check out lanes open and the lines were terribly backed up. The isles that we went down were congested with carts full of product that needed to be put away. Customers, besides my family had to maneuver and wait for our turn to go.

Im disabled and they usually have a motorized cart to use. If Im able to locate store associate they are able to help and are happy to do it. The toilet parts I bought work well. I usually go there when I need anything like that. Its near my house. Ive purchased paint & painting supplies there also. Im very impressed because the employees are quite knowledgeable about their sections.

Had to wait for customer service help for over one hour. They called a sales associate and 30 minutes later nothing then I requested to speak to a manager 2 times and he showed up another 30 minutes later ...he could not help with an item being asked about...He did no apologize about anything. He was supposed to call us regarding an item and a week later we have not hear from that worthless piece of #$##&$##. Hopedepot in Hobbs, NM they could care less about their customers.

Asked 3 times for help waited 30 minutes no one came lost $1,000 sale. Let’s see how Lowe’s treats us. Update went to Lowe’s in and out in ten min.😂😂

Stood in the plumbing aisle long enough for my back to start hurting patiently waiting for one of the 10 sales people that were walking the store to offer some help. I did this b/c its impossible to get anyone to help you here and I knew that so I just wanted to see. WELP! after 30 minutes aint nobody going to offer to help you. you buy the wrong part then have to go back to the store again. I will complain formally to the manager then the DM of the southeast area of New Mexico. Either train your people how to do there job or offer a job to somebody who will do there job.

This was your typical Home Depot hardware/home improvement store. The prices are typical, it was well stocked, it had alot to offer in selection wise. The staff and employees were friendly and nice. Overall it was good.

So very helpful and polite people here. Hope the management takes care of these folks. The girl that helped me using the forklift and her companion were excellent!

Its great but i was there around the holidays and it looked like a lot of new staff. They have a decent selection of wood and its a little cheaper than Lowes (only be a few cents though). Customer service was great they helped my clarify a few pricings and made a few suggestions for me which made sense. These people know their stuff. Just ask😉👍

Aside from one female customer service manager that was helpful and easy to work with, we had the Worst experience with ordering a refrigerator for my elderly parents. First of all anytime we need help, no one is available and I have to go up front to find someone. When I finally found someone to help me, she got busy with another customer and disappeared. I had to go back up front and speak to the same person again about ordering, she walked me back to the appliance Dept and asked an employee if she wouldnt mind helping me. She seemed very new and apprehensive. To make a very long story short, she had to have help every step of the way. Then I find out the Home Depot has to order all appliances and they dont carry any in the store anymore. After over an hour of this newbie putting in my info in the computer,, I find out it was going to be 2 weeks for delivery!! We ordered an ordinary low cost refrigerator that they should have had in stock to begin with. We were at Home Depot a total of 3 hrs for this order only!! Then my mother gets a call from a 800 number which was a Home Depot employee saying they couldnt deliver that fridge for another month because it was back ordered!!! Needless to say, we are getting a refund!!

Very unfair staff toward the customers would not give correct change due to the national coin shortage. Lol that is poor service yes I am telling the truth.

These guys were awesome this week! I recently had a hone remodel where my contractor vanished before they finished, wont answer his phone, left me with a couple of unfinished windows. I showed up at the service desk, told them what happened, what I needed to do, and they helped me figure out what I needed, cut my wood for me, even loaded the cart and helped me out the door! I finished my project in 1 day, 2 runs to the Home Depot, and only $38! Thanks guys!

You cant find anything here unless you ask someone. The one thing you need seems to be scattered in twenty places. You definitely get your exercise though.

Since frequenting this store, they have showed to have products online, but did not actually have it at the store. They take forever to restock, forgot to call me when my order (that I had to special order because they were out of stock) came in. I normally wouldnt write a negative review but I am, at this moment, writing this review standing at the paint counter with my wife, infant, and dogs in the car and nobody has helped me. This is not the first time the paint counter has been empty.I went back to the customer service desk at the front and asked them to page someone after waiting 13 minutes of leaning on the paint counter, which they did over the intercom. It has now been another 10 minutes since. Im posting the review in real time, and going back to the customer service desk.There is an older guy in blinds and a gentleman with a large beard in flooring that are very helpful.

This Home Depot is the absolute worst. If you can get an employee to even acknowledge your standing there, good luck asking them for help without a rude and almost annoyed answer. I even tried going in at 8am to see if they are more helpful and maybe a little happier...NOPE. Ive been in here atleast 10 times in the last 2 months,and have spent quite a chunk of change. It is generally less expensive than Lowes, however, I will pay the extra to have nice,cheerful and helpful people.

On 2/2/19 I went to homedepot to return 2gallons of paint that were mixed in the wrong shade! According to the cashier they wouldn’t be able to return the paint especially that I didn’t have my receipt! I asked to talk to the manager, after waiting for about 20 min the manager never showed up! Luckily, I came across an employee who was willing to help me! Not only did she help me and went out of her way to match the color of the original shade that I had asked for! She spent a good 40 minutes working on it! Nadia Garcia, thank you so much for been so dedicated, persistent and hard working! You’re an example of what a true employee should be! Nadia Garcia you’re the best!!!

Home Depot is were recommend to buy all the material for other projects from my customers It Feels Like Home you know exactly where everything is and the staff there is great when you ask for their help that assist you in any way they can thank you Home Depot

For the most part they have what you need. I had planned to get my floor done and it took a few days to get someone out to get a quote. Once we did get the floors measured and quoted that also took effort on our part to get help. Im not sure if it was a contractor issue or what. For the most part the customer service is good. I usually can find anything I need there.
