Wife and I ordered our washer/dryer months ago and still haven’t received them. Washer/dryer was supposed to be delivered to Hobbs store in May. Showed up at the store to be told they won’t arrive until the beginning of June. Came back again on June 4th expecting them to be in and only the dryer arrived. We asked the lady, who was working earlier that day, when will the washer be in? And she said “next week”. My wife and I weren’t sure if she was being honest so we came back again later and we spoke to a guy. Now he tells us washer won’t be in until July 9th. Another month. Here comes July 9th. Excited to finally have our washer. Called the store before heading over and the lady says “yes it’ll be here today and we’ll give you a call once it’s off the truck”. No call so my wife calls back after awhile and a guy answers then tells us “washer won’t be here until July 23rd”.Very frustrating..

This place charged our card and then said it was declined even though we had thousands in the bank. They are refusing to reverse the transaction, claiming they have no record of it. We ended up leaving with no dishwasher and our bank Account balance decreased by $424. We have talked to Bank of America repeatedly, and they have NEVER seen a merchant do this. Also, this location is not owned or backed by Sears even though they use the Sears name. I will be back in there today! See you when you open!

This is an update to my review: (3/13/18) So after more than a year and countless service appointments, Sears finally approved a replacement. What I noticed is that you have to hope that you get an American customer service representative when you call or keep trying, because the over seas people dont help you. I am also thankful towards Jeff from this hometown store, very helpful, understanding, and professional.Bought a fridge last year, it has leaked water from ice maker since the beginning. It has been over a year already and the damn thing still leaks, they just send technician after technician! They will be very nice to you to get your money, but when the equipment breaks down they dont care anymore! I will never buy from Sears ever again!

Sears hometown wants its employees to sell PAs...Protective Agreements.manager and district manager get a kickback from PAs sold. trouble is these PAs are supposed to be warranties on sears products. if you buy a sears product with a PA good luck!!!store manager tells clients who have had trouble with ltems bought to call a 1 800 number. once you have bought a appliance from sears....you are on your own. sears will not help you out.too bad...sears used to b an american icon, but it is going down that well known unsanitary tributary without proper means of motorvation.
