Let me begin by saying that Ive been a customer at this site for over 50 years, starting way back when I was a child and my mom took me to what was then Wise Way. Im always friendly and smiling, speaking to workers when I come in. Well, today was the ABSOLUTE LAST TIME I will step foot in that place!! I went to the store today (10-30-21 between 2:15 and 2:45) and was using the self-checkout. I always use the Walmart ones with no problem; these at Stracks always give me (and others Ive seen using them) problems. It kept giving the command to put item in bagging area, when I had already done so. The woman supervising the machines came over and very rudely told me that I had to wait until the green light came on before picking up my bags. I had been doing that, so I told her that I know. She kept rudely ordering me on what to do and I just continued to say that I know. Then, she is standing away from me, far enough for other customers to hear and tells me that I have to wait for the green light. I told her that it kept doing this every time I lifted my items up to double bag them. She continued to argue with me. So I just said forget this and went elsewhere to buy my groceries. This was the last straw but not the only rude, unprofessional thing I have witnessed there. On numerous occasions, I have either witnessed or experienced rudeness from workers. Many times, Ive had to listen to workers, often managers, standing around gossiping about customers or other workers. Ive witnessed managers standing out in front of customers, berating workers, often the mentally handicapped ones.Prices have been way too high, even before Covid. All of that is bad enough, but I will not tolerate being treated like a nothing, like an idiot, by someone who wouldnt have that job if it werent for the customers. Im sure with these things happening, youve probably already lost many other customers and will continue to lose them if something isnt done.

I decided to order my wedding flowers locally and support our local businesses! I’ve shopped at the Old Ridge store for many years now and have purchased many beautiful flower arrangements over the years, so I was not at all worried, I knew these women would do beautiful work.But I MUST share my appreciation for their hard work!!I genuinely could not have been more thrilled with the stunning centerpiece, bridal bouquets and flowers they created for us. I gave Andrea and Deb and idea of what I wanted, what our colors were and let them run free.Thank you for helping to make our day that much more special with these stunning flowers!! 💙💙💙

I like going to the store. Nice friendly people. The only thing that I get confused that is when they have coupons that I clip I never really see everything that I clipped. I asked people about it and they say no we dont carry that. So not sure why they have those coupons to clip. Mostly Im talking about the fruit snacks. And some of the chip deals.

Our neighborhood grocery store. Friendly and helpful employees. They put out good sales and have anything from flower shop to hot to go foods, deli and you can select you choice and they will cook it while you shop. Great prices.

Disappointed in the store. I stopped by the store around 530 pm and ordered fried chicken to take my mom for dinner. When I started serving the chicken it was hard like a rock. They over fried it! I was so upset! I had to order food for dinner and made my mother wait for food and shes diabetic. Now I wont buy your chicken again KFC getting my business. I loved your chicken and store but now just your store. Disappointed with chicken 😣

Not terribly impressed to be honest. Store was clean. Staff was polite but not necessarily friendly. Really expected better from what I had heard. Seafood really left a lot to be desired, but maybe Im just asking too much for a small town.

Have to take advantage of the sales when theyre available. Every time I go here to get something, I always have to bring home some cornbread. Best cornbread Ive tasted.

Dont order a cake from there. They charge 22 bucks for a cake that looks like it only feeds a baby. They put it in a big box and get you thinking its a nice size cake only to be scammed. Very disappointed. Could of went to Sams bought a huge cake for 20 bucks. Lesson learned. Plus they dont show you the size of the cake youre ordering.

Its my main one stop shop for things. I always grocery shop and alcohol shop here. They have a nice selection of beverages outside a liquor store to be honest. Today I am chilling by the pool with a couple rounds of Mikes Hards and your Fathers root beer! 🍻

Stracks catered our wedding it was really good they were on time and the attendants were very friendly and kept up with all the food

This is preferable for Seniors. Easy to get around and have everything a Senior need

Wonderful place all across the board. Employees are friendly, the food in the kitchen is fresh, everything is clean and tidy. They will always have me and my familys buisness.

Store feels cramped and grubby but they have a good selection of Non Dairy and organic products. Also soy free and gluten free. Things that are generally difficult to find. Very grateful for that.

I went to the deli and I understand it was close to closing but the attitude the employee has was terrible. She slammed the door and rudely said what did I want. And that I could choose from the sliced they had out cause the cleaned all the slicers. I understand it was close to closing but it was 15 minutes away. The attitude was totally uncalled for.

Social distance and mask YES. Managers are visible in the Store. This Stracks Store has normal hours unless a major holiday. Fully stocked. Orderly. They even have an aisle for natural and organic foods in one area which included the frozen items. Floral.

Has great deals through out the store.

Convenient location. Great customer service. Easy no wait checkout! 1 or 2 customers were coughing and not wearing masks... kinda sad!

Store very clean, disinfecting carts as used. Items easy to find, lots of sales. Staff very helpful and friendly. Prices on meat vs. Quality is unbalanced as the cuts are low rate as opposed to the high prices.

The produce here is disgraceful. The choices in terms of what they have are no more than basic. In a particular product, for example eggplant, they may only have 4 or 5, and it’s a crapshoot if any of them are good. I really resent that I can’t do all of my shopping at one store.

This is a great place to shop! The store is clean, the staff is very helpful and pleasant. The cashiers are speedy and attentive. There’s always an ample amount of registers open.I really enjoy their Fresh Salmon. I also like the variety of fresh baked breads. I almost forgot to mention that 1 year I won the Back-to-School Basket!!!

I’m a regular customer or guest at Stracks. I shop there frequently. I have never left a review before until now, because this particular day cannot be overlooked. When I came into the store the other day I was greeted by the same lady (Donna). She is always rude! I notice sometimes how she greets others but fails to greet me. This day, I had inquiries on an item and I asked her. She had a terrible attitude as if she did not even want to speak to me as if I done something wrong to her. Observing the way she has been treating me since I have been coming into the store, I can only say it feels the cause is behind me being a woman of color (African American). This really offends me! It also concerns me due to the fact that if I’m experiencing this, I’m pretty sure others of my African American culture have too. BLACK LIVES do matter whether she realizes it or not!

Great place to get some groceries and a low prices. Its clean and social distancing is a must. I recommend you come here to shop. Git in and out easily.

Awesome local grocery chain. Surprising variety of options in the dairy section. Late night shopping is pretty sketchy though since they will only have one cashier towards closing. Dont fill your cart up late night youll be there a long time. Lots of cool cakes always available too in the bakery.

Im correcting my rating because in all the time we have shopped here, however small the store is doesnt really matter in the end. The customer service is second to none, and we enjoy shopping there every time. The store is wonderfully clean, and always stocked. Every single employee is awesome.

They had cherries for $1.77. They have been $3.99 a pound in Chicago.

10-13-2020 7pm. I stopped in for 2 items went to courtesy booth to pay and there were 2 gentlemen in front of me paying for some items neither of them were wearing a mask!. I asked the crabby clerk behind the counter why they were shopping and not wearing masks? Her response to me was, we cannot force people to wear a mask!. Im sure if i walked into this store with a lit cigarette in my hand she would surely tell me i wasnt allowed to smoke in the store. If you can enforce 1 rule but not the other your policy has a double standard to it wheather you realize it or not!. I now will choose to shop where the mask is required and the store stands behind what they have posted all over the store. MASKS REQUIRED!!!!. if you say it and you post it stand behind it or dont bother!!!!. Figure it out stracks....

I was there on 12/6/2020 on Sunday night around 730 pm and I ordered 2 16 piece chicken and I love vantils chicken and the lady working there last night should get a raise because she was friendly and very nice and did a awesome job on the chicken. It was crispy and meat was juicy and all other vantils can never get it right just like the 1 in Griffith on cline its never crispy plus its loaded with grease and to bad they cant make it right. I will always get my fried chicken from your store and tell her thankyou for the awsome job

I entered the business and purchased what I needed from the organic vegan isle and I am very happy with the selection that was offered to me.

They are putting in self check outs and taking jobs away is my only complaint

I was wrongfully declined of a purchase of alcohol at stracks today, an employee asked me to remove my mask during a PANDEMIC and a MASK MANDATE, and when I asked her “should I do that?” She said I have to, so I did, showed her my face, she continued to decline me my transaction and walked away with my items AFTER making me expose my face needlessly, I presented her me picture ID and debit card with a name to match that I was paying with, and she only condoned the sale when a manager was called onto site. The manager was unfriendly, and unapologetic, I had even called after my visit, and the manager was impolite, and made excuses for her employees behavior. She was again unapologetic other than to say she was sorry that I was offended, not sorry for wrongful declining a sale, no sorry for making me remove my face covering only to continue to decline my purchase. Although the manager begrudgingly accepted the sale, I am still frustrated and confused about my experience today. STRONGLY dissatisfied. And would like this addressed.

The staff is always very nice and helpful and everything is stocked. I wish they had little kid carts and a bigger selection of fruit, instead of 6 or more types of apples, but its a smaller store so I understand. On the plus side, since it is smaller, all the parking spaces are close to the store

I shop here many times throughout the week exclusively because of the convenience. The staff is friendly and courteous. The pricing however is expensive. Several times I have come home and found items that were expired or produce had mold. Perhaps the owner could offer a one on one opportunity to take suggestions from their customers on how they could improve the customers shopping experience.

There nice, and pretty convenient. Store layout is a little weird to me.

A delightful store to shop in well stocked and the store staff is courteous helpful and always pleasant. I consider this supermarket the best in this area.
