By far the best retailer for makeup . Tailors to a sophisticated, high end, less eclectic & more professional crowd than Sephora. Staff is superb.

Bluemercury is the best place for cosmetics and skincare but the Hingham location is the the BEST of all of the stores because of Sean Powell, the manager. He is extremely knowledgeable on every product and takes the time to find you the right product or perfect shade. I won’t order from anyone but him now! The store is also always clean and well organized. Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE!!!! I came here to get my makeup done for a special event. I had an appointment and arrived on time but they were taking helping customers that kept coming in just to buy things before even starting my makeup. After almost 45minutes of waiting they finally started my makeup but kept stopping and doing other things instead of focusing on me. Long story short i hated the makeup and was there for 3 hours and started crying and expressing that i was very unhappy with the work that was done and the main makeup artist left before even finishing because “she had somewhere to be” VERY unprofessional. The employees that were still there ignored me while i balled my eyes out. TRAUMATIC experience to say the least. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone I know.

Tonight was disappointing to say the least. I arrived around quarter of 9:00 and the doors were locked. I looked over and a lady with blonde hair smiled and turned off the lights. Extremely rude and totally uncalled for. I will not be returning to this location again.

Bad experience with their customer service. I walked in for one item and couldn’t find it. I asked one of the ladies to point me in the direction of the item, but she was busy at the check out line which is understandable. The next lady I asked, although very nice, did not know where to find the item. The last lady I asked knew where to find the item but was rude to me and huffed and puffed about having to help me. A 5 minute errand took me at least 30 min and the store was not even busy. I didn’t think I would be such a burden for asking where a make up product is in a make up store....

This store sells higher end cosmetics. Price is high but the service was very nice.

Wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone after the service I received tonight. The atmosphere is also absolutely miserable and it’s make your shopping experience uncomfortable to say the least.
