He didn’t try to push me into a sale but instead asked questions until we found the perfect car for me. The financing didn’t take long. It was an altogether great experience.

Rented a car from April 29 to May 3rd. I was given an vehicle with a cracked window on the passenger side, due to I was getting ready for a 4hour travel to an event I didnt think of taken it back, but I did call and left a message cause I was unable to reach the rental agent that did the transaction. I will be More careful with rental for now on, returning the vehicle they want to say thats its my fault. 🤔😠 Im looking to rent a car for my next event in a few weeks, now I have to try some where else. I wanted to rent within my community but its not happening right now.. 😞😞

I just recently leased a new Frontier with one of the easiest transactions I have ever had. Texted with Gabrielle and William (sales manager) and was provided exact quotes by email with full disclosures. Arrived at dealership to find my new Frontier up front detailed and ready to go. Spent less than 35 minutes from arrival to driving off including signing all paperwork. William was extremely professional and proficient. Great store with a great staff. Best Nissan store within 100 miles !!
My interest was a jeep liberty and I informed them of that, however they waited until I drove out there to tell me its been sold. Pooler to Hinesville and back again is not a short drive, especially at these gas prices.
Worst experience i’ve ever had. called to make sure they honored my warranty, they claimed they didn’t and then did. after we settled that they do in fact honor it, i waited a month for my appointment. an hour later after dropping my car off, they’re refusing to honor my warranty because my warranty company doesn’t wanna dish out their ludicrous service fees

Vaden of hinesville has been a nightmare from the start. We went in to buy a car and first off the car had never been inspected. The bumper was rusted out which we were fine with fixing. Then they had to keep the vehicle to fix the tire rot and said they’d give us updates which they never did a week later we called to find out the vehicle was still being worked on because the brakes were bad and the rotors were bad and that the car needed more work done. Then they called us almost two weeks later to tell us the amount we had given them was wrong and we were short. After we backed out of the deal the bank had called to inform us the check had been cashed and they needed the title for the vehicle which we never bought. This place has been nothing but sketchy and scammy. Be careful buying as they don’t inspect the vehicles before Selling them. We even watched one of their shop guys kick the tires of the vehicle we were going to buy and then shrug his shoulders and walk off like everything was fine.

Pretty poor quality of service at this Nissan dealership. Lets start at the beginning of this scenario. Appointment was made based off their hybrid technician, I came in on Monday to get the vehicle looked over, they stated the tech was off for the week. Awesome, lets shoot for a day next week. Great time has been scheduled. My appointment arrives, I leave work early, drive there. Get to the desk and they are checking me in, youre here for your appointment? Yep, sorry the hybrid tech isnt here, he took the day off. I stated Oh, but I had scheduled this appointment a week ago. His answer sorry we didnt make it to calling you. GREAT Service. Scheduled another appointment well see how that goes. Didnt offer hey well cover this diagnostic for you since we obviously cant manage our people, now I have to waste time and money again to arrive and see what happens.
Just bought my first car here. They made it so easy.
Bought a truck back in late October was given a “free” One year warranty and now it is April and the truck is going into the shop for the THIRD time. Reached out to them back in December time frame was told I would get a call back to see if they would help with a trade in or what they will do and played phone tag then never heard back just seems kind of sketchy to be offered a free year warranty to help “ease” my mind when my husband was gone since it’s his truck and now it’s going in the shop yet again. Was told they do a thorough inspection before selling the vehicle but I strongly do not believe that was the case since on day two it was already in the shop I know that should’ve been a sign but my husband had fell in love with the truck and there was no convincing him otherwise. When asked for the inspection list back in December was told I would get a call back and guess what was basically left high and dry. After putting less than 1,000 miles on it since we bought it it should not be having these type of issues. My husband said his sales team was great but that definitely doesn’t matter when your truck is in and out of the shop. Definitely don’t like playing the blame game but the ball was dropped when buying this vehicle and it definitely was not on our end.
All I know is my car was working when I dropped it off and now its not working. All I needed was and oil change and tired rotation. When I left a bunch of sensor lights on the dashboard were on and the speedometer wasnt working. We tried to call back and bring it in, but were getting the run around as and being treated as if we caused the issue. We purchased the car from there and want to purchase more from them in the future, but if this is the type of service were gonna get, I dont think well go elsewhere.

Went in just looking after making on appointment online from a trade quote for my car. Im not sure how you can say my hopes were for getting a new car were or how long I thought I was going to be sitting there. But its almost like they helped me pick out the perfect brand new car, after I told them exactly what I wanted. The gentleman brought one around for me to test drive. Everyone was so nice. They gave me a wonderful offer for my trade in, and it seemed like I was driving off the lot in no time in my brand new 2018 Rouge. I even ended up being there unit after closing time because my appointment was for a little later in the day and I was there for just a few hours. Which is understandable, but they told me to come back the next day so I could finish getting it detailed and a few other things finished up which they did without a problem. So if you want a great friendly car buying experience that wont take all day long. Go over there to Vaden. Im sure they will be happy to help you they were very good to me.

I dropped my vehicle off at 1:22 pm and I waited 2:07 minutes for a basic oil change and tire rotation. I walked out after the service at 3:29 pm. I sit for so long I watched a movie, took and nap and they didn’t even provide me a blanket.
Worst customer service experience ever! The service advisor was very unconcerned and inconsistent. No follow up(said wrote the phone number down wrong) after messages left. Service manager never returned call request. Vehicle sat there for 2 weeks before a diagnostic was performed and over a week after that for repair to be completed. Awful!!
Jesse provided outstanding customer service. I went to the dealership for an oil change. Jesse greeted me promptly and politely. I waited in the dealership for a short time and then Jesse told me that I was ready to go. I will definitely contact Jesse when my vehicle is ready for the next oil change. Thank you, Jesse!
I had to change service pervider because, I requested diagnosis service ( told to schedule a week day at 1 pm August 26 person wasnt available and oil change ) they had my car for 3 half hours nothing done. 😑
I wasnt expecting to pay that much for repairs and upgraded after only having the car for almost four years but to my surprise, Melissa told me about the payment plan and that was awesome!

This place is a Joke! I had an appointment and they said they could not see me because they were backed up until the following week. Today I was told by the assistant manager/manager that they will not work on my car. I am aware Nissan Murano has 2 recalls but theyre trying to make it seem if they did a transmission fluid change that could ruin my transmission and that I should sign a waiver in case the transmission somehow gets destroyed!!! Vaden Nissan is the one who sold the car so how can you not be bothered by it!!!! Ridiculous customer service!!!

He answered all my questions and was very helpful. After viewing my other vehicle options I came back and he was quick to take care of me. Before I came to Vaden Nissan I called and let them know what I was interested in and all the requirements I had for a new vehicle . I dealt with this dealer back and forth for a week. Once I was ready to go to the dealer, I called an hour in advance to make sure the vehicle was still available. I was assured that the car was ready to be seen. I was also told that I could potentially drive the car off of the lot that same day as long as my car insurance was in place. So, I used an Uber to get to the dealership ($40). I was fine with paying this because I was told that I would be able to drive the car home. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was told that the car was being seen by the mechanic and it would not be ready for viewing until possibly the following Monday. I paid for another Uber ($43) to go straight back home because the other cars are overpriced. This dealership wasted my time by telling me that the car was ready for viewing while it was actually being insepcted. They also wasted my money that I spent on Uber plus the car insurance. They never even called me back when the car was ready like they promised.I would give them zero stars if I could.
Business sucks here with service department. Been trying to speak to someone for days and always can i have your contact number and will call you back shortly..nothing in return and this is ridiculous for real.

We were looking for an affordable used car for our college bound daughter. We didnt want something without a warranty, but we had a budget to consider. She saw a used Kicks and fell in love. Turns out it was a certified pre-owned, still under warranty. After talking to a friend of ours who works in finance, we found out the car was already marked under fair value. They understandably would not lower the price anymore, but gave us a 2 year maintenance agreement. She wont have to pay for oil changes for two years!!! We got a great deal and our daughter got the car she wanted. Our salesman Dillan was great! He worked hard to get us everything we asked for! Thank you for helping us put our daughter in a car she loves that gives us piece of mind.
While I really loved the courtesy of the staff, the wait time to run a diagnostic test and change the battery took way too long. I had just been there two days before for service and to return for this service.
Was told my blower motor was full of roaches. I decided to do the repair myself. Well there was no signs of roaches. Also the blower motor bearing was bad . Well then I found out they did not due a proper diagnosis because the resistor was completely shot and Well I had to replace that as well

Wouldnt honor the online price. I made a reservation for the vehicle at the price I saw online. A rep called to confirm I was coming so I know they saw the reservation and the price and no one told me the online price was wrong. I drove 6 hrs for the car. When I got to the dealership after all test drives and credit pulls then they finally came and said oh the online was wrong and we cant sell for that price. If you cant sell for that price then dont list it for that and if it is a known computer glitch then take it down.

I was concerned about my trade in vehicle and credit score going into the dealership. Jeremy, our sales rep, was very friendly and understanding of our financial situation and vehicle needs. He showed me vehicles that were in my price range and was very thorough about the whole car buying process. Very friendly and professional. He made sure we were always comfortable and was never pushy for a sale or decision. He was able to find a car that I could afford and that I liked. Although some issues arose that were out of his control, he and the Hinesville staff immediately stepped up to fix the problem. We appreciate everything Jeremy and the staff did to help make this the most pleasant and smooth process for car buying. I love my car and my car payments are affordable. I appreciate they valued my time and made me feel like a priority.

I have free oil changes with the purchase of my vehicle. I’m from Valdosta, GA. My appt was at 1030, car was dropped off at 9:15. My car wasn’t done until after 2 pm. That is a long time to wait for an oil change.

I would say one thing about the sales people and that’s that they are fair and honest when it comes to pricing and will give you a good trade value despite the conditions that it’s in (5 stars). But the reason I’m giving it a two star for now is because when I noticed a mechanical problem with a vacuum leak in my 05 Volvo after a week of purchasing it, I made a appointment for a vacuum diagnostic test (or smoke test) to see where the vacuum leak is and fix it. The first answer I got was that they are booked (even though I made a appointment) and there second answer is that they won’t fix it because it’s a Volvo and they are not use to fixing it. I understand that it’s a Nissan dealership but if you’re gonna sell multiple makers with a bumper to bumper warranty then at least have mechanics that are confident and have knowledge on what to do on all car’s not just Nissan.

Chad said he could get the car from the other location if I believed that was the car I wanted. He did get the car for me, and I traded on that day for my 2017 Nissan Murano. My past experiences with car salesmen have not been anything to write about, but Chad was so helpful that I wanted to share.
