Horrible horrible experience, 23% interest rate for anything and everything

Today I called M&M Motors to ask questions about my car, and my financing options. I was directed to Chris Green. He provided me with so much helpful information. Chris Green is the Sales person everyone should be asking for. Thank you so so much.

I just called to speak with the lady who takes payments over the phone, and she was really rude, when I asked her a question. Super unprofessional. If you want to fight become a pro wrestler, she might be in the wrong field.

I was told during the limited Warrantee covers everything that is on the paper will be covered for I showed them the piece of the intake that was covered up with duct tape and they told me that it was just there to keep the air in the intake but The limited warranty papers states and says they replace the intake they took their time fixing everything on the car so that my warranty would run out and they wouldn’t have to pay for anything But I will admit that it is very grateful to have an extra 10 days to pay your car note after you fix everything on the car every five seconds I haven’t had my car for 4 months and it’s overheated on me three times

I dont know why people want to buy a car from this place. RUN FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO BUY YOUR CAR. If you dont believe me go ahead get your car from them and see. Most of the good ratings here come from their employees and their families.

If I could give them -5 stars I would!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this place. They will sell you junk at HIGH price and still try collect way more than you owe! Theres plenty of other legit places to buy car

I bought a truck from them that had nothing but issue. I signed I fixed everything I could. Trans was bad. Finally after close to a year of me having the truck the motor blew. I had it towed to m&m and I asked and begged to see if they could help me. She said she would. She bought the truck back for 2000 grand. And we was going to add the rest of what I owed on a different vehicle. The narrowed what car I could get to the white ford suv. Gave them 2000 dollar down. It smoked after I got home. I check the heads was cracked. I took it back the next day to get my money back they gave me back 1700. 300 was for wasting her time. I needed my vehicle or I was going to lose my job. I would recommend to go to a legitimate dealership. Or buy from a person. Anything but m&m. Now no truck and apparently they didnt buy back my truck even though they gave me signed papers them buying the truck back from me.

Huntsville location had a good selection of vehicles reasonably priced and the mileage on the ones I looked at was reasonable as well for the year of the vehicle. Sales staff came out to assist right away and I told them I was just looking he was not pushy like most car salesman he did stay close and attentive but only to answer any questions I had about any of the vehicles I looked at! I would recommend this used car dealer to anyone looking to purchase used and I may go back myself

Trust the reviews for this place. Entire business model revolves around selling overpriced vehicles to bad credit holders with massive interest, then collecting on the repo when you cant afford it. There are plenty good used dealerships in the area, this gives all of them a bad name. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

My boyfriend brought a car from there and it was stright trash dont ever go there

Was fairly new to Ft Stewart in 2001 and looking for a car. Saw a bare bones 92 Honda Civic 5 speed coupe with around 225k miles and I thought I could probably pick this up for like $2500, wrong. I was told they would take no less than $9200 for it. The same model Civic was barely $16k brand new. Not to mention it had manual locks and windows. Also they said I needed to put $1500 down and my payments would be $375 for 4 years. All in all I would have paid $19.5k for something worth about $1.2k, The freaking hood wasnt even the original hood and the windshield was cracked across the bottom. I kindly walked away without being taken advantage of but, sadly many soldiers and regular citizens of Hinesville dont and get completely scammed. To call their cars lemons would be an understatement. Stay away before they try to sell you a Grapefruit.

My husband and I went and have looked before at cars, never test drove any, we were really interested in a vehicle here, and they told my husband he has test drove too many cars. If he wanted to test drive The one we were interested in he needed to fill out an application. He hasnt test driven any. Im almost 6 months pregnant and we only have a 2 seater car& need another soon. Never going back there again.

While I honestly believe the location in town is way better than the one going towards Midway. All in all theyre not as bad as people portray.1st and foremost. Its a buy here pay here dealership. They dont do maintenance on their vehicles. They are used and bought from auctions or trade-ins.So anyone who is looking to buy, do your research and have the vehicle checked. If you have good credit or a well paying job. You dont have to go there. When buying anything used, always assume you may have to fix things or deal with issues. Thats why the previous owner got rid of it. If it has 150k or more miles. Its highWe bought a 2005 GMC Yukon XL Denali. Priced a little high for 150k mile SUV. Did end up replacing the motor after it froze while in KY winter. Some minor things wrong but runs great.Thinking of trading it in for something with better fuel economy

M&m motors in front of sonics on hwy 84 is very good. Exellent customer service I recommend it to anyone that has low credit score they will work with you just talk to Kareem . by the way the one going towards midway are ass holes

I shouldnt have ever gotten a car with 300 and something thousand miles on it that was my mistake to begin with but they straight got me tho, they never mentioned any problems with this SUV and it has more then enough. They only gave me a 30 day warranty, fixed one thing and now Im stuck with a car that has a million and one problems. It is now shutting off every time I slow down our stop, it has a major leak, whenever I put it in reverse it a message keeps popping up, this other check gage thing keeps being when I turn or just driving, check engine light is on steady now keeps blinking its a piece of junk and they new it but if they think Im going to keep pouring money into this can they got another thing coming. VERY DISHONEST COMPANY DOESNT TELL THE CUSTOMER WHAT IS WRONG WITH THEIR VEHICLES!!!!!!

Not sure how I feel about this place yet. I bought a can about a month and a half ago and the lights are flashing on the dash. It runs ok so far. Just lights constantly coming on and off and its always dinging. Will post more after I talk to them about it

M&M motors is straight robbery when I went to purchase my vehicle I was told from their salesman that from every car $8000 and below was a 1000 dollars down they charged me $2000 dollar down payment on an $6000 dollar car. When she total all of my income together she told me that my Childsupport could not be included so charged the additional 1000.00 and included my Childsupport anyway. The girl who referred me to these crooks used her cs with no problem. I was 1 payment behind with another one coming up due when they pick my vehicle up as of 5/10/2017. I told the lady when I first got the vehicle that I was going to pay the vehicle off may 25th. Well they picked it up...lolThey are very much so crooks and very misleading. I wouldnt recommend no one to do service with them ever!

Horriable kareem was a nice dude but they have me paying 12000 dollars for an 2005 nissan murano that is leaking oil from the exhaust pipes meaning the engine is going to go out on this vehicle i wouldnt recommend anybody to purchase a car here. Oh and yeah the staff is rude as hell here

Friend bought a BMW from here while in the army had overheating problems and it was nothing but problems stay broken down every month and it had to be towed multiple times one week
