Poor communication and misleading estimate process. I made it clear we just wanted an estimate to decide if we were going to file a claim. They suggested we schedule the work anyway since theyre booked out several weeks. What they didnt say was that by doing so, we were authorizing them to charge our insurance. Sketchy! Thats not the way to get our business.I only found out when we got an email from Geico saying payment had been sent. We had to cancel the payment. On top of this, I had to call them 4 times to get them on the phone. Well go elsewhere to a shop we can trust.

I took my vehicle in about 4 years ago and keep on referring people to this place. even 4 years after they fixed my car, my friends thank me for the referral! although i hope not to be a repeat customer for obvious reasons, I would be more than comfortable with the quality of work provided. they work very closely with insurance adjusters too!

Recently had my first (hopefully last) minor accident with my brand new Honda Accord. I needed to have some body and paint work done on it, so I decided to take it to Hawaii Collision Center on a whim (and Im glad I did). They gladly took it in for me and set up my rental car arrangements with my auto insurance company. Got my car back within three weeks, which they promised to have it done by, and WOW. The body repairers did an outstanding job at making it look factory new, like nothing even happened.
