This facility may not look like much from the outside, but the service and organization was surprisingly top quality. I would happily bring my car back for service/repair. They cleaned my car inside and out before picking it up (thanks!) and there is an enterprise rental across the street.

2018 my brand new Subaru Crosstrek gotten into a rear-end accident. Upon picking up my car it was raining hard and car looked ok - took off lot and realized that i had a black Particle on my windshield. Tried to remove it with a cloth is didn’t come off, with my finder nail it flicked off and under the glass was cracked. Owner of bodypro ( in-won) Claimed it was a welding spark and he was going to replace it - never called in 3 years. I now got into a accident with a pig and in need to fix it - i told the claims adjuster anyone but BodyPros . Island insurance called to see if they would make things right. Lisa said they would fix it. Body pros have called 4 times in 3 days plus email to schedule appointment. Lisa at Body Pros claim she knew nothing about window. i decided to go elsewhere and i was shown their shady unethically business practice that i thought was, is now confirmed 3 years later. I guess that’s why they only once gotten #1 rated in 2019 and lost it never to be rated #1. You decide if your business their is worth your car to be damaged by BodyPro- oh and the overspray from painting damage was never fixed as well.

Very satisfied with the easy transaction & all work done! + car rental was in walking distance across the road.They even cleaned & vacuumed the interior of my car & washed it! No question Ill be back if needed!

Been there 5 times over the years with multiple company cars and eventually my own car. Each time the owner Inwan was professional, knowledgeable, and on time. One time he even got on the ground, picked up a heavy duty professional blow dryer, and reshaped a slight plastic dent so to save me $1000 deductible! Where else can you find that kind of service?

My repair experience with them was delightful. They were very timely in the repair, were very friendly and extra insightful. Im not sure if I would have gone to them if the repairs werent covered by insurance, because it wasnt a cheap repair, but I feel that they gave me the best service possible .

Top notch body shop. This is the first time I needed body work in Hilo. I asked my dealership and my insurance company for their preferred shops. Body pros came up on both lists, and was conveniently located. The owner, Inwan, and his team were easy to work with and scheduling the job while I was on the mainland worked out well. The body work was very well done, and the team went above and beyond the call of duty by removing a few door dings, cleaning the tires and floor mats and making sure my truck was returned in better shape than when it was delivered. Great service. Fair pricing. Professional performance.

Went to get a quote to repair two very small dents on my truck door, guy came out to check it out took photos, one star because the quote was sent quickly but it was for over a $ 1000 . Got it expertly done elsewhere for $350.
