I was recommended to Paolercio Brothers by my sister who used them for body work. My hood needed to be painted thanks to a kind neighbor who offered to clean the snow off my car and used a METAL SHOVEL to do it. Patrick was very nice and gave me a fair price to have my hood painted. He gave me a date and time when the work would be finished and I have to say I was beyond impressed! They even detailed my car, which was a nice surprise! I regret not taking a before picture but trust me when I say this business is honest and does excellent work. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking auto body/paint work. Be sure to ask for Patrick.

Patrick & his team are PHENOMENAL!!! I’ve came here about 3 times, 2 of the times were minor, a mirror fix and a key fob replacement but the 3 time was the big boy. My entire front end was knocked off after a car accident. Entire frame shifted and everything. Patrick was honest with me about the workload and the cost. A hefty price so he gave me time to think about what I wanted to do. Everyone told me to get a second opinion but I was sure I was getting the absolute best price. (I trust Patrick completely, he definitely doesn’t give off scammer vibes). After getting the second opinion, I knew that he was the only person I would let touch my car. He originally quoted me for 10 days in the shop, but he finished within a WEEK!!! A WEEK!!! My car looks brand new! Literally fixed what the accident caused, along with the minor scratches that came with the car. I cannot thank Patrick enough for keeping an open line of communication every step of the way. It’s very reassuring to know you’re in good hands. Patrick even detailed/cleaned the car. I loved that so thank you! I wish he did regular maintenance too because I’d never go anywhere else! Paolercio Brothers is the best. Ive been to them twice on two separate occasions. First time was for a small dent front wheel panel. That was rubbing against my passenger door. Fixed it for me free of charge. Second time was to paint my side view mirror. Quoted me a price which was a fair price for the work. The color match my car perfectly. Excellent service from a very friendly family run business. My Lexus was in bad shape before it got there. They made it look as great as the day I bought it brand new. Communication with Patrick who runs the shop made the process so easy. I highly recommend this place for all jobs big and small.

I dont want to come back to Paolercio Brothers any time soon, but thats only because I want to remain accident free, LOL. As far as quality work, this had to be the best experiences Ive had when getting my car repaired....from the receptionist and her welcoming personality, to Patrick and his stellar customer service, expertise, and the pride from him and his staff. I was very pleased with the work that was done on my car and would recommend them to anyone that asks. My plan after getting my car back was to get it detailed to match the outside, but upon opening my car door the inside looked brand new. STELLAR JOB!!!!

Someone on the highway cut off the guy next to me who then proceeded to cut me off. Unfortunately for me he ended up hitting my car pretty good in my passenger side fender of my 07 Scion tC. Even more unfortunate, the driver wasnt from the U.S. and was only visiting so their car was a rental. This meant I was paying out of pocket for everything. I had a few places take a look and give me some pretty ridiculous quotes. I finally got some good luck coming across this place cause they really took care of me. They gave me a very fair price and had the fender swapped for me way faster than I was expecting. This body shop was the only thing that made a pretty sh***y thing not so bad. I would definitely recommend this body shop to my friends so its safe to say I would definitely recommend this place to strangers too.

My 2016 Chevrolet Silverado was hit by a careless individual resulting in over $7000 worth of damage. The Truck only had 7800 miles on it. Bill and his crew of professionals did a superb job in repairing it to return it to like new condition. He fought with the insurance company to make sure they covered the damage. Bill even replaced the door jam sticker with VIN # an assembly info that State Farm wouldnt pay for. He refused their attempt to shortcut or assembly line the repair. I went today to get an estimate of my paint peeling car the gentleman at the front desk was very informative. I told him how I took it to another shop and they did that shotty job he told me as long as it was under an insurance claim I could take it back to the original body shop and get them to refix their work. He was right he saved me a good grand by telling me that information in itself. I would recommend this place because they are honest people. They could of easily took my money and did the work. But they didnt, they have integrity and for that alone I give them 5 stars. The cars on the premises looked good too so I believe they do exceptional work. Thank you

So I lived around the corner from Paolercios for years and every time it never fails... would see a car go in and I mean the looks like it should have been totaled because of so much damage that was done, but in due time when that car comes out of Paolercios it comes out show room ready so when I needed body work done to my car I did not second guess where I was taking it!!!. Not only did my car come out looking amazing but the friendly service and the owner Bill was amazing. Hands down best service and quality work, these guys take pride in there work.
