Clean area, spacious parking, slow internet connection inside with verizon, restaurant is closed.But good to stop before or after busy Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Its OK but I have some remarks online services was down I couldnt reserve a shower through the app and the machine was broken too I had to stand on line to take a shower ... no need to add anything about the shower ( one time @ love another @ pilot and that it how could people take shower at this places... one towel and low water pressure and tight just like taking a shower in a barrel..) I love TA shower and a big thanks for the stuff theyve are doing a great job 👍👏

Pretty clean, nice prices compared to other gas stations. Burger King inside and connected to the gas station.Mom and Pop country style restaurant inside. But it was closed due to COVID-19.

Came into the truck service center tonight. I nicely greeted the short Mexican lady at the desk. I was quickly greeted with a rude tone. I told her I needed service. She said it was five trucks in front of me and I couldn’t be seen until tomorrow afternoon. It’s 8:30pm never have ever heard such foolishness. I asked her could they not even change a tire she said yeah but your here and the other trucks are on the road. She got upset because I still wanted to put my name down and cursed me out. I asked to speak with the manager she said she was in charge. Never have I ever been treated with such disrespect.

This TA has got to be the worst I have seen for customer service. We fueled over 700.00 here, and are supposed to get a free coffee, but when we got to the register, we were informed that, we had to have a coupon, from the kiosk, for that, and were then charged 2.37 cents, for a refill, and to top it all off, their machine is broke, and doesnt give receipts right now, for showers, or anything else! When we explained this to the manager, he just looked at us, and said nothing.

Restaurant country pride had only 3 tables already served. I was ordered country fried chicken, it took them 45 min to make it. That why I gave 3 starts.But...... once I got it, it tased good and yummy.Clean showers and good water pressure.

Well there was not much to eat out . They finally put more hot dogs out about 10 pm . they were not done at 11:31 still cooking so i really dont know when they put them on!Nothing else ! when i got there and went in about 9 they had dogs on but they went fast !Why is there no other food out . need a little stronger columbia taste like just water ... Wish there were a little more food choices!Thank you ladies for clean washers and dryers

Great place in the middle of nowhere. Clean inside and out, helpful staff, always cleaning and disinfecting surfaces between customers on high contact areas. Lots inventory to choose from, a well rounded attack and grab for gas, restrooms, snacks, and anything else you need. **👍👍**

It has Great showers. It is a clean environment considering most TA. It has plenty of parking. I can always find a spot no matter what time of day it is. The Restaurant is not bad but the Burger King is slow and way overpriced. But if you are traveling though and need a spot to stop before Waco or DFW it is definitely worth the stop.

One of the better ones! Huge truck parking lot, got here past 2am on a Friday night and still 3/4 full. Clean restrooms, showers are hospital grade clean, restaurant was great, barely had to wait considering how busy the lunch rush was. Staff are awesome! Why cant all TAs be like this?

Incredible. The showers were spotless and I didnt even have to ask for a second towel. It was already there. At the pumps the window washing container had real window washing fluid in it and the window blade was not falling apart. The trash bins were not overflowing and had plenty of room. Staff was rediculously happy and social. Best place Ive been in a longtime. Thanks TA....well done!!!

Nice truck stop right at the Dallas/Ft Worth fork. It seemed fairly clean and the staff was friendly. Pumps look to be a bit on the older side though.

Some the highest rated in the USA service centers for the big rig, and service to customers is and always will be friendly and helpful, on the highways were all family, were your home away from home. Some stop by get some food, takes a hot shower and relax, we got you.

I started going to this store because I leave at 330am to go to work in fort worh and its on the way and the only store open. I live in whitney but before I jump on the highway in hillsboro I stop at the TA for there bisquits and gravy which is my favorite breakfast and the lines are shorter than whataburger. But unfortunately they havnt had any in 2 weeks. The cashier was very nice and assured me that they will be getting some in soon. Other than that the store is always clean and the employees are always kind and friendly. Thanks for being open 24hrs.

This Truck Stop is so big,but the staffs at the shop got bigger heart than the truckStop itself.they are friendly and honest about their work. Thank you for the excellent service PATTY... I would recommend this place and come back again..

Idk if she didnt like my maskless face or shes just rude by nature but either way she needs lessons in customer service... she set a bad tone for the entire store and it wasnt positive. I bought 4 tires from this truck stop. I tec put the aluminum rim on the inside and the metal on the outside. I made him correct it. 2 weeks later one of the new tires I bought from them started coming apart. When I tried to have it fixed at a another TA this shop in Hillsboro Texas would not approve the replacement (under warranty) because the tire was on the outside instead of the inside position. Because of the incompetence of one of their workers they dont want to ok the replacement of this tire.

Clean place and nice ppl1/2 fuel pumps out of order, sinks are thr same, toilets the same... this company has a bad management! Time to switch for other fuel card

I would have given this store a 5 star review. However the reason being is that the employees sit at the door smoking cigarettes and it smells really bad. Not one wants to smell the smoke. The showers are very clean and the laundry facility is clean. The store area is clean. Would come back.

I just stopped here for the night and decided to get something to eat at BK before they closed. I placed an order at 8:18pm and didnt get my order until 8:40pm, while watching them serve the 5 orders that followed me instead. I watched as my burgers sat on the warming bin for almost 15 minutes before the front person decided to put down the fries ..I understand that its getting close to closing and all .. but you need to learn how to stage for your orders, especially since youre looking at the tickets every few minutes to see what is needed. If you dont have enough cooked, you cook more to prepare for what you have tickets for already.This will be the 1st & Last time I visit this location for lack of acceptable service.

Nice place, crazy over the top design absolutely Beautiful setup. They keep the trucks and car separated. Have a lot of different food options. Cooler is positively gigantic. Selection of cold pop, energy drinks, water, beer is completely awesome. They might advertise as a truck stop but it just feels like a nice place. Layout and flow is very good. Restaurant has fabulous decorations and nostalgic train memorabilia.

All of these people must be paid to leave positive reviews. Good truckstop EXCEPT, no Verizon internet signal. You can call and text but forget using the internet. You can be be greatest truckstop in the world, but if there is no internet, No thanks, Ill never go back.

Got a tire changed on the truck... took longer to get the paperwork than the tire change.

They dont have a lot of parking but they do have a lot of good food inside so if youre on the road and you get by this place and youre hungry go get some food

I’m giving it 5 stars. It’s a relatively new facility with a lot of parking, much of it pull through. The painted parking spots seem to be wider than many other stops I’ve stayed at. Sadly, due to COVID-19 the restaurant remains closed although the Burger King is open at least for take out.

We tried a couple gas pumps and neither one worked. This meant moving to different pumps towing a travel trailer. We left without filling up.

Waited for tire repair 4 hours they said to fix a tire after 4 hours checked in to see how much longer? Told it will be another 2 to 3hours they said they would call and they did 12 1/3 hours later . These are the most incompetent shop I have ever seen in 25 year OF driving . Poor management and

200 plus spaces. Large store that still has a Country Pride. Gym with an Eliptical and a Bike. And my camera just died. Anyway, nice and quiet TA.

Its ta. Newer so mostly clean. Restaurant is ok. But I think everyone should post pics of the thank you to drivers paid parking. This entire area has 2 trucks in it. TA truly does appreciate drivers.

For a truck stop/convenience store it was a great place to stop. Lots of parking for 4-wheelers & 18-wheelers alike. Great selection of convenience items and drinks and handy gadgets for truck drivers. Lots of fresh fruits and healthy selections too. Bathrooms were very clean. Husband used to come here when he was a trucker and always liked the big, easy to use parking spaces.

TA just lost this truckers business, i bought breezway 3 which was the wrong size for my truck, they wouldnt let me return or exchange. When i bought it no one told me there was different sizes for different trucks, something they should have known and let the purchaser know.

Very well I maintained. Super friendly employees. Very clean bathroom. The waitress was exceptionally attentive to our desires and needs. Give that young woman a raise. We will be returning.

I will rate this place five stars as soon as yall fire whoever the employee who chased me in the parking lot threatening to beat me up and trying to hit my car over a parking dispute. The place is great, staff is amazing, but I refuse to go to a place that allows that kind of misbehavior to occur. Until that employee is taken care of, I will not frequent this establishment and I urge you to do the same.

Service was slow getting out to us after we set down at a table, after the initial getting our drinks ordered then service was great, Restuarant was clean.food was great. Only reason Im giving 4 stars because of the initial wait, seems the waitresses want to spend more time in the back with whom ever is back there than be with their customers.

Really fresh and fast service inside restaurant plus great customer service. Truckstop is nice and clean plus shower was large, clean and great water pressure. Shop is also relatively quick but a little pricey like most TA/Petros.My only complaint is that I couldnt find a WiFi signal in the truck parking lot. For some reason my Verizon 4G was sluggish and a WiFi option would have been a good backup.

Didn’t eat here or use shop that is the only reason I only gave 4 stars. Staff are very nice, clean place and showers are clean. Parking lot was clean but they have spots (coming in and a few as you drive around for parking)buckling which is very rough.

Stopped 2 have intermediate service done. People in service department were nice. A bit slow. My a/c in cab started to blow very poorly after ac cab filters were changed. I open the dash cover and find a homemade cut filter. Wrong material too dense. Wouldnt allow the air to flow through. Unsatisfactory. Supervisor informed.me to get replaced at next T/a Petro. That was cool. 3 stars cause work shouldve been done right the first time. Thanks

The wait time to be served in the restaurant was exceedingly long even though there were few customers. Also the cook evidently doesnt know the difference between medium well and well done. Thats okay though.. my dog wound up with a porterhouse steak for dinner since it was over cooked.

Clean, courteous, and professional. One of the better ones in the chain. Shop was very helpful and got me running again in a timely manner.

This is a super nice TA. Shower was really clean the store itself was very nice and well stocked, and the TA store staff were exceptionally friendly. ***BUT*** The attached Burger King left a lot to be desired. Actually the food was OK, the Cashier is definitely in the wrong line of work, Not even remotely friendly.

The truck service its awful waiting 8 hrs for a DEF service and they doing a bad work...the store is nice.

Well, the service at Country Pride was AWESOME but sadly I cannot say the same about the food. The hamburger patties were very small and the buns rather large. All in all Id have to give it 2 stars because our waitress was extremely awesome.

This TA location is awesome! The entire complex was CLEAN, SPACIOUS, and FULLY STOCKED with fresh-made coffee, beverages, and just about anything a traveler would need. I was extremely tired and hungry on my trip at an hour sheen most fast food places were closed and no hotels in sight. TA was just what to doctor ordered for a safe, well-lit rest stop/gas/food and clean restroom location. 5 stars all the way!!!

Decent, clean, peaceful little truck stop. My only complaint was the Burger King attached to the TA. They were painfully slow. I was first in line, ordered a simple kids meal but waited 20 minutes for it. It was frustrating watching them scramble about.

Really nice TA a lot of parking, they have spaces dedicated to oversized loads too! Service was slow in the restaurant, but the ladies were very friendly. The service center people were also very nice and did my oil change in a timely manner. Ill stay here again!

Improve your odds of getting your repairs completed correctly the first time! As a pure 30 year truck owner, the best way to reduce your repair cost is not necessarily fight over pennies but be assured you don’t have to pay the price a second or third time. So be assured you are taking your equipment to a known risk. The TA in Hillsboro TX (Steven, Tommy, Stephane, Cameron) and the Petro in Weatherford TX (Heather, Molly and others) are two such places. And I doubt it’s coincidental that i find out after years of service that both Managers (Steven in Hillsboro) and Heather (in Weatherford) are husband and wife. 😂

Great place!! Clean bathrooms, Lord of covered gas pumps, lots of room for trucks to park, good food and snack selection, cool and comfortable inside. The only reason it got 4 stars instead of five was because its not exactly an easy on/off station and getting in and out can be tricky.

Really nice, clean place to stop for gas or a bite to eat! There is a Burger King if you are in a hurry to get back on the road or if you have a bit more time, there is a little restaurant where you can actually sit down and enjoy a pretty good meal...one of the best things about the restaurant is, kiddos eat free! Always a good thing when traveling with the family!Staff seems to always be friendly and restrooms are clean, which is a huge plus when needing to stop on the road!!!Another positive...this location is well lit at night and it always seems safe!!!

Gas station was clean and well lit. The restrooms were well maintained. Its just a little tricky getting in and out of there with a car. The entrance for cars is a small single lane ramp that looks like a walk way and the exit is off to the side by Burger King as well. So might be okay during the day but at night the entrance and exit might take some looking to find

I ate at the restaurant @ 8:30pm, I ordered a Porterhouse T-bone Steak well-done and it came back tough and under-cooked, so I sent it back, and it came back less than 2 minutes still under-cooked and still tough to cut, so I sent it back for the third time, and for the third time it was under-cooked and pink on the bone, I ate the steak but I was very unsatisfied, and the manager tried to tell me that the chef said it was cooked well-done, well I was insulted and offended because I love a well cooked steak, and tonight I did not get one; I will not be purchasing another Porterhouse T-bone Steak from this location anymore, and if I stop to get another steak from any TA again and it is under-cooked, I will try not to go back to a TA truck stop ever again; there was also another trucker other a medium well steak and he said that it had blood in it, wow TA truck stops, of you do not know the types of steaks that you are cooking and serving to your customers, please stop serving them because your customers that do order these pieces of meat know how it should look and cut

Good accommodations here. The truck parking area is very organized and there is plenty of room to park. Inside the staff is well mannered and helpful. The country pride restaurant that is attached to this TA was one of the better ones I have been to. If I was to give a little positive criticism I would ask the waitress to right down my order so as to not come back to me twice and ask what I was having. She was sweet and my order was correct so good on her for double, no triple checking. Just get a pen and paper darlin. The food was well cooked but my green beans were banned and unseasoned. All in all a very nice experience and I will definitely be stopping in again.

Showers are clean. .. and I like the railroad Western theme.Clean shop too.Ill be back.FYI..it is a popular place so if you need service work and theyre busy the Petro is only 10 minutes away.I had to get a tire repaired and they were kind of busy so they call the Petro down the road to see if they were busy. Petro wasnt busy so thats where I went for my tire repair.They went above and beyond to help me out.

My husband and I eat here at least once a week. We were disappointed when they first opened up, but they have improved over time. We always try to get the same waitress Melinda . She is amazing an experienced waitress. The menu is what I order from and has always been good. The buffet could be fresher, but my husband likes it.

HAS SPECIFIC OVERSIZE ONLY PARKING big spots, they even come out right around sundown and chase away the box jockeys from those spots, which are about 125 feet long and at least 16 wide, but you could get longer and wider in.Nice “virtual sports” bar next door (walking distance).I used to go to Carl’s corner (willies corner), but there’s nothing there anymore — some of the new employees don’t even know there was a dance hall and a xm radio station there once...

Stopped here to use the restroom. Their store in general is very clean, but their bathrooms rival the cleanliness of Bucees bathrooms. Their employees are really helpful too! So if youre in the area and need snacks, drinks, a bathroom, this is the place to stop!!!

My rating is based on the overall cleanliness of the store and restrooms the two times I visited this week in addition to the helpfulness of the staff. I interacted with 4 different staff members during my two visits. They were all eager to assist which is refreshing in this age of lacklustre customer service.
