First of all the installers were amazing!! The company customer service is horrible.We went a month without any communication from the company. When we finally called them to cancel our order we were told we had to pay for the product. They said it was a special order.No communication at all from Floors with Flair unless it was initiated by us.Would not recommend them if you want to have a smooth process and communication.

From start to finish Floors with Flair was helpful and efficient. I had an appointment with a big box store for carpet but got great personal assistance from this smaller company! I got better carpet for a better price. The installers were great. They moved furniture effortlessly and put it back in place quickly. It was all done in one day for my whole house. Great experience!!

Stopped by looking for carpet for my wifes she shed. Showroom was mainly flooring, but they did have carpet so we had someone show us around. Good selection of carpet types. Colors were a bit lacking, though. The she shed has a plum exterior with inside walls painted a light green. The majority of the samples were tans and beiges.Not a knock against the store as they were helpful. There just wasnt anything bold or eclectic or inspiring.

The end-product looks fantastic and were really happy with the carpet we picked out. Chris and his team were great when we were making our decision. However I rated lower because the installation process was not quite what we expected. On the day of the installation, we had one person show up - he was great to work with and because he was working alone, he only had time to remove the old carpet and setup the padding. This was understandable and we agreed to meet him again the next day (Saturday).He brought some colleagues with him to help - we were fine with this - but none of them wore masks. There was also a child present the whole time, also not wearing a mask. In contrast My husband and I wore masks the entire time. We didnt expect for multiple people to still need almost a full day to install the carpet but we were there from 9-4pm. We also heard at least two flushes of our toilet upstairs (I was downstairs painting) in a bathroom with no soap in it. We would have provided soap and towels if anyone had asked us if it was ok to use our toilet, but no one approached us. I felt compelled toEverything up to the second installation day was great - just a bit of unprofessionalism and lack of COVID-19 caution was off putting.

We had a great experience here. This was actually the second store we tried to go to (CFM workers didn’t give us any assistance), this place helped looked through their inventory to see if they had what we wanted we ended up picking our backsplash here and we are super excited for it to arrive. We will definitely will come back when we are ready to do our bathroom :)

Floors With Flair does an amazing job every... single... time. Chris was extremely helpful through the decision process. I appreciated his input. We had a very tight timeline and he made sure that his teams worked around that timeline and everything was not only done very quickly, meeting the deadline, but it was also perfectly installed. We have used in him the past with the same incredible results and I can honestly say that I will never even consider using another flooring provider. We are fans and customers for life. Ive recommended Floors With Flair to everyone I know and the feedback is always excellent. They are true professionals.

Floors with Flair was amazing to deal with from start to finish. Their design team helped us when all of the options felt overwhelming. The estimator had incredible attention to detail, which I really appreciate, and proposed a few small fixes outside of the floor installation that really updated our look. The actual installation took a little longer than expected, but the team did a superb job and so it was worth it. They treated my home with respect, were polite, responsive, and had exhibited excellent craftsmanship. We also had new baseboards put in, and there was a little misunderstanding at first, but Floors with Flair was quick to address it and it turned out equally as good. I absolutely would do businesss with them again, and plan to in the near future.

I am very satisfied with the work that Floors With Flair did. They pulled up all the carpets in our bedrooms and put in new hard wood floors. They were reliable, reasonably priced and excellent work ethic. I am in love with our new floors. I highly recommend this company!

We updated our kitchen floors and carpet in the family room. Floors with Flair is so patient, had great advice, and was very professional. The installers were very trustworthy and did a full cleanup before completion. We cannot stop talking about how great it all looks!

Worked with Nelly and she was helpful without hovering while we debated our flooring choices. Best thing about Floors with flair is that you can take large samples home and see what they really look like.

Laurie has been so helpful in choosing the right flooring for my whole house. The procedure has gone so smoothly. Chris was great in measuring all the bedrooms and then coming back and measuring the rest of the house when we changed our minds. Now we are just waiting for product and the installation.

1. We are still mid-installation and Im writing this review because it has been miscommunication after miscommunication.2. $20,000 flooring project including subflooring and joist work not included in original proposal.3. Originally told flooring was in stock and would be installed before our move in date of 7.7.2020. It is now 8.3.2020 and we still have bare stairs and unfinished rooms. The product was not in stock and required an additional 4 weeks to arrive.4. Different product lines created complications with the noses of the stairs, they dont match and look strange. This was not thought about prior to ordering. Lack of knowledge on the product.5. The construction crew is wonderful to work with, when they show up. Scheduling department miscommunicated dates/times on a couple occasions causing problems with scheduling other work getting done, including needing to pay a fee for less than 24 hour notice of cancellation.6. Project manager didnt come out throughout the course of the project, causing floor to be laid on top of a massive subflooring issue. Now the floor needs to be removed and a new contractor to come out and fix. Why they dont offer to fix, I dont understand, they are a flooring company with a general contractor on the job site.7. We were told the project would be done before 7.7.2020. It is over 3 weeks behind schedule.8. Product that was on backorder was delivered yesterday and crew was scheduled to be here this morning. No show. I needed to email the store to get an update. Miscommunication. Rescheduled for next week on a holiday because we need to have the floors done by Tuesday due to another contractor finishing the work after Floors with Flair gets the stairs in.9. Needless to say, we are incredibly frustrated and paid for this whole project in advance. You would think that this project would be a priority to this company, but it is not. Im highly dissatisfied with the way that this project has played out.10. Company has not offered compensation for the lost time, amount of effort, and headache that has been a result of their mismanagement. Very frustrating.

Had a super smooth experience at this store. I worked with people who had a keen design sense and attention to detail really made the difference. They visited my home to get a sense of the layout and furniture. They continued to coordinate through the entire install process. In particular he noted some complications with my stairs (which were also replaced), and helped ensure they were installed correctly. They installed the flooring and were extremely professional and talented with the details. This included filling nail holes (used on the stairs) such that I cant see them. Im extremely happy with my floors and the overall experience!

My wife and I recently had our carpet redone by floors with flair. Everything went as smooth and seem less as possible! Our estimator Dawn was extremely thorough and helped us pick the perfect carpet to fit our needs and budget. We appreciated how quickly we where scheduled and even received a confirmation call and follow up call to insure we where happy with how everything was. It looks beautiful to say the least! We just had luxury vinyl planks and carpeting put in our house by Floors with Flair. They did a great job for us. The installers were all respectful and skillful and made quick work of the jobs.

Me and my wife recently re did our house that we just bought and we used Floors with Flair and they where great! We got our bid back fast and they are very time affective and get things done fast. We worked with one of the ladies there and she was very helpful in designing our look. They had very affordable prices especially for the quality of work that was done. We had carpet and tile replaced in our entire house while we were on a vacation in Phoenix Arizona. Jennifer Keys was wonderful to keep in touch with us and to make some changes we wanted along the way. We came back from vacation to find a beautiful house waiting for us. We love the quality of their work and their products. Working with jennifer Keys was a joy, I would highly recommend the company and Jennifer.

Excellent experience, from shopping at the store, the estimate appt, scheduling and installation, no complaints. They were even able to schedule it a day earlier than planned. From the initial consult and bid to the installation, the team at Floors with Flair treated me and my project with the utmost professionalism. My crotchety Victorian home wasnt a simple job, either, but their creativity and can do attitude have restored my threadbare little house back to her original glory. These folks are the best!

They laid down hard strand bamboo and it looks great. However I went out of town for 3 weeks and when I got back the floors had all buckled they fix that but didnt nail down the quarter round just glued it so now its coming up. I have repeatedly called them and dont get a response back, which is very frustrating

This week we utilized Floors With Flair for the third time in the last 6 years. In each case, they were easy to work with, gave us reasonable quotes for the work required, and did what they said they would do, for the price quoted, and completed the work on time. The installers, Dean and Ken, were the same guys that did our first carpet installation 6 years ago. We will utilize them again should we have more carpet/ flooring needs.

I recently had my floors redone and I had a dark wood put in my Hallway down to all the rooms and it looks great! Easy to work with, great and affordable prices as well! Would highly recommend to everyone!!

They know how to do flooring pretty well, weve used them on a couple of projects with good results, HOWEVER.....They are relatively poor with tile and back-splash work. Initial install with respect to tile alignment and grout work was bad. Weve had them back several times for grout repair and to dig out and replace tile. The grout is now cracking and separating a few months later. Repeated requests for them to fix have gone unanswered. Floors with Flair has subsequently fixed the problems, but the process was painful.. Upgrading from 2 to 3 stars

Floors With Flair is a busy place. Karen is very good at her job in sales.

Our contact was Dawn P....after initially being excited about her quote, we were dismayed at the total lack of followup with us. We were going to look at some samples to be delivered ten days ago, and even a followup email from us prompted no contact or samples. Customer service at its worst. We cant review the product or installation quality as we never got that far. Very disappointed.

The person they sent to cut and lay the sub flooring in the home did an absolute HORRIBLE job. There was no prep work done to protect the home from all the sawdust. The carpenter did not have the necessary tools to prevent sawdust from going throughout the home. He brought and made his lunch in our microwave and left the mess behind in there from the food he was cooking. The contractor also brought his dog to work, and to our home as well. Floors with Flair ended up sending a cleaning company (2) days after their contractor made a mess of our home that I have a 2 year old child that walks around in.A week later they sent a countertop person out to replace our countertops. After asking their contractor not to slam our front door going in and out of our home, he proceeded to throw a temper tantrum out front of our home for our neighbors to see and hear. He ended up leaving the job, sink unhooked. They did not send another countertop installer for (2) weeks.New countertop person comes out, and proceeds to repeat the same mistakes as the carpenter who did the sub flooring. After spending a day in our home, we have (1) new countertop in place, sawdust covering everything in our kitchen, my garage is covered in sawdust as well because the installer felt it was appropriate to make cuts in the garage. We live in a HOA community and our back alley way has sawdust everywhere. Would never recommend using the contractors this company contracts through. Theyre completely unprofessional and have 0 regard for your personal property.
