This is the ONLY place to buy from in my opinion. They have everything you need (Tile, wood, stone, etc.) and BRITTANY C. is my person to get the expert advice and help you will need. I personally drive about 250 miles round trip to do business with this firm and it is well worth it!

What a great experience we had at Contract Furnishings Mart. I am a small business owner and needed to have the carpet replaced in my store. Michelle was amazing and helped me find products that my home office would approve and gave me several options in various price points so I could find the right product for me. They also know the contractors and gave great recommendations of quality contractors for our project. Overall I would suggest you give Contract Furnishings Mart a call when you have any project.

I rarely leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so for this company, moreover for the rep that I have used for around 8 years now, although I wish Id found her 27 years ago when I started building. Especially after discovering a few days ago that they are not commission based sales. I would have never thought this from the drive and relentless efforts to get my projects picked out on time, within budget, and color selections that my buyers have absolutely loved. If youve been around the store often you probably already assumed Im speaking of Rebecca ONeill. Although most of the staff are friendly and helpful, I give Rebecca alot of credit for my home sales in the last 8 years of business. She has kept them looking sharp with the latest styles and colors that I feel gives me an edge over the competition. She is no doubt committed to what she does. Thanks!

Highly recommend CFM Hillsboro! Michelle helped me with design advice, contractor referrals, and obtained multiple bids for my project. She was knowledgeable, fun to work with, and quick to respond. She used her experience to get me a great price with wonderful contractors. Just an all around great experience with her and CFM.

They have lots of product and reasonable wait times. Only bad thing is their policy of no returns. I understand the cost of handling product two directions. You must therefore order only what you will use, realizing if you need one piece of tile, you will wait an additional week for it. Some things sell in only full boxes of fifty pieces, so if you need fifty five pieces, you must order two boxes with no returns. Bid your jobs accordingly, thats all.

Michelle at Hillsboro CFM was amazingly helpful throughout our 4-month long project. Our bathroom remodel included at least 5 different tile types, but that did not faze her at all. Her wide knowledge of CFMs tile inventory and her memory for the different colors/shapes available helped us get through the initial stages of choosing tile. Some parts were hard to get because the pandemic has made things difficult, and our project kept forcing new twists in the plan, but somehow she always found a way to get an order through quickly, or to find a supplier who was just loading a truck and could put one more tile in a package to get to us just in time. I called her literally about once a week with some other emergency which she calmly and cheerfully and magically handled. She is a treasure!

These guys are amazing! The Hillsboro staff is so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have been in multiple times to look at products and check out samples over the course of several home remodeling projects. 10/10 would recommend. Tried one of their competitors and had a terrible experience. CFM is the best!

Working with Rebecca O’Neil@CFM to make major decisions on the flooring, the tiles in the rest of our house, our carpeting (and more items) for our new house was an extremely positive experience. Rebecca is not just very pleasant but extremely knowledgeable about the thousands of components in her showroom. She has a keen sense of what things work well together as well as extremely up the knowledge of new products that have just been released. Perhaps most importantly, she listens as to what kind of a feel you want in your house and then quickly comes up with products to show you what would support your view of what you were wanting to create. Rebecca is an A+!

I just had the best flooring purchasing experience ever.I am designing a showroom & workshop for my company, Gold Heat, to be used to educate flooring installers and teach them how to install Gold Heats electric floor heat mat under different floor coverings like tile, LVT, hardwood, etc.For the Gold Heat showroom, I plan to use the Tandem Rigid SPC Plank in Blackshaw Moor and install Gold Heat heat mats to the subfloor, then glue the planks onto the Gold Heat mat.I came in today, with my contractor, because I am looking for floor coverings, for various rooms, for the showroom.Id like to send a shout out to Matthew Warnike for showing me exactly what I was looking for (but didnt know it). Michael was very friendly and helpful when we went in to pick a tile backsplash pattern. We went at 5pm on a Wednesday and it wasnt busy at all so we were greeted right away. The showroom is well laid out with plenty of room to browse.

I had a great experience with CFM, especially working with Miriam Bolding, who was so very helpful and efficient. I was in something of a time crunch and Miriam took care of my order right away, keeping me updated every step of the way. She returned my calls promptly, was extremely knowledgeable, and was a pleasure to work with.

Went on a weekday and we were the only ones in the store. None of the 6 staff were available to help us apparently. Went to Paulsons flooring and got immediate attention, not to mention cheaper prices.

Save half on products here. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products. If you’re going in looking for advice on how to decorate or what tiles to choose it may be harder to find because that’s not their job here but if you know what you want it’s an excellent resource! The staff has always been friendly and kind.

Very helpfully unless you are there close to closing. My wife and our three kids were there to try to pick out floors. At 4:55 they shut off all the lights and started to leave. I notified them that we were still there and we were just putting away our samples. The lady at the front proceeded to say “We need to leave”. If you are looking to shop here expect to have an unprofessional experience. I work for a retail shop and we would never kick out a buyer if they were in a store for a couple minutes after 5. Especially when they’re looking to spend thousands of dollars.

We just remodeled our kitchen and went to CFM for our countertops, flooring, and tile. Kim ordered everything for us and also helped us pick things out! Kim was amazing helping us pick colors and styles that went well together, and she was not afraid to tell us when something didnt look right. When our floor came, the printing was defective and Kim worked diligently with the manufacturer to get it replaced. Everything else went seamlessly. I cant describe how much I LOVE my kitchen! If you go to CFM, be sure to ask for Kim!
