It was nice to experience a low-pressure sales experience. The sales person showed us what we asked for and then let us take our time to consider each option privately. The price was fair. The purchase was quick and easy. The delivery was on time and professionally executed.

Delt with the owner on a Sunday. Bought a new king size with adjustable base and a twin with bed frame for our daughter. I believe his name was Tim and he was very reasonable and willing to work out a package. We ended up making this our only stop after planning on going to up to five stores. We set up same day delivery and his guys where there with in a few hours and did a great job. We always shop local and are very pleased with our experience.

I chose to give them a four because although we got great service and a deal on our mattress and bed we were told that it was free Haul away but apparently that was only for the mattress and then they wanted to charge 120 to remove the bedframe.

I just bought another mattress here, and I was amazed to find how competitive ALL of their prices still are. You do not need to buy a bedframe or mattress from the online giants. A total 100% 5star honest truth. We were bed shopping we went here and told them what we were quoted for this one bed and they instantly price matched and lowered the actual price delivery guys were fast respectable and clean. Our mattress came with a rip and they replaced our mattress within 2 days stress free no questions asked. Nice place to deal with all the way around would recommend to anyone! They also hauled away our old bed free of charge and let me tell you it was an awful bed three kids worth of stains and accidents and they didn’t make us feel bad or embarrassed about it at all and when they put our mattress down stairs they flipped it stained side down so the neighbors wouldn’t see. Truly felt respected and heard at this store.

We had an easy process in selecting the mattress that we want. Tim is very friendly, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. My Husband and I have different needs and different sleeping positions. He walked us through what mattress would be the most accommodating for the both of us. There is also a good selection of mattresses. I would strongly recommend this place as the first and only stop to purchase your mattress!Update: We have been sleeping on the mattress for more than a few weeks and had a smooth delivery process (they updated us the time the day before and prior to arriving within the window that they told us). They set up and remove the old mattress. The recommendation from Tim was excellent. We are having really restful sleep.

Went in to the store about 10:30am this morning with a bit of a picky idea on what I wanted. And didnt want.The owner showed hubby & I some high quality options in our price range. We picked out what we wanted and not only did he give us a good deal, he threw in extras! It was delivered AND set up a little over an hour later by 2 very nice delivery men. This is our third time buying from them. They have never let us down. I only gave four stars because the delivery price has increased and doesn’t include set up unless you pay extra. I will still continue to shop there as the prices are great and so are the sales guys.

I went to 4 other companies before stopping in on Mattress MegaStore. I can say that MM was by leaps and bounds the most professional and the prices were significantly better than any other store. I didn’t get the feeling that they were trying to maximize the sale price, instead the entirety of the experience was what would work the best for us. Ultimately we did get their highest end mattress, because it was the same price that we had been quoted for the mid level mattresses at the other stores. There were no hidden fees, and the had the new mattress delivered the same day and got rid of our old mattress. All for no additional charge. I’m very happy with the purchase and the experience and would recommend them without reservation.

This was our 4th visit to a store today shopping for our new mattress. The associate was very helpful, informative w/o pressuring. Ended up buying a mattress that was about 40% cheaper than other store with comparable quality. Also, will get my mattress delivered the very next day rather than waiting 2-4 weeks. Very happy.

I bought mattress and frame about a year ago. I had the best experience! Russ assisted us! His product knowledge is outstanding. I recently sent my parents out to see him. They drove all the way from Gresham after going to 5-6 stores around them and not finding anything that worked or not having a good experience. They worked with Russ and found what they wanted and had a great time doing so.
