Amazing place, fast and very friendly service! Will go back to them whenever I have car issues.Thank you so much
This place have been my only place for the last 2 and half years and I always got the best service and treatmentI do recommend it to everyone who wants a good honest experience
Very helpful, honest, affordable & quick service. Thank you!
Max Auto, is the absolute best place I have ever taken my car to, and Ive had a lot of car problems in my life (you buy old cars, thats what you pay for I guess).First off, nicest guy in the entire world.Hes very quick to texting back, even after hours. I texted at 8pm, and said within a half hour, you can go ahead and drop the car off tomorrow afternoon anytime. I did, and my alternator was repaired by the next afternoon. The cost? $350. My previous mechanic, many years ago, for the same job, charged almost $500. (Keep in mind, the alternator for a 2002 Chrysler Sebring is an INCREDIBLY hard job, dont buy a Sebring, very expensive to repair). He texted me as soon as it was ready.Cannot say good enough things about the owner or his shop. Kind, prompt service, honest work. Ive only had them replace tires in the past on two of my vehicles, and now that Ive had mechanic work done, I can honestly say, Max Auto is the best option you have in Hillsboro.THANK YOU!
Took my car there due to smelling fuel while it was running. They promptly came out to my car identified the issue in under 5 mins and let me know the severity of the issue... Got it fixed that day and the price was amazingly fair!! As someone who doesnt have a lot to spend this was a amazing relief. Now I take my car there whenever theres an issue and the owner is even willing to help me find a better car when I get my taxes!!!!
I was in max auto and it was a very good experience the people Were very nice and the Important thing they are not expensive and my car works very good
Fixed coolant leak and suspension on Range Rover and replaced clutch on our BMW. Very nice people and professional highly recommended!!
Good Service
If you are not getting your car serviced here, you are doing it wrong. Plain and Simple. I first came across this shop when i received an estimate from a major NW tire center for a brake job. I didnt quite trust what i was hearing, so on a lark i stopped by the shop 2 blocks away from my office to get a second opinion. The shop owner confirmed my suspicion that what Les Tire Shoppe was telling me was nonsense, and he did the brake job for literally hundreds of dollars less than what Les Tire Shoppe quoted. I was sold! That was two years ago. Ive been taking both of my cars there for the last two years and have never been disappointed. An oil leak fix that Toyota quoted me $800 to fix, has been remedied for $500. A tire pressure warning system error that Costco wanted $460 to fix, he fixed for free. The reason why i write tonight is my recent starter problem. The other day my car wouldnt start...so i took my car to my guy. He told me i needed a new starter and a brake job ( I already knew i needed the brake job). I tried to talk him out of the starter, suggesting i had seen some internet videos suggesting my problem wasnt actually the starter. He assured me it was a starter problem, but appreciated that i didnt want to spend the money on a new starter for an old car.BUT, he said, if i ever had a problem with the starter again (both he and I had no problems starting the car, once the car had been delivered to his shop.) I should just call him, and he would fix it.Tonight i pulled into the gas station to fill up. Once filled, i couldnt start my car. I called him and told him i would have my roadside assistance tow truck, tow me to his garage so he could replace the starter. He told me dont be silly. Where are you? Ill come get your car started for you. AND HE DID!!! Seriously? Who does that? What auto mechanic, on this planet, has ever said, I told you this would happen, you didnt listen to me, and now its happened. BUT dont worry about it, ill be there in 10 minutes, and well get this handled.?He got my car started. I drove it to his shop. Tomorrow my car will have a new starter. It will be at a cost that will be far less than what the internet suggested a new starter would cost me. AND (for the love of Pete and all else that is holy) he even offered to stay late and do it tonight, after hours, at no extra cost.I say again...If you are taking your car -anywhere else- for auto repair YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG.(plus, hes just about the nicest dude Ive ever met)Inexpensive, friendly, and the best mechanic around... who could ask for more?If youve read this, and youre still taking your car somewhere else? Seriously, thats on you.
Its good and the prices are good
