Ordered a strut tower brace on 9/8/2021 early in the morning, choose the free shipping with an estimate of 3-10 business days, yet I received it today, the next day. I live in Pennsylvania.Installed in under 10 minutes, and I can definitely feel the difference in corner stability and handling! The build quality is great and surprising lightweight. So far I have this, front license plate delete, and the wing stabilizers.Will definitely be continuing to order from them for most of my future parts needs!

Wish I could give zero stars for terrible coustomer service. I was ordering an exhaust online and something happened with the website where it added random things to my cart and removed the exhaust. after adding it back and removing the items I checked out. When going through my emails 2 days later I saw the confirmation email said they were sending me the 2.5 inch instead of the 3inch that I originally had ordered. I emailed them immediately to correct the mistake. A day later when they emailed me back they said there was nothing they could do because the shipping lable had already been created and sent me the tracking info. The lable was created about 10 minutes before the email was sent to me. I then called them and they said the same thing about not being able to stop it even though the lable was created but it hadnt even been placed on the package yet nor had the package been picked up. They told me I couldnt even cancel the order. The only option they said I had was to wait for it to be delivered then call for a rma. When i finally received it I called and asked for the rma I was I was told I was now going to have to pay for shipping it back as well as the shipping for the parts that I actually needed. Fairly upset by the run around and overall dissatisfaction with how they handled everything from the start, I requested that the sales person I was speaking to go get their boss or someone who could actually help me get this handled. I was then told that since it was close to the end of the day no one else was there. Which I really find hard to believe because he kept putting me on hold to ask someone else questions. I told him I would be calling in the morning then and I asked for his name and then he hung up on me. The next day I called and every single time it went to voicemail. Each of the other times I called it was answered immediately. So I left a voicemail and emailed them and still have never gotten any response.

Worst car company in the Pacific Northwest. I ordered spacers and they didnt fit due to bolts being too long and hitting my wheels. I have an unopened pair in the box and another pair (only one tested) figured I could swap them for the thinner cheaper models or get my money back or maybe have them help me punch the bolts out for a smaller ones. And said I got an extremely short email saying all sales are final and when I try to talk to them they completely ignored me. This company is a joke.

Read their return policy before buying!!! Shipping for an item that was in stock at the time of purchase took almost a month for them to ship and a wheel spacer broke DURING installation. I was unable to attempt the install within 7 days of delivery due to snow (that’s their policy) so they refused to refund or replace at no cost. Instead, Perrin blamed me installing incorrectly then billed me a replacement set they assumed I wanted to pay for. After getting Perrin to refund the erroneous charges they made without my consent, Perrin informed me that I’d have to pay the shipping cost for their faulty product to be returned and then within 10 days they’d let me know how much it would cost for them to fix it and how much it would to have it shipped back.

The parts I have received (very quickly I might add for international shipping) are all of high quality and well worth the money they ask.If i ever need any more parts and Perrin sells them i wont hesitate to order from them again.

I ordered a silicone turbo inlet hose from Perrin for my Subaru Forrester XT. I had ordered this same part from two other vendors previously to find that those parts did not fit my car. Apparently this part was made for the WRX STI but never actually made specifically for a Forester XT. However, the representative from Perrin with whom I spoke on the phone guaranteed their part would fit my car.After bringing this hose to my mechanic who has been installing aftermarket performance parts on my cars for years, he informed me that this also would not fit my car. He showed me how much bigger Perrins hose was than the OEM part (pictured below).I called Perrin to inform them of this as well as sent them an email with pictures of the part, showing that it was not only the wrong size but also still in like-new condition. I even told them that my mechanic would be happy to speak with their engineers to inform them of exactly how the part was not a proper fit for my car. They said they would be unable to refund the part and I am thereby out $200.I am sure that Perrin makes fine aftermarket parts, but I will not longer trust them or buy from them again because of very poor customer service.
