My son Branden is enrolled at PCC, to be an airline mechanic. This place was recommended by the college as the best place and best deal to get all of the tools.We did price match at other places before going down to NAPA. Number1, the prices cant be beat. So any other PCC students or parents of PCC students, I would definitely recommend buying from this place.We had an extremely long list with so many different tools, the person helping us, his name was Eli. Number 1, Eli was super helpful, so extremely patient, he was extremely professional, we must have spent a good 45 minutes in the store. It was Eli, my husband, our son and myself. Granted I dont know a single thing about tools. But my husband does, hes been a mechanic at Delta airlines for the last 20 years. So my husband and Eli and Branden went through the list one by one. Eli even made us a photo copy of the tool list from the booklet again, just further proves what a fantastic employee Eli is!!!My family and I, we live in Vancouver Washington, so for us, the drive is pretty far however because of Eli and the top notch customer service at this specific NAPA we will be lifelong customers of this place, I would recommend this place to anybody.

I drive out of my way to go here instead of other auto part stores because I know I can count on them to have (or be able to quickly get) what I need and to have the knowledge to make sure Im getting the right parts and tools when Im not sure. Staff are always friendly and helpful without being pushy or condescending. Literally every time I go somewhere besides Napa, I regret it.

Auto parts stores are usually full of employees that dont appreciate your lack of knowledge. This one is different and you are treated with respect.
Its NAPA. You can get pretty much any type.of part or tool here for you vehicles. If its not in stock they can/will order it for you. In most cases you will have it within a day or less depending on how common the part or tool is.The employees at the back counter are extremely knowledgeable and will help you with anything you. Even reading the trouble codes when your check engine light comes on free of charge.

Will only go in there if I have no other options they are not helpful at all and act annoyed by customers asked them to test my alternator and they said they cant unless I take out of car yet autozone did in 2 minutes would have bought alternator from you had they checked for me and wouldnt have taken more than a minute to test it instead I gave autozone my business too bad cause your much closer to me

I always find the staff here helpful and courteous. NAPA provides good quality parts at a hard-to-beat price. It seems like every time I come in Im here 5 times in 3 days as my current project throws its curve balls at me. It usually seems like the employees dont recognize me which is strange, they probably do they just want to get you what you need and send you out the door. Which I suppose is good in its own way.... I guess some constructive feedback might be for the staff to take a more active interest in peoples projects? A lot of the time people coming in here are probably having bad days and a smile and active interest could help.

Best place to spend time waiting for attendance. I waited patiently for 40min to get match car paint, but there is only one person (Joe) to mix and match. After wait for my turn I had to wait two more people after my turn to start my order. Im very disappointed of costumer service.
Generally helpful at the parts counter. Prices could be better. Overall a decent place to get auto parts if one doesnt have time to order online.
Very helpful staff, not overly aggressive with sales and when I bought my battery thinking I could go home and install it, only to find the old battery didnt have any more cranks left. They lent me a pair of pliers to remove the old battery at no charge. I swapped in the new battery and was able to return the pliers to them and get my battery core charge reimbursed. Very happy with the service and availability of both parts and clerks to help and check out.
I rarely go to NAPA but today I need an item for early Saturday morning. Low and behold they had what I needed. In the past its been be a cause of their high prices. But Ill be going there more often due to the actually have the odd items I need restoring/ customizing vehicles. Also great friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Very poor walk in customer service. 4 team members at the counter and i was the only customer in the store. It took several minutes to even acknowledge that I was there.They are a retail facility and need to remember that we do have choices as to where we purchase our goods. At onetime a great company bbbbbut if i did not need the item quick a mail order company would have been my choice. No attitudes and better pricing and we wonder why brick and mortar is failing.Good luck Napa

I went to NAPA for backseat car mats. Found 2 weather-tech that were the perfect size, but they wouldnt sell it to me because it had to be sold as a set of 4. The other 2 were missing. Settled on a different smaller mat. Why not just sell it? Youre in business for profit.
Great with relays! I took a $200 relay to them for a replacement. They tested it for free and found it was working. These guys are awesome!
Terrible customer service. Almost every time Ive gone in there, they have like 6 employees in the store and nobody will hardly acknowledge you. One time I stood at the counter, and had 4 different employees consecutively tell me someone will be with you shortly, I was the only customer in the store. I walked out. I dont know, call me crazy, I feel like the customer in the store should take the priority.
If you absolutely, positively have to go to this place for parts take your old part with you and match them up there so you get the right part the first time there!

They always are willing to help you, even when you dont know much about what youre looking for. I had to do some maintainance on my air compressor and the employee was able to answer all my questions and get me the parts I needed quickly and professionally. If you have any questions or problems with your vehicle (or air compressor) then definitely go here.
Stopped for wiper blades. Several people asked if I needed help. Almost a little too helpful. But better over helpful then under I guess.
The only time I dont have a problem with this store is when Im dealing with Joe or Robert other than that I usually get either slow service or told information that is invalid like my parts will be showing up at 7 when they dont even open until 7:30. Its really sad when a salesman argues with me about what time he told me the parts will be there. Very dissatisfied with this kind of service.

First off, theyre going through a managerial transition right now so I know its not going to be 100% perfect. On the good days, great customer service, they try and fill as many orders as they can, and they do their best to avoid any hiccups. I think theres nothing more you can ask from an auto parts store than that. They can use a little help in customer service, I think making sure a walk in customer is just as happy as your most loyal customer would be a great add-on.

Its a good parts store, although, Napa overall isnt as good as they used to be. They are too much like all the other parts stores. The Napa in banks has the most knowable counter personel
Took a flywheel in for a resurface on April 7. Was told it would have to be sent out and fee was 50 dollars. Picked up april 8 and fee increased to 60 dollars. Contested the price and was told it was 60 dollars. Very DISSATISFIED.

Im on my 3rd power steering gear box for my cummins from them, and they have all leaked within a month. A warranty is cool only when you dont have to swap them out once a month, go with a redhead gear box before buying napa

Sorry to say but this NAPA has terrible service. They have given me the wrong break pads 4 times! And I’ve been waiting for my car for 5 hours at the Jiffy Lube where they now do break changes. Please check before giving things out I’m told this is not the first time.
This place has atrocious customer service. You have to seek out someone to maybe help you, but they seem to want to ignore customers. I had to return an item and the person at the checkout desk was startled by me and then was offended that I didnt know I had to go to the back to process a return and then come back to get my money returned at the front. There are no signs to indicate this backwards situation. Other car part stores are much more helpful and I will not be returning to this NAPA.
Ive come here on three different occasions and on all 3 times Ive been sold the wrong parts! Do yourself a favor: If you are going to come here anyway bring your old part with you and match it with the new part.
Nice, convenient local Napa. The staff seems really young and not a whole lot more knowledgeable than me in what I went it looking for. Oh well, they were polite and I got in and out in like 10 mins so Im happy

Came in for the second Saturday sale. Believe I got a pretty good deal! And I got and I got a Napa bucket! Cashier was friendly parts counter lady got the part I need it quickly. And its for a very old car. Im thankful that Napa has these parts and the parts counter people to find them. I will continue to return to this store whenever in the area.
Really disappointing service. Bought a battery from this location 12-15 months ago. Its dead. I went in and asked what they could do since it is still under warranty. Their response was that they have no proof that its under warranty since I do not have the receipt (no one told me this was a condition at time of purchase). They dont take any personal info at the time of purchase so they cant locate any purchase info in the computer and you have to know the date of purchase to have any chance of finding your purchase and only at the original purchase location. Im happily sitting at Les Schwab where Ill buy batteries exclusively from now on.
Went to return a power window motor, receipt in hand, and they would not take it back because I didnt have a box and they claimed it to be installed! Thats how they sold it to me! And you cant tell me that whole place doesnt have a box that they could put it in. I even asked if I could get store credit. Nope, Im out $40 cause they are overpriced.- Update - after writing to their corporate I got a call and they decided to accept my return back.. I gave them a better rating because I do appreciate good customer service.. Would have been nice the first time but oh well

I have a business account with the Hillsboro store, i cant even use them for parts it takes them more then half the day to get me parts to my shop 2.5 miles away.. half the time the parts dont even get sent out and i have to call and see whats going on.. this not all napa stores, I have used other napas and have been very happy with the service but we moved are shop near the hillsboro store and its been nothing but hassle we have now been using other parts store with great service and deliverers on time. Hillsboro has been a nightmare to say the least... i have even talked to management about it and nothing had came from it..
