Had a couple belts break on my truck. They only had 2 of what i needed but stopped by another parts store to pick up the other 2 and delivered them out to the ta. Very happy with their service and thanks for going out of your way and getting me the parts to get my truck up and going again

Pricey. But sometimes you just cant find that one part anywhere else. Gotta sacrifice.

We had a small situation that we had to take care of and went way out of our way to go to the store but the gentleman didnt even go in and help them out and help the pregnant female that went in and was getting items for her vehicle so not real impressed with the the customer service side

They had the part I needed in stock and the young man was very helpful.

No parking lines present in the parking lot. No public restroom because of covid, but no ones wearing a mask. My wife and 1 year old child walked across a 4 lane highway and down to AutoZone to use the restroom while i did some quick maintenance on our vehicle. Sick and tired of businesses using covid-19 as an excuse to offer piss poor service.

Great customer experience, great attitudes willing to help. Needed a part (one of a few things), they did not have it buy told me where to go to get taken care of! Jonathan also went out over his way to help solve our problem even to the point of swinging by where we were broke down to help out.These types of relationships are what differentiate Nappa over other auto parts stores.

Twice a year they have all there filters on sale cheap. Over 1/2 price, and they are probably the most knowledgeable personnel out of all the parts houses I have found.

The staff is very friendly. They always remember me by name and help me find exactly what I need. I am not very familiar with “car stuff”. It can be very intimidating but they always make me feel comfortable with my purchases. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I never write reviews, but today this store truly deserves to be honored. I was picking up my daughter and my radiator hose blew. They didnt have the part in stock, but instead of just saying that, they went out of their way to call other auto stores to get me one to make it make back home. But thats not all they also stayed outside and helped me with installing the new house as well as secured my radiator since my mounts were broken. If I wasnt so bad with names I would give the three individual reviews. I hope they know how thankful I am. If I lived in Hillsborough I wouldnt go to any other store. Thank you three so much for all your help!
