Very dysfunctional
I posted a review yesterday about a terrible employee. Went back tonight to complete my purchase. Eric, is the most amazing employee. Not only did he honor the discount he apologized and will pass my comments on to the owner. Thank you Eric! You make this place a neighborhood destination. Great selection, wonderful person!
Normally this is my favorite store. I have been coming to this store for more than 8 years. They have a wine punch card. When I tiied to use it today, the cashier argued with me. I was not being rude, just wanted to use the discount. He ended up dropping the F Bomb on me! Rediculous! How can an employee cuss at a customer! Hire someone else that treats your customers new or old with respect!
Cashier was not wearing mask nor gloves in a middle of a worsening pandemic.
This is by far my favorite liquor store in Highlands Ranch. For being a smaller store, they have a great selection of different types of beer (my drink of choice). They order new and different varieties and support local breweries. The owners are also very friendly and super helpful. Ill drive out of my way to come here.
I hope they found my wallet, but the cashier was an awesome young man with a great sense of him unit and knew where everything was in the store. Awesome!
No hi/hello. Asked: Do you have an organic red section? Response: No we do not (employee immediately walked away, no follow up). Found my own wine. No Bye/thanks... nice place otherwise
Lots of Wines. Great westridge liquor store.
Okay, so its pretty sad when youre recognized in a liquor store. Im going to say its not because of our frequent beer and wine purchases, but because the staff is super friendly and welcoming. We used to go to Westside Liquor (on Highlands Ranch Pkwy/Wildcat Reserve Pkwy, next to King Soopers), but we got tired of the uninformed, unfriendly staff. We were so excited when we found this place! They always recommend great, well-priced wines and beer. Even though Westside Liquor is more convenient (Im practically in King Soopers every day), Ill go out of my way to buy my wine and beer from Highland Vineyards. Their prices are great and their product is well-stocked. I also love the feeling of being in a local business and not in a mega-store. When you stop in, ask about their wine tastings... theyre amazing!
I was happy to find Weller Special Reserve, but looked at my receipt and was charged for Old Weller 107 which is typically more expensive
Open late on a sunday, cant beat that!
Grate place to go for you and your family
Annoying. Little variety and closes at 10.
