The absolute best jeweler! Rich was so great to work with!!! I called him at the end of March to see what they could do with two rings that my fiancé received my his late grandfather. Even with the COVID situation Rich was so willing to help and make this piece quickly in time for our wedding. They designed an absolutely gorgeous cross that incorporated the diamond from one of the rings and both rings were welded into the back of the cross and they were even able to keep the engraving which included his grandparents initials and wedding date! It’s absolutely stunning! I can’t wait to give this sentimental cross to my fiancé on our wedding day! Highly recommend Rocky Mountain Jewelers!!

I called Rocky mountain Jewelers last minute to get a band for my wedding. They were 15 minutes from closing but stayed open just for me. Kelle was wonderful. She took the time to look at my engagement ring at no cost and pointed out where a few of the prongs had broken. Without her I probably would have lost a stone before the big day. She answered every single one of my questions for over an hour and a half, and was able to accommodate all of my requests for the wedding band at one of the most affordable prices Ive seeb. I decided I wanted her to help me fix my ring instead of sending it back to the original jeweler because I felt so much better about leaving it with her. She even spent extra time with me to teach me about etchings on the stone so I would feel comfortable leaving it in her care and know what to look for when I got it back. I cant imagine a better customer experience.

I went to Rocky Mountain Jewelers to get my wedding ring appraised for insurance purposes. I was blown away by the jewelry they had on hand. It was high quality but not gaudy. Next time I am in the market for jewelry, Im going here first. Customer service was excellent. I stayed awhile just to chat because they were so friendly and really knew their stuff.

If you’re looking for a customized piece, look no further — Rocky Mountain Jewelers is the best! I wanted my engagement ring reset and was told by another jeweler that what I wanted couldn’t be done. I mentioned this to a friend who then referred me to RMJ. Not only could it be done, but Kelle worked with me to ensure I got exactly what I wanted, including providing me with several sets of computer generated images and videos so I could see what it would look like from every angle. She was completely open to collaboration and incorporated all my thoughts into the design. She is so friendly and easy to work with, which made the process all the more fun and exciting.
