Avie is one of the most wonderful people you will ever meet! We brought in a sketch, an heirloom ring with a center diamond we wanted to repurpose, and he brought our dream to life. The final ring was even better than we could have imagined. Not only is the jewelry impeccable, but the process was great. Quick, easy, and enjoyable. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Shopping for jewelry is not fun for me. I always get the sales pitch, commonly they also tell me what my wife will want $$$$$$$$$$. Not here. Avie took the time to listen to me and what I wanted to buy for my wife. We went over many options, all of which were tailored to what I had described. I recommend you take the time to go see him personally. I have never felt so involved nor so satisfied leaving a jewelry store. Stopped by here to check their inventory and get a price on ring resizing/refurbishing and watch repair. Prices were extremely fair and the service was fantastic. This is by far my favorite jewelry store ever. Great service, selection and prices. My husband and I have purchased many pieces of jewelry here including my engagement ring (I get lots of compliments on it even from complete strangers) and both our wedding bands; all our rings were sized quickly and professionally. Everything we have purchased at Lotus Jewelers is beautiful, high quality, unique and fairly priced (based on appraisals weve had done). The owner, Avie, is honest, respectful and listens to what you are looking for. Do yourself a favor and skip the chain jewelry stores; shop at Lotus Jewelers first!

What a great business and fantastic owner. I purchased a diamond private party (NOT from Lotus) and asked several jewelers if they would be willing to compare the stone against the paperwork that came with it to make sure it was the real deal. Where other jewelers were unwilling to help when there wasnt a dollar to be made, Avie welcomed me into his store and not only confirmed that the diamond was indeed the one from the paperwork, but he also gave me some great information about the jeweler who had originally handled it and about the stone itself. Because of the fantastic customer service I received, I am now working with Avie on a new setting for the diamond and wouldnt think about going anywhere else. I had my engagement ring fixed and sized here and it was done quickly and beautifully. Were also buying a mens wedding band here and couldnt be happier with the service and prices. Highly recommend for all your jewelry needs. Glad I happened to see the billboard on Broadway!

From the minute I walked into Lotus Jewelers, I was impressed. I was warmly greeted by the owner, Avie and was made to feel comfortable and not pressured. He simply showed me various pieces that I might want to purchase for my Mom for her birthday. That was my goal. Well, not only did I find a beautiful necklace and earring set for her, I ended up buying a necklace for myself! That wasnt my plan, but I was so amazed by all the different styles and quality of his pieces. The prices were very reasonable which is why I couldnt help it and bought a very contemporary necklace that I absolutely love. I will definitely be back and will recommend Lotus Jewelers to all my friends!

Stopped in Lotus just to see if I could find a chain for my pendant. I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received. I got what I needed, and they cleaned and tightened diamonds my wedding ring also while I waited. Avie is extremely knowledgable and kind. 5 stars!

We had a diamond ring we were looking to sell, and brought it to Lotus Jewelers to offer in their pre-owned selection. After a couple of months it sold, and we were delighted! We had two rings resized, and a watch repaired. They did a fantastic job on everything.

Absolutely exceptional! I visited six different jewelers in Denver while looking for an engagement ring. Lotus was my first stop and left a great first impression. After due diligence of searching other options, I gladly returned to Lotus to order our engagement ring. The process was warm, welcoming, informative, and nerve-calming. I ordered a custom-made ring, which arrived earlier than quoted and is absolutely gorgeous. After proposing, I brought my fiancée back to Lotus to order a matching wedding band. The prices were lower than I expected, especially for custom work, and the quality is exceptional! 9 months later, my fiancée gets regular compliments on how beautiful and unique her ring is, and I know my money was well spent!

NEVER again will I be doing business with this company! Had a repair done and was told it would take a week, 1 month later Im being told its ready but not in the shop....not only did he have excuses for why he couldnt get my ring but his attitude as if he was the one being lied to ( he had been paid in full before I got my ring). Awful customer service and on top of it the repair was a piece of .....! having to take it to be re-repaired!
