My first time having to try on glasses, and the kind ladies at Visionworks HV were super helpful! They found out how much my insurance will cover up to a certain amount for frames, and from there they assisted me in selecting a pair. There was absolutely no pressure from them to go for a more expensive pair; they were understanding of my budget and everything.I cant wait to return to pick up my pair of glasses! I will definetly choose Visionworks for all my glasses needs in the future.

Wow! Candance at the front desk has the most amazing customer service. I live in Santa Monica, California and moving back to flower mound and she made my transition so easy! She called the other optometry I used in California and got all my information for me without me lifting a finger. Wonderful work! Thank you so much!! I’m a little late posting but the VisionWorks in Highland Village is amazing!! They had a great selection of frames and their staff was very nice and helpful. Brooke was so helpful in explaining all the insurance confusion to me and even went through several different options until she could get me the best deal on my glasses and contacts!! Highly recommend!

This store has helped my family on numerous occasions. We have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and efficient. If we encounter a problem, they are always quick to solve it. I dont think well ever shop for glasses (there are 3 of us who need them) anywhere else!

I visited Visionworks Shops at Highland Village early in March, 2020, after breaking my glasses frames. Even though my frames had been discontinued, both staff persons worked to find a different frame that would fit my lens. I was extremely impressed with the care, concern and perseverance given to assist me - all of which meant I was spared the cost of a new pair of glasses! THANKS SO VERY MUCH!!

I came in and the store was a little busy. Lacrecia was very nice and helped me right away. She fixed my glasses perfect for me. The staff was very friendly, I will be back to bring my family to get glasses.

I have been getting glasses at the Highland Village Vision works for over 10 years. Matt,Lucretia and the other staff are always helpful and courteous. One of the associates always remembers my name, even when i have not been in for a year or more. Sadly she left and i for some reason cant remember her name!! Anyway, you are always going to be taken care of with great customer service and knowledge of their products.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Hamilton for several years and bought glasses at Visionworks Shops. When Dr. Hamilton moved to a new location, I received a phone call from her office to set up an appointment. I asked for an email with the new locations address. The day of the appointment came without hearing back. Ten minutes after my appointment I received a call and asked why I did not show up. Well, I dont have your new location. The answer was we are at the same location but a different doctor. This is how the scam works. Visionworks is calling Dr. Hamiltons patients claiming to set up an appointment with her and when you show up at the old location: surprise! A new doctor! This is a scam and highly unethical. I will keep going to Dr. Hamilton at her new location at Lantana Eye Care 3600 FM 407, Ste 190.

She is so professional and nice. My daughter loves her glasses. They came in quickly-lots to pick from, and their pricing is affordable. Thanks again Ariel for great service!

All of the employees at the Highland Village Visionworks are there to serve, answer questions, help you fix anything and everything, and guide you to the best pair glasses for you. We have been there three times in the last year, and I regret getting my glasses from another facility. So grateful my kids and husband brought me to Visionworks!

Very friendly and professional staff. I had some glasses for my mom which, lets just say had sentimental value, but they were bent horribly. I went to Pearl Vision first, they took one look and said they couldnt be fixed. I went to Visionworks and they fixed it on the spot without charging us. Since the glasses were old and could easily be considered fragile, they also gave a recommendation about lens replacement which I will follow up on... I wont hesitate to come back here for future purchases.

I have had the most effective and attentive customer service experience, and I would like to express my gratitude here. In recognition of excellence, I would like to call out Matt the General Manager who helped with our eyeglasses emergency this morning. My son broke his frames just before the university semester is about to begin and Matt researched our last order, found the relevant pair, and rush ordered a new pair (still under warranty). I know that his efforts today, in dropping everything to attend my needs, have saved my son a lot of stress at college and by extension my stress as well. I can think of no other way to please a mother/customer than to help her son get back on his game in time for his last semester of college. A thousand thank yous to you and your staff.

I have spent hundreds of dollars here at this store over the years. I have an older pair of sunglass frames that broke. Not much help in trying to fix. I realize they are an older pair, but previously, this store has been a great help. Sadly no more.

Visited the Highland Village location about a year and a half ago. Great service and professional staff. The guy and girl were very friendly. Unfortunately I do not have their names.Went today and staff seemed short with the customers. If you weren’t going to make a purchase, they didn’t seem interested in interacting with you—seemed only interested in making a sale. Maybe it was an off day for them?I have a follow up appointment in a week and plan to make my purchase then. If the old staff is there, I will make a purchase at this location. If not, I will drive to the Lewisville location. Not worth spending money at a location that doesn’t seem to value their customers.

Its not often i write a review but i liked this store. Leslie was helpful and walked me through everything i needed to know and everything was pretty clean.

Over the last several years I have had mostly dismal experiences in retail situations...folks just dont seem to care. That said, I was recently blown away by my experience at Visionworks in Highland Village. The sweetest gal, Lucrecia, was SO helpful. I had problems with my sun glass prescription (my fault) and she worked some miracles and fixed it. Above and beyond with zero attitude which I get in retail all the time these days. I bought a pair of expensive sunglasses, they scratched in less than a month. Visionworks said they would fix them because they had an extended warranty and then charged me $50 to do so! So much for buying quality...or not. Buyer beware!
