Ive used Ousley Vision Center for my vision care for years and Ive always been happy with them. Dr. Clem has served as my optometrist for a number of years now and Im extremely comfortable in her care. She takes her time, answers questions, explains things thoroughly, and her periodic changes to my prescription glasses always make things better.

Loved loved loved the Dr. and Staff both. Professional, friendly and I truly felt like they all cared for my situation. A family friendly practice who has helped my daughter in the past but this time it was old dad that needed help. They made it a really great experience and 5 stars is simply not enough to be able to give them!

The ladies that helped us pick out glasses played a large role in finding the right frame for our face and personality. They were honest when the frames didnt look good and tried to find the perfect fit. Truly 100% customer experience in every way. I am going to be recommending this place to friends and family.

I think the service has gone down hill in the last year. I felt like I was going to one of the box stores for my fitting. Very impersonal for the glasses fitting. The Dr. was great and explained things very thoroughly.

I’ve been going to Ousley Vision Center since I moved into the area in 2015. I’ve seen Dr. Amy Clem since then and every encounter with her and other staff has been wonderful. They’ve all been so kind and helpful. From my experience, I also greatly appreciate how organized their office is with insurance and benefits. I was just in yesterday for my annual visit to purchase a new pair of frames. Kim helped me go through quite a few frames, letting me know which brands would be covered more by my insurance, which made my decision making process a lot easier. I’m truly grateful for Ousley Vision Center!

I have worn contacts/glasses for most of my life so I have had to go to the optometrist many times. This was my absolute favorite experience thus far for so many reasons. To begin with, the staff was super friendly and courteous in a very genuine way. Dr Audrie was extremely knowledgable and warm and taught me new things about my eyeballs that I had never known before. Davina helped my pick the perfect frames after guiding me through many options that she suggested based off my face shape, style, etc.Overall, I am super happy with my experience at Ousley Vision Center and look forward to visiting the team again in the near future!

WOW! What a great family owned and well ran practice. Love these people! Ive been going to see Dr. Bruce for about 21 years now. Hands down, one of the best doctors I know. Within the past 5 years, the rest of my family have all been going too. Everyone there is always very professional and helpful. Their eyeglasses can be a little on the expensive side but the quality is far greater than other stores I have used. Well worth the extra money. Will not buy glasses anywhere else. I Highly recommend them for all your vision needs!

Their glasses selection was well curated with a ton of options. My eye doctor was Audrey - she really took her time with me and wanted to make sure I got the contact lenses that worked the very best for me. I can’t say enough good things about Ousley, I’m recommending it to everyone I know who has an eye appointment coming up.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bruce since I was 4 years old when he prescribed my first pair of glasses. 32 years later and he’s still prescribing me the best eyewear. His office uses the most advanced technology and is highly knowledgeable. Everyone is very polite, helpful and professional. I’ve always trusted them.

My recent visit was outstanding as usual. I first went in June to take advantage of a sale on prescription sun glasses thinking that I was having some focus problems due to light sensitivity. It turned out that Dr. Clem discovered a problem that had to be corrected with a minor laser procedure to return my vision to where it had been after cataract surgery 2 years ago. In August I returned to get the sunglasses. I told the lady that I had been told in June that they would honor the 30% off sale price-without checking or any hesitation she applied the 30% discount and did the usual outstanding job helping me find my sunglasses. I dont know how my experience could have been better !

Great with eye exams. But when I came in to pick out new glasses, the lady that helped me was very pushy. Would prefer to see someone else when I pick up my glasses Also gave me the wrong size glasses Ousley did fix this for me free of chargelast visit and others I am now with the greatest sweetest person that helps me every time i need glasses. True pros! My wife started with Ousley Vision Center first in 2019, and the optician - Natalie - offered to adjust my glasses at the same time. . . no charge and no obligation. So I took her up on her kind offer, and within minutes my glasses never felt better on me! And to give an idea of how important opticians are, before moving to DFW, I was with the same optician for 22 years.A year went by and I am back at Ousley for new lenses and Natalie is “our” optician! I know that online glasses are “a thing” these days. And maybe buying frames online or on sale elsewhere will work for you but when it comes to the lenses and fitting everything properly, only an expert optician can do it. You’ll regret trying to economize on the lens or the fitting of the frame. So when it comes to those two things, for me quality comes first - and that’s where Ousley shines!Selecting the right lenses, then meticulously measuring them for your unique needs, and then fitting the frame to your face properly cannot happen online! Only highly trained and dedicated opticians can provide these essential services - and Ousley has them! Even if you got your eyes examined someplace else, or got your frames somewhere else, like I did, Ousley’s opticians will be sure your lenses and frame fit perfectly!P.S. If you want the “full service” eye treatment, my wife thought the optometrist at Ousley and their frame selection was great too!

I have been a client at Ousley for several years. The scheduling and eye exam was a pleasant experience as usual, but my contact prescription was obviously incorrect when my new lenses arrived. (I think my stigmatism was measured incorrectly) They were not even willing to re-check the measurement without another full price eye exam fee(regardless of money lost on incorrect contacts) which is simply unacceptable.

It was an excellent experience from the moment I checked in at the front desk till I checked out at the end. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making sure that my needs were being met. Dr. Clem is amazing. She always tries so hard to make sure that she gets just the right combination for my vision needs. She never cuts any corners. I had to get new glasses this time, and Kim took a great deal of time with me. She helped me find just the right pair of glasses that not only looked good, but were the right fit for my face so that I could see properly. At check-out time, Heather made the jumble of insurance seamless. Once again, another friendly, knowledgeable, wonderful person. Its so nice to have such a caring team of people looking after your vision needs.

Dr. Audrie is the best! She remembers all the details of your last visit and really makes you feel like you are her only patient. Shes very knowledgeable and teaches you about your eyes as she examines you, so you walk away feeling comfortable and informed. Ive been driving by this vision center for years and cant believe I waited this long to switch. This is definitely my favorite facility of all optometrists I have visited in DFW (which is a fair few).

I loved the wide selection of eyeglass frames. I had not been anywhere else where the optician took my pictures wearing different frames so I could see how they looked on me. That was extremely helpful in picking the best frames for me since my vision is bad and it was hard for me to see how frames looked in a mirror.My eye exam was thorough and they didn’t rush through my visit.I would recommend this office to a friend.

She took time with me and I appreciate her recommendations (I see better now!). **I am very disappointed that you would not exchange my UNOPENED case of contacts (old RX) for a new one, especially since they were far from expiring and I bought them from your office. I would like to talk to your manager about it. My husband and I spent over $1000 this year on glasses/contact/exams. Thats the only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars.
