Faithfully been going to this Starbucks for at least two years. Very friendly staff and super accommodating.I’m so torn you guys are temporary closed, I’m anticipating when you open again 🤍.

The baristas were all so friendly and helpful! Super attentive and made sure the drink was perfect. Honestly one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to!

Dirty Dirty Dirty. Called corporate. No one has followed up. I spend 5.00 or more at least 4x week. Most Starbucks are Dirty. Again I have called corporate. They dont follow up or care. Its so Gross. Staff is nice.. Butttt

I just want to state how amazing this location and everyone in its team is!! Everyone was nothing but polite, and during times like these a smile can brighten anyone’s day!! Anna went above and beyond to assist me over the phone. I live about 25 minutes away, but I will make the drive any day for service like theirs. Keep up the great work guys, and THANK YOU for working during this time 🙏🏼

Terrible! They took over an hour just to make my 2 drinks! They were not that good anyway. I had a bogo deal and Anna was very kind about it except I overheard the manager telling her to charge me for the more expensive drink which is unbelievable also speed is not a thing here...

I have been going to the Renaissance Starbucks since it’s opened and what a wonderful place to be.. for me it’s a neighborhood coffee shop where everyone knows my name and of course know my beverage of choice..the baristas at this location are friendly, outgoing, hardworking friends that I appreciate very much!!... the management at this location is sometimes a bit shaky, as I know it’s a difficult job, but the baristas make up for that... I look forward to go a couple times a day and definitely think this Starbucks is a five ⭐️ location.. thank you for all you do... huge shoutout to Anna and Michelle for all they do!!!...

The service is awful and the staff is clearly inept. I ordered a Iced Coffee and a piece of coffee cake and it took them 40 minutes to make a piece of coffee cake and it got stolen. They didn’t put my name on it so someone just took it which just shows how awful their system is. The staff deliberately ingnored me when I asked for my money back and when I asked for something of equal price they gave me something that’s less expensive then what I paid for and never reimbursed me. Awful customer service and terrible system I would recommend never going to this Starbucks ever. I would like to inform the employees that they should be fired.

Generally, I like Starbucks coffee shops (in suburbs) because of their friendly personnel and nice interior. This spot unfortunately disappointed me a bit. The crew wasnt rude but at the same time I think they could be more polite.

I happen to Love Starbucks...the smells, the sounds, the staff, the drinks...everything! But I have to say, this specific Starbucks has some of the most outright ornery and rude baristas. Not all, there are some higher up staff that seem to just make up for the others that are less than barista status...but I can say, I do go out of my way now to go to Other Starbucks to avoid drama and negative vibes I get there from( morning) staff.

My matcha tea latte was clumpy and not stirred/shaken at all... left a bad taste in my mouth... Will not order again.

Friendly staff, quick service

Always the baristas are screeming, talking very loudly. I dont mind the noise, but sometimes is grueling. Also there are cigarette smell. It seems the door is open while they are smoking. It is disgusting.

Most of the employees do a great job!Just dont let Olivia or Maggie do your coffee or youd be drinking water instead of coffee, and having an over flow messy drink with a broken seal!
