In October, the phone started acting bonkers so I took it to the Apple Store where it was still under warranty….or so I thought! Because I had taken the phone elsewhere for repair four months prior, Apple wanted to charge me $200. This was after the technician told me they had been seeing the same issue with other iPhone 11s. When I shared my tale of woe with Brian, he immediately said, “bring it in. I’ll fix it.” And he did! I join the club of satisfied customers!

We brought our phone to CPR in Highland Park with a shattered screen. They were great! They replaced the screen promptly and suggested a few ways we can protect the phone from future drops. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the screen a few days later, but CPR replaced it under warranty without question. It now works perfectly. Great experience overall. I will continue to go to CPR Highland Park for all my cellphone/tablet/computer needs - I highly recommend!!

I brought my iPhone XS with a small crack on my screen for repair. They seemed to do a great job, but when I got home my FaceID and selfie camera no longer worked (they did work before the repair). The owner said he wouldnt do anything except offer to trade me for his older, lower memory iPhone. So now I am stuck buying a new phone since my work app requires a biometric sign-in.

I visited CPR Cell Phone Repair in Highland Park because it was located near my office. Brian greeted me and answered my questions about the poltergeist who had overtaken my phone. He told me he could try a repair and if it didnt work there would be no charge. The cost of the repair was reasonable and came with a guaranty for the time I owned the phone. The repair was quick and prompt. It has worked flawlessly ever since and I highly recommend you visit before spending the $$ on a new phone. Great customer service!

Great experience all around. Came in because charging port was not working well and screen was cracked. Within two minutes they had the charging issue fixed--free of charge. Screen repair was quick (under an hour) and phone has been working perfectly since then. Its like a brand new phone! Would highly recommend.

Brian is awesome. My wife’s phone died and the Verizon folks said it couldn’t be fixed. She did not have anything backed up so all her contacts and photos were in danger of being lost. Brian worked hard on getting the phone working and was able to recover all the data and get it transferred to a new phone. He even helped us with the backup so we will not have this problem again. He knows the workings of cell phones extremely well. Anytime I have a problem with a cell phone I’m going to have Brian fix it. I highly recommend him.

Iphone 6s needed new battery after about 3 years. CPR was close, and rather than spend extended time at the AppleStore or BestBuy.........they replaced it in about 10 minutes.......Fast, Professional, Friendly, Helpful, and they beat the other guys prices by a lot!! Highly recommended, especially if you live anywhere on the North Shore area.

I purchased a cpr cell phone repair coupon from Groupon and checked to see the locations and there was a shop in highland park where I live.When I brought my phone in I was told that this store didn’t participate in the promotion and that I would have to take my phone to Arlington heights. The parts they use would be inferior.I mentioned that I lived in highland park and felt this was poor customer service and was only told that he has a beautiful store with great merchandise so it would be my loss if I didn’t come back.Anyone who thinks I will lose by not shopping their store has the wrong attitude for a shop that wants to be successful.
