We had the pleasure of meeting and working with a wonderful store manager named Hector. Hector was very knowledgeable, patient and went above any beyond to help us, and made sure that we were taken care of. He was extremely honest, and instead of pushing us to buy a brand new phone, he explained how it is better off to go through insurance for now, wait some time and then get the new one in a few months, which would save us a ton of money. He could have just made the sale, but instead he was thoughtful and cared and did what was best for us and not himself and the store, in terms of, just making some extra money, when that didnt need to happen. I really appreciate his service and am so glad to know that I am working with honest people at this location and I will definitely continue to make this our Go TO store for all of our future purchases. Thank you.

Worked with Charlie on an upgrade to an IPhone 13 (Pro). He was phenomenal. We reviewed my account and he provided me with options and detailed costs. I will now be saving some money! I ordered the new phone at the Apple Store, picked it up and brought it to Charlie for activation and data transfer. He fixed any glitches and I was out of there with no problems. Highly recommend. I thought the $8+ charge to replace the ATT brand screen protector, that had a lifetime guarantee, was a rip off. The employee was there on his shift, no special tools or skill was required. That is a money grab. Next time I will do it myself.

Maria helped remedy had some line and functionality, and billing issues, that were created from an online call with AT&T from the previous day. Hector did a great job getting us going last spring. Unfortunately, he - along with Noor, have repeatedly ignored my requests to review my monthly bill. I know that I am being overcharged compared to the initial proposal Hector gave me. I originally texted Hector on 6/20 and have sent him many texts since. I stopped into the store and talked to Noor briefly on 9/18. He promised me that a manager (Alissa?) would work on it and get credits on my account by 9/20. I have repeatedly tried getting in touch with both Hector and Noor and have been ignored. I would be happy to improve the rating once this gets resolved and they actually get back to me with the promised billing corrections.

I can’t express how happy I have been with the customer service at this store. Grant helped switch our service and buy new phones. He was knowledgeable, helpful and got us the best deals possible. We came back today to get another phone and Joe helped us. Once again the service was great. Joe was so helpful and knowledgeable. Grant even remembered us and also helped. I HIGHLY recommend this store. BTW- all staff wore masks and respected social distancing.

This AT&T store has excellent service. Ralph was excellent At fixing the mess of devices and billing accounts on my AT&T mobility account. I am a deaf customer and Ralph was very patient and dealing with my disability given the inability to remove masks or allow me to lip read. Kudos to Ralph. I highly recommend that AT&T provide their retail associates with clear masks for deaf and hard of hearing customers like myself. It is the invisible disability that affects over 45 million Americans. Get clear masks. Thanks Ralph for fixing everything!

Nikki Coles at the AT&T Store in Highland Park provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to help us switch and install service for our 100 year old friend. She always responded to our queries and requests for help quickly including on her days off and after hours. She called the technician and ensured that he understood his customer’s needs and she and the technician kept us informed too. All of this made more difficult during the pandemic but Nikki worked hard to get the job done. We leaned on her heavily and she was always there for us. We can’t thank her enough!

I had visited this location on several occasions with my questions and issues.I had an opportunity to talk to several of the knowledgeable “ friendly experts” the title they wear so fittingly and proudly.Indeed, they are very well versed on complex issues, they are dedicated professionals, patient and supportive. “Friendly” does not even describe the credit they deserve, as they go out of their way to search for a resolution for a complete satisfaction.Kudos to this team, to their managers and the all members of this team!It shows, that they not only know what they are doing, but they perform it with joy!I highly recommend this store with any issues one may have, as they will go over and beyond their job description.

Was ready to leave AT&T after an atrocious experience at the Gurnee location where the rep didn’t even bother looking up my account. At that store I asked if he had a phone in stock and he told me to wait while he went in back. 15 mins later he finally came out and said his manager wants me to get a tablet. I asked if the phone was in stock and he said “I didn’t look”. Ummmm??? What? I then went to the Vernon Hills location on the way home and a really nice rep was the only person on the sales floor. She texted the other staff and called back to get me help. Nobody came out for 15 mins so I left...again.Today I came to the Highland Park store to figure out how to cancel my account since all my devices were paid off. Stephen was a huge help and shared the options and apologized for the other locations. He then gave me his card and offered any further help if needed.I came back 3 hours later and he continued to display superb customer service which ultimately lead to me not only staying with AT&T, but also upgrading a line with another upgrade planned in a week or two.Stephen’s skillset in helping customers kept me as an AT&T business customer when I was one step away from leaving. Cheers to him, this location, and knowing if I ever need anything I now have a location I can reach out to where things will be taken care of kindly and properly.

I went here to purchase a new iPhone and get information about changing my ATT Uverse service. I did not want to purchase the new phone on a plan and was told up go to Apple to purchase the phone. Then I was told to call ATT service to discuss issues about existing Uverse service and rates. Note I had been there earlier and did not know I needed an appt, so left and came back next day with an (Friday).After purchasing phone from Apple, went back to this store to set up phone (Saturday). I am 70 years old and not able to do myself. 2 previous phones were set up for me at this store. This time personnel seemed disinterested in helping me and ultimately did not transfer data etc because they said their connectivity was bad. I left with new phone still not set up!Next day, today (Sunday), I went to store in Northbrook Court. No appt, no waiting! Chad spent hours with me setting up phone, showing me how to use, AND set me up with ATT TV. All this while handling another walk-in customer and a phone call. He is wonderful to work with. I’ll never go back to Highland Park Old Skokie Blvd store.

Awful service. I called on Friday to see if there would be Iphones in stock for my in-store appointment on Monday. I was assured they had plenty and no need to purchase on Friday. I received 2 email and 2 text reminders for the appointment. Sure enough, no phones there on Monday when I arrived. This is a hard enough year without wasting my time.

Highland Park AT&T location in St Paul rocks!!!!! Ive been having problems with my fairly new iPhone 11. Ive been working with this store and Apple customer service to resolve the problem. Last night my phone stopped working again. I tried a restore again and this time it did not get my phone working. I went to the AT&T Highland Park store as a last ditch try before having to wait two weeks to get my phone repaired. AT&T resolved the issue and I dont have to go a few weeks without a phone!!!! Thank you again guys. :) .

I switched from Verizon to AT&T and purchased a new phone. Charlie Xu the senior sales rep helped me and he was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. It was a difficult sale (not his fault - Verizon’s fault!) and took over an hour and half - and a full hour after closing time. I felt terrible keeping Charlie there so late but he couldn’t have been nicer about it. He was an incredible sales person.

Joe was a big help when I went from an iPhone 8 to XR. Very professional, knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel bad when I asked a dumb question! They didn’t have an XR in stock so Joe suggested I go to the Apple store. I did, but they wouldn’t help me with any set up (“We can only spend 10-20 minutes per customer, you can do it online.” Uh, no.). I took the phone and went back to Joe. He did the whole switch seamlessly, got me a case and screen protector and gave me a operating lesson. I left the ATT store with everything set! Joe is the BEST!

I usually equate getting a new phone or switching carriers to the less than pleasurable experience of buying a car, but that was definitely NOT the case with my most recent experience at the AT & T store in Highland Park. When deciding to make the switch from Verizon I talked to a couple of their employees and all of them were extremely accommodating and helpful. I ended up working with Nikki Coles who was a rockstar. She took her time to thoroughly explain everything and made sure we got the best deal possible. She responded quickly to my texts, we set-up a mutually convenient appointment time where she proceeded to spend a good amount of time with us switching us over to AT & T and activating our 3 phones. She was incredibly patient, answered all of our questions and provided exemplary service! We didnt question the switch for one moment because we trusted her and knew we were in good hands. She is a model employee and I wont hesitate to reach out to her with any questions or issues. That being said, all of the employees at the store were very patient and hospitable. Its a busy store and they definitely try their best considering the demand.

Had a good experience with Joe in the past.Recently came into the store. Joe is a good man and tried to help again. He is a great employee and this review has nothing to do with him personally. I can tell he cares about providing customers with excellent service but his hands are tied by Att.If you have an issue with ATT and you go to a retail store you will hear crickets.In the past ATT would go out of their way to waive upgrade fees, negotiate bill issues, or do things so that the customer feels listened to.Att should replace their store and employees with vending machines. All they do is sell products now, they will not provide customer service.Employees cannot give credits, make changes or do much about anything. But they can sell you a new phone, make you a SIM card, or Sign you up for services.My phone service has been messed up for years and I have tried to get a resolution. My phone was shut off without any warning, yesterday, and I could not even dial *611. My multiple lines were turned off, and with everything going on this could have been life threatening.I have tried answering surveys from att, contacting att cares on twitter, going to retail stores, calling *611, etc. I could not make a payment over the phone, I had to personally go into the store, which had been closed due to Covid.ATT is not the same company it used to be. They only care about the bottom line and not helping customers.Try to ask for a credit, they will say they cannot do it.Ask for a store Manager, they will not have that info.Ask for a general manager, they will not provide a number.Ask for a district manager they will tell you they don’t have that info, but they come by randomly.Ask them to leave your concern in the notes, they will say they are not supposed to leave notes because they can be misconstrued.Show them a large payment from your credit card on your banks app (not just a screenshot) they cannot confirm it in their system.Ask them about previous years bills, well you have a different account number we can’t see 2019.Ask them about how att cares said they will not shut off service to people effected by Covid-19, they will tell you that that program is no longer offered.Have an issue, spend a long time on calls with their employees, mostly out of state or country, who are unable to do anything because corporate will not allow it.Att is great until you have an issue. Then it becomes pass the buck until the customer gives up or switches cell phone service.I don’t need a store employee saying we will look into this, we care, etc. or responding to this message to make it look like they are helpful.Ask them to adjust the bill, waive a fee, ask for a store manager, district manager, general manager, or help you with an issue with your account and leave an honest review here like I did.PS, check out how they have the same amount of 4 star reviews as they do with 1 star. Also virtually all of the 5 star reviews are left my people with only one review...👀
