I only call this company when I am absolutely desperate. Yesterday was one of those days. I was promised inventory was correct and that they would guarantee shipment the following day. After having made numerous calls to other suppliers, was am aware this item is not readily available and is not being produced at this time. I called back the same day and asked that the warehouse put their hands on this item and was again promised a call back. I did not receive a call at which point I called for the 3rd time. I was promised again that I would receive a call first thing the next morning. At 10am today I had not received all call at which point I called for the 4th time. I was told that someone would walk to the warehouse and locate the item and call me prompted. Over 5 hours later, I had to call againAs I suspected, the item was not available. I was informed that the item was ordered from another vendor but they cannot tell me whom. I am aware that Augusta and 17 other vendors do not have this item which I communicated. Given the failed promises and poor customer support to this point, you would think my order would receive the highest level of priority. It did not! I might get a call Monday (today is Friday).In my experience, they prices are fair; however the customer support to the worst I deal with!

While coaching a high school golf team, I went with Team Connection for the team gifts. I dealt with Julian M. and he was fabulous. Helped to get us exactly what we wanted & responded quickly! My boys & I and extremely pleased with the service and products from TC! A++++++

I have used Team Connection many times to place large orders for our campus recreation program. They are very quick to respond to emails and calls and get orders taken care of very quickly. The rates are great and so if the quality of the work that they do. I have used vendors that are in the same city as me in the past and Team Connection beats them not only in price and service but I get my products faster as well. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs custom apparel!

0 stars to be exact. My daughter along with several other girls from her VB club have either gotten NO jersey or the WRONG jersey. My daughter had to use a used jersey for her 1st tournament because her teams shipment was not received in time. Four weeks later for next tournament my daughters team finally received their jerseys except my daughter whose still did not arrive with her teams. So, yet again had to use a used jersey. Also the apparel store on her clubs website has been not available to take orders for 6 weeks. I called and emailed and have not gotten a response. Under Armour should be made aware of they type of company that is promoting their logo. Awful company and even more awful customer service. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!! I wonder if my daughter will every get her jersey before the seasons end.

The screen printed products looked really good & were high quality. Good prices & the sales manager I worked with, Michael Aust, was super helpful & responded very fast to my emails- a great employee! Only downside is it took almost 4 weeks for the products to be processed, printed, and shipped. I would order from here again, but I would just make sure I didnt need any screen printed products soon.

My Rep for my school is amazing and helps me get the products that I need to make my team looking great on the court! Team Connection was able to set up a temporary online store for our team in just a short notice. Their team was able to get us our gear even faster than we had hoped and the athletes loved the gear! We will be using their services again in the future when we need to order more apparel.

I wish I could give negative stars. I ordered my daughter some shoes on Nov 29th. Payment was completed 12/02. It is now 01/09. I have waited patiently but have received no further communication regarding the order. Usually businesses do not collect the money until they send the product but not this company.Finally, my daughters coach inquired and was told they had to wait for more orders to ship my order. I paid $3.99 for processing AND $12.00 for shipping which is more than enough to ship a pair of shoes ground. Why would they have to wait for a larger order to ship when I paid for shipping? Shady business practice. I will update when I eventually get the shoes.

If I could leave this company no stars I would. I have ordered uniforms for over 8 years now and this was the worst experience I ever had. It started with the lack of communication from the reps when it came to knowing the status of my items. Then there were tons of mistakes when it came to what I actually ordered. Again communication was not great I was always the one reaching out and didn’t get many returned calls unless I called multiple times. Once my account was passed over to Kim I thought things would be better she was extremely nice and professional and communication was better. However I didn’t receive my items in time, things were sent without a tracking number. Then once I got the stuff I was missing jerseys, spandex ect... I had parents upset with me because I didn’t have their kids stuff. I reached out to the owner of the company he assured me I would get my items on a certain day that didn’t happen things still came late. I spent over 30 grand with this company and I truly regret it. I was suppose to have coaches backpacks printed and shipped was told they were shipped on a certain day which was later known to be a lie because when I reached back out I was then told they had never been printed on. So now I have blank backpacks that I will have to get printed on myself. So as I stated this was the worst uniform ordering experience I ever had. I will never order from them again.

You cant get a better company to do your logo for business or pleasure. Amy and co. is always there to help with your logo or help design one for your needs.

The screen printing quality is very good. However, it can be hard to get through to a representative . When you do, they are friendly. If you are in a relative time crunch to get stuff (2-3 weeks) you may be out of luck. Price quotes and artwork approval can take a lot longer than at other places, from my experience.

I am the Team Mom for a High School Football Team in CT. One of my (100) jobs this season was to find a company to design and order team merchandise from. I called Team Connection and spoke with Jack Ohalloran. He was BEYOND helpful and never made me feel lost or confused which I absolutely was!!!! I will start this review off by saying the reason Ive given them two stars instead of one is because once we did get some of the product we ordered it was in decent shape.Now, the reason for the low stars is because the order I placed on 11/14/18 arrived on 12/31/18. The order I placed on 11/26 still has not arrived. The later was to be a Christmas present. I sent a message to the company inquiring about the order and was told it is to be shipped 1/7/19. Initially I was told these would be delivered the beginning of December. This is the message in its entirety:Hello,The estimated ship date on this store is Jan 7th and we are working to meet that shipping date.No apology, no signature, no reason for the order being as late as it was/is. I had to chase down the orders to find out when/if they would be delivered. Both orders were paid for at the time of order. I would not recommend this company based on both reasons stated above.Update: It took 46 days for our order to be fulfilled...5 shirts.

Mr. Ohalloran provided great customer service, and hot my order completed faster than expected. Will definitely use them for all of my athletic apparel needs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I set up a team store with them and they completely messed up the orders. Shipping incorrect and misprinted items. They have not been responsive to the many inquiries that parents from our team have sent them. It appears that they are not concerned whatsoever about their customer service or professional reputation. My next step is going to be to report them to the better business bureau of North Carolina.

I wish I could give a zero star. If you are looking for any sort of good customer service this is not the place for you. After over 30 emails and 20+ phone calls and I cant even remeber how many stories I was told I final have my product. I am not sure why I just did not cancel my order. Lession learned...Please dont just reply and say you are sorry like all the other post. You had several chances to make this right and could only say sorry.

Placed a order on December 11, 2019, with expected long delivery. I sent an email on January 14, 2020 to ask for an update. Didnt get a response till I emailed again. Finally received an email but they didnt bother to provide an expected ship date, just a This order has not shipped yet. We are working hard to get this order shipped out as soon as possible. Not too happy with this response that I had to email twice to get. I wouldnt recommend this place.

24 years in business and they can’t get the basics right. No communication, no follow through and so far...no products delivered. Shipment promised 5 weeks ago and still no idea when it’s coming. Shipping charges are outrageous. Costumers beware, stay away from doing business here.

Team Connection did the team store, last Fall, for Grimsley’s Swim and Dive teams. I worked with Jack O’Halloran. I couldn’t say enough great things about my interactions with Jack. He was very professional and responsive during the entire process. He answered numerous, numerous questions for me about setting up a team store. He also walked me through product selection. Jack was responsive in answering emails and voicemails in a timely manner. No matter the question, even if a repeat, Jack was patient and the consummate professional. Add me to the list of frustrated customers. First order had a filthy hoodie in it that took 26 days to replace and the second order is now approaching 8 weeks with nothing received. I call this morning and am told the order is delayed due to product backorders and it would be another week and half before it ships. I am then told the email address I have attempted to communicate with is the wrong one to address order issues despite it being the one provided in the order notification to contact if I had issues. Terrible company.
