I love this place!!! My friends daughter is going off to college and I wanted to get some embroidery done on some towels for her. I gave a brief description of what I wanted and they turned out beautiful!

I had high hopes based off of the reviews however my experience was a nightmare. I cant get anyone to answer the phone although they claim to be open 24/7. Then Im told 7-10 business days when I drop of my jacket - which I dont understand if you are open 24/7 wouldnt it just be 7-10 days? Here it is 10 BUSINESS days later, I have no jacket and my calls are being forwarded to voicemail and I leave for my out of town wedding tomorrow at 6am.I caution you when using this business if you have a deadline because they dont seem to care about it.

Absolutely a disaster of a place. Dropped off a jacket for a simple request for our wedding. Dropped it 4-6 and didnt need it until 4-21.. Were very hard to reach and when we finally did get in touch with them just to find out they did absolutely nothing but make excuse after excuse.

Amazing work, great communication and very accommodating. Pleasure to do business with!
