The staff and management are always pleasant and helpful. They are also responsive to feedback.

Rude & inhospitable. Charged me more than the shelf price & wouldnt correct it

Not planning on shopping there any more. Place looks dirty. The business prior to this company moving in looked cleaner. Shelves arent fully stocked. Also the place can cause high anxiety with it being so dirty.

Usually all the staff are nice. Despite all the people they have to deal with. Their is always a good atmosphere when I go.

The employees are very nice, its a quick in and out vs bigger stores making shopping faster and easier, plus the parking is much closer.

The store was a hot mess. The cashier was super unfriendly. Ill never go back to that location.

Store not opening on time waited for 10 minutes and even the Coca-Cola truck driver was waiting for someone to open.

Staff is wonderful

Clerk forgot to give me my bag of drinks and I drove across town without. So I tried to call them was on hold for 15 minutes with nothing so I gave up and drove back across town. When I got there I let him know that he forgot to give my bag to me and he said it was my fault. Not going back

A new young handsome manager just start working over there he is so nice, he assist me very well and he had a great customer service.

I like this location. i visit often. this location has had some of the best and worst employees ive encountered at family dollar. but i am truly grateful for family dollar. they are truly a lifesaver.

This is the cleanest, most organized Family Dollar I have ever been in. The aisles were clear of stock and debris. The staff was very courteous. I was clearly amazed. This will be my Family Dollar from now on.

I need to speak to a manager that is over this store. My grandmother went to by a pool. And as soon as we got home my grandfather had already boght one. We took it back to this store with the recipt. The manager and cashier talked to my grandmother like a dog. The pool is not open and we have the recipt. It has been 15 minites we have had the pool. And the cashier yelled at her said were not taking s*** back. And the man manager high fived her. I have never seen such awful behavior. I need someone to contact me that is over this store.

I would give zero stars if I could. Im tired of this store being closed without warning, without an explanation. I know there isnt any air conditioning, so I understand closing before the heat of the afternoon. But just not opening at all? When they were open the previous day all day with no issues? Im sick of it. If this store isnt going to run on a regular schedule, it might as well close down instead of wasting everyones time.

Me and my mother was recently banned from Family Dollar store for recording an store employee/manager who was being Islamophobic to me and discriminated against my mother for walking with a limp. The woman called me a freak (I have slight autism and speak with a lisp due to a speech impediment) and called 911 and informed the Police that we were recording her without her consent. The Police showed up and acknowledged that we werent breaking any laws and one officer said it perfectly... stop wasting our time with calls about someone recording you or youll be the one going to jail..... police handled it professionally considering there was a crimewave in the city.

If it wasnt sooo dang HOT in the store I wouldve rated it 5 stars the air conditioning needs to be FIXED IMMEDIATELY, but other then that the store is clean, well organized and the staff was polite!!

Its ok, its the only place around it in walking distance to get some grocery items. They always think your stealing, and make you feel uncomfortable, I wouldnt go if I didnt have to.

This store does not have working air conditioning and closes daily from 12pm until 5pm. As much money as Family Dollar makes, there is NO EXCUSE for this! The owner of this store should be ashamed to allow its employees work and patrons shop in such terrible conditions! Sad!!
