We had Boyles completely refurbish our master bathroom. Other contractors were only interested in providing a quote whereas Boyles was very helpful in the decision making process. The number of choices can be overwhelming and Amber was outstanding in helping make those decisions. Once the work got started, the workers were very professional and respectful of everyone else in the house. Of course any project has unexpected items come up. When they did, the workers were very helpful in talking thru the options. In the end, we love the level of quality in the workmanship and felt we got good value for the money spent.

Our project was a complete gutting of our master bathroom. Sean came out and we explained what we thought we wanted to do and Sean made a couple of suggestions that would work better for us, taking the time to explain every step of the process. He followed up with sketches of the work to be done as well as a very detailed estimate. O5/06/2020 UPDATE: MANY PHOTOS DELETED. Wow !Poor work quality. It all looks grand when initially done, but just wait until you start paying close attention to detail. I read many negative reviews about the owners demeanor from years back and it is unfortunate that the same footsteps have been followed. Everything is all happy and smiles until problems arise, and then they have attitudes and excuses for everything and never admit they messed up. They are masters at covering up but time always exposes the quality of the work and the quality of materials used.

We LOVE our new kitchen! Boyles Home Improvement made renovating our kitchen so easy. We had a three-room (dining room, kitchen, and breakfast nook) conversion complete with wall removal, load-bearing beam replacement, window resizing/replacement, and seamless flooring replacement. Sean listened to our list of must-haves and designed a great layout, making sure we were satisfied before completing the estimate and ordering materials. He even offered more economical suggestions... and was so patient during our endless barrage of questions. Amber is a TALENTED designer who was super-easy to work with. She offered options based on what we originally wanted and showed alternatives we would have never thought of. She walked us through every step – with a smile on her face the entire time! They have an amazing team of workers. They treat your home as if it were theirs. Even if using subcontracted workers, Tristan was always there to make sure everything was up to their standards. WARNING: If you let this company do work in your house, you need to check, and double check everything. They are masters at concealing damage and shoddy workmanship. Here are a few photos of stuff they refused to come back and fix because they said we found it outside of the warranty period. Even though it is apparent that this damage was here day one, it was just hidden very well. So, buyer beware. They are counting on you not to find the flaws until the warranty has expired. So much for honesty. I remember the good old days where if someone did a poor job, they didnt mind making it right. Those days are gone. This company deletes bad reviews.

Sean, Tristan, Amber, and the rest of their staff were great to work with! Sean was always open to my ideas and went above and beyond by making floating shelves and a hood for my kitchen. His feedback was never condescending like so many other contractors I’ve come across. Bathroom Remodel: This company is by far the best I have ever worked with! From start to finish the whole process was painless. A few months back we found a terrible mold problem in our kitchen and Sean came out the next day to work up an estimate for repairs. Sean & Amber were great & guided me thur the process with beautifulfixtures & cabinetry & new floor. All the tradesmen took this job seriouslyas if it were their own. We had a stand up shower stall that shared a wall with our garage. The previous owners of our townhome had replaced the garden tub that was in the same bath with a huge shower with a seat and enough room to have a party. However, they left the stand up shower unused and just dead space. We purchased the property about a year ago downsizing from twice the square footage and wanted to convert the shower stall into a closet. We also wanted to utilize the floor drain and hot and cold water lines and place a laundry sink on the other side of the shared wall with the garage. Sean came out to give us a quote and he also made great suggestions about how the project could be accomplished look great and save us money. We had others to also quote the project. Some had a higher price some a little lower but none had the vision of what we wanted as much a Boyle’s did. We accepted their bid and were given a start date for the job. Unfortunately, during that period we ran into the COVID-19 situation. This held up the start of the project for a few weeks but during that time Sean and Amber kept us updated on when things would get back on track. Last week they started the conversion of the shower stall to a closet removing the shower stall building out the framing for a beautiful set of twin entry doors for the closet hiding all the piping for the water lines and floor drain under a custom built shoe rack. They also installed and hooked up the laundry sink in the garage and a super bright LED light in the closet. Everyday their crew showed up on time, worked diligently to complete the job and cleaned up before leaving everyday. We would also receive an update daily from Amber at Boyle’s as to who and when the crew would return for the next days work. The job is now complete and we could not be more pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism shown by all of the employees who worked at Boyle’s. We highly recommend them for your next home improvement, repair, or remodel.

The colors of blue and grey in the shower tiles, accent tiles, flooring, countertop, toilet and sink are just as I wanted. We hired Boyles to perform an extensive remodel on our townhouse. The baths and kitchen were completely redone along with the floors and the walls repainted. The work was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed working with all of the Boyles team. We ran into some issues with the cabinets not being ready on time but that was not a Boyles issue but rather the cabinet maker. Even though there were delays Boyles kept us updated throughout the entire process. Any time we had an issues or concerns they were more than happy to answer any of our questions. After the work was complete there were a couple of items that needed to be addressed and they were very accommodating with our schedules and came out to address them right away.
