Really great experience with the sales manager, Doug. Very nice, super knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. Definitely check them out if you’re considering a new mattress!

My husband and I had such a GREAT experience here! We had gabby and Doug help us and another kind man who I didnt catch the name of but they were all VERY nice and very helpful, didnt push us into anything, they genuinely wanted to help!What servant hearts! ❤

My boyfriend and I had the best experience. We have been looking for a new bed and went by the High point store and found our bed and nee pillows. We cant wait to get it. The salesman was very knowledgeable and gave us a pleasant experience.

Bed will not hold air Sleep number said it will take 3 weeks to get parts and technician out. Normally I would do it myself but I just had surgery on my shoulder and cant do it. The store has offered no help. The manager was less than helpful except to tell me to contact customer service. Terrible customer relsations. Been a Sleep number customer for 15 years not any more.

Juwuan Bizzel was our sleep associate (Main St. High Point, NC). What an awesome person to help us. Juwuan answered all our questions, explained everything to us and didnt mind that we tried out 3 beds. Juwuan was so professional but personable also. What an associated!!! We have not gotten our bed yet but we have slept on the pillows......WOW!!!! We are so excited about getting our bed. We are so confident that this is the bed we have needed for some time now.
