Was billed full amount, entire order not delivered. No replies to my emails. Got Paypal involved, French Laundry asked me to release them (assured me items were on my way) since they were not getting paid.I released them...2 months later still no items. Be very careful ordering from them. Use a credit card so you have recourse.
