Visiting High Point from Arizona, we needed to have our vehicle inspected for a return trip and I took my HHR to Beamer. They performed the inspection and kept me abreast of the progress via text. I couldnt have felt more comfortable with the service and price from them. So I took our PT Cruiser to them for a fuel pump and it was the same great service. Everyone there were extremely courteous and helpful and we couldnt be happier. Finding someone to trust your vehicle to when youre from somewhere else is tricky, Beamer proved to us that they are an honest and trustworthy company to do business with.... thank you Beamer.

Service & quality of repair was good, but the only complain I have is I wasnt told theres a charge for checking the car even they do the repair. Just make it sure you ask up front on any charges.

I didnt actually get my car serviced here but I walked in trying to get my car inspected and the guy was so nice and honest. They were booked all day at this and shop along with his two other shops around town. He told me of a place down the road that I would be able to get in right away even though he didnt own the other shop or wouldnt make a dime from me going down the road. This kind of honestly is hard to fine.

These guys are the real deal!!!! My truck broke down Thursday morning and I called them and Dave said bring it in he would take a look at it. I had it towed there and by Friday morning at 10:00 am they called me with the diagnosis. I gave Dave the green light to fix it and by 2:00 that afternoon they had it repaired. Being they had to drop the gas tank and replace the fuel pump, it was an awesome job!!! Highly recommend anyone with car issues to call these guys first!

My 2004 Explorer has been a workhorse. Yesterday, its radiator died. I called Beamer, got the car towed to them at 9:15 this morning. I picked it up at 4:45 this afternoon, new radiator and hoses, and my car runs like a champ. Good service, great people, new parts. Who could ask for more, and under $925, tow and all. Highly recommended!

Went in for an alignment and paranoid due to having new aftermarket wheels on my truck. David went the extra mile to tell me how the alignment machine works so the wheels wouldnt get scratched. These guys took their time and got it done right without any flaws. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

The waiting room was very comfortable. There were even a jigsaw puzzle and a book of crosswords for us as well as coffee. The service was prompt and courteous. I will definitely return here for any service I need on my Mazda CX5.

I honestly should have read the reviews and avoided this place. They completely overcharged me for simply looking at my vehicle. When asked why the high charge, the mechanic started telling me how a car works - could never come up with a full answer on what they did for the charge to be so high. Maybe this place has good mechanics and some honest people....good luck. Just know, I do not mind paying - when actual work is done. I just paid to be educated on this business.

As always, the staff at Beamer Tire and Auto Repair in High Point were very nice and polite. They are very patient and dont try to sell you anything you dont need. If there is such thing as women friendly and honest,, then that description fits them perfectly. I enjoy going to them and will refer my friends to them.

I have been going here for years. I have always had excellent customer service and paid a fair price. About a year ago I had a small problem with a repair. I spoke with the owner about it and he made it right. I will continue to go to Beamer for my auto needs. I can always just stop by and ask them to check the fluids or air pressure in my tires and they do it immediately and without charge. You dont get that kind of service at most places. When I moved to High Point couple years ago I was really worried about finding a mechanic who I could trust. I tried them out very cautiously at first but as time went on I realized how courteous they treated their customers. I can’t say enough good about the people at Beamer. From the first time I started going, they’ve been friendly and welcoming. They remember who I am and take good care of my car. I switched to them for my regular maintenance after the dealership I was taking it to for service repeatedly ripped me off. The mechanic is knowledgeable and helped me with selecting which services I needed to have done at certain mileage readings. I completely trust his judgement, and that’s important to me for a mechanic. In no way do I feel he has ever recommended a service not needed. I bought my tires through Beamer, and they’ve repaired nail damage at a moments notice, rotated for free, and answered any questions I had. Thank you Beamer! We will keep coming back to you!

I just bought 4 new tires from them, and as always was very pleased with the service. They even offered to file the tire rebate for me! Such complete service! I highly recommend them!Went in yesterday for my 70,000 mile check up and oil change. I know Ive said this before in previous reviews, but I am always greeted happily and they are such a friendly group. You can tell they like their work and their customers! Yesterday in the waiting room was a young Hispanic woman speaking Spanish on her cell, an older white woman working on the ongoing puzzle table set up in the waiting room, a younger black guy waiting on his car and just chilling, and an older white man sitting and chilling. I observe this and offer it to say Beamer draws a diverse group from the community that appear happy to be there for the service. This is important in terms of the respect for the community and the service they offer. It says a lot about the culture of the business and the way they treat their customers. I continue to be one of those happy customers!

Loved going to Beamer Tire to have my oil changed or vehicle worked on. When I worked at Napa on North Main in High Point was the easiest thing to drop off my vehicle and know withwit a doubt they would do awesome work. Beamer needs to put a location here in Mount Airy because the mechanic shops/oil change places up here are a joke.

The Man at the front desk was super kind and courteous. Being from out of town and depending on the previous ratings I went here. They were able to work me in. Of course I had to wait a little bit. They were booked solid. If you are looking a place for tires and repair and also auto repair you should really give these guys a chance to do your work.

Within the past few years I have used a number of mechanics in the High Point area and hands down Beamer has been one of the most professional and helpful auto repair centers that I have visited. The manager and staff are respectful not only to customers, but to each other as well. They were realistic and reasonable with handling a number of oil changes, tire replacements, and other threatening issues dealing with my car. They also made me feel as though they appreciated the value of my time and money. I plan on continuing to use Beamer Tire and Auto Repair as my primary mechanic and I do recommend their establishment.

Racist manager and workers.They did a very poor job when I went in to change my rare brakes and had an incident on the highway. Went back to get it looked but they refused to take a look. Manager was hesitant and mechanic who took it for a ride made derogatory comments and refused to check it. I refused to leave until it is checked and they threatened to call police. I insisted and then they checked it and fixed issue.Bad experience and NEVER going back!

I was traveling from Ohio to Myrtle Beach and stopped in High Point when I realized something was wrong with my car. I called the first nearby auto repair shop that came up on google and asked if I could bring my car to be looked at. The folks at Beamer’s took my car right in and fixed it quickly. The bottom cover on my front bumper was hanging off the front of my car. They did not charge me for the repair! I was so grateful! When I was sitting in the shop I overheard them talking with other customers. They were so kind, helpful and I could tell they took pride in their work and cared about those who brought their cars in. If I lived in High Point, NC I would trust them to be honest and thorough with my car repairs. I needed my brake pads n maybe my rotors done. I drop my car off the night before n they started to work on my car the next day. I got a call from David about replacing the pads, rotors n the calipers $800 plus I told them I could not afford that but to go ahead n do the pads n rotors. David told me only doing the pads n the roots There WILL BE NO WARRANTY UNLESS I DID THE CALIPERS. Needless to say I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. NO ONE SHOULD BE BULLIED INTO GETTING SOMETHING JUST TO GET A WARRANTY.

Very good service. The best part is that they now take appointments. I have never had a problem with this agency. If youre going to wait for your car, take something GOOD to read; all they have in their racks is religious junk!

Theyve even allowed my parents to pay over the phone when my meager college budget would not allow me to pay for a service. I would definitely recommend Beamer Tire to anyone in the Triad area.

They checked my sons car out before they even started the work and told me what I needed and the cost, turns out it was just something simple. Which didnt cost me anything but a routine check, which was good for me.

I work around the corner. A hose on my car broke and I took it here, my family normally gets work done at the High Point Beamer. Buddy said it would be late night or the next day before he could look at it, I decided just to get it towed to my house to fix it myself. No big deal. I asked him if I could leave it in the parking lot to get towed and he was extremely nice about it. Hes a great guy and super friendly.

Couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from Beamer. Randy went above and beyond to help me solve my van’s issues. Have always received great service from these guys and they’ve always made me feel like I was given honest, accurate, and fair information, pricing and service.

Recently moved to Greensboro from up north and was in for routine maintenance oil and tire rotation, had been referred to Beamer from a coworker. the staff at Beamer was very friendly both on the phone and in person at the Wendover location. they take pictures of anything needing immediate or likely future attention and they show you the parts before replacing in person so you can really see what is being done and approve work and charges in advance. I believe them to be honest professionals as I knew what was going on with my car before getting there, and some things that other shops in another state told me I needed to replace Beamer said was fine. very reasonable prices from what I saw. will definitely be back to Beamer for my auto needs. highly recommend!

I take my cars there regularly. They are honest and do a good job. Recently they found an issue that was $600 fix but they encouraged me to take my car back to where the work was done. Luckily I took Beamers suggestion and I went back to the other dealer and it was still under warranty. Beamers honesty saved me $600!

Great Service and HONESTY!! Beamer charged more than a dealership on a timing belt change, but explained why. Then found out other dealership wasnt taking care of ALL the work and I was proud of Beamers (Buddys) explanation of work. When youre honest, you get business. These guys have it for me everytime.
