The ONLY upside to this company is they help build credit! Other than that, the staff is EXTREMELY Rude and harasses you like a debt collector even after speaking with them. There is NO INTEGRITY OR HONESTY at this location.

Arthur and Rosalyn did a wonderful job with getting me straight in a clutch replacing items I lost in an apartment flood. Id recommend them to anyone!

Me and my husband just rented a couch, washer and dryer with plans on using same as cash in 90 days. Our first payment was due this Monday well between moving and deposits and paying rent again we have tried explaining to Arthur that our payment would be made this coming friday. Instead of being understanding we are just told something has to be paid over and over again with NO wiggle room. If youre looking for a decent place to rent or buy furniture with decent working associates this is NOT the place. Arthur has blown my husbands phone up all day today while my husbands been at work. When I call to explain to Arthur he is VERY rude and says the same thing over and over like a robot-they HAVE to have a payment and cannot wait one week. We already thought $300/a month was steep for a couch, washer and dryer but with plans to buy it within 90days we went for it. Needless to say we will be looking elsewhere to buy furniture today. I would give 0 stars if I could, harassment, rude and non understanding.*****Update its now 3/4/2021 We made our payment and now they are harassing us yet again!!! Called and woke me up (I work second) and not even using their phone number. Their using private numbers to call me on. Alvin really is the WORST. He started an argument with me as soon has I picked up the phone. NEVER AGAIN!!!*****

Really wish i ccould have selected 0 stars..Im not a customer of Bestway but have called and used my card to assist someone who is several times..i took my card in so that my information that was already being illegally saved could come out of Bestways data base..was told that my card was removed and woke up to $248.00 being stolen from my account by Bestway again..this is the 3rd time this has happened and me left in a bind while corporate takes their time to not respond to my several calls or messages left for them, Im being forced to legally take matters into my hands because now my identity and account are at risk.This is illegal and has my data in a system that could breach my identity since it seems they are refusing to take it off..very janky, unprofessional, and thievery is the experience Im getting and Im not even a customer.🤔🙄😑😏

I called to the store inquiry about Recliners for my husbands Birthday gift and they lied to me over the phone saying they had it but when I came in they dont even carry the chair from the sales ad paper that was mailed to my house. So I say rude, and unprofessional service!

I will NEVER go back to this store. They are very unprofessional and undecided! They gave me 6 different prices I would have to pay a month in 2 days!. I would never recommend this place to anyone. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! Arthur is not a good manager! And London is not a good employee!

Very poor customer service. These people are taking advantage of the needy. They give you low weekly payments totaling almost 3 times what the USED product is worth. They do have same as cash if you pay in 90 days, but will not allow you to pay all of it at once you must make at least two payments. The beginning of this transaction, I was going to be charged over $500 for a used Armana? washer. I had to almost walk out of the store before they readjusted the price not once, but twice. Turns out I have to pay $215 for a used washer.This is not the Bestway for you to rent to own!

Ive never used this service before, so I was unsure what to expect. Arthur was very gracious and accommodating with me. I forgot the other womans name, but she was helpful too, and even came right over to my residence to assist with a small mishap. The delivery man Dre was extremely nice!!! All in all, everyone was very professional with me!!!!Fast forward...They have zero understanding! I fell into a six inch deep hole and was out of work for two weeks. I was harassed constantly. Even when I had major surgery and was out of work for three months. Luckily I had short term disability and was only getting $120.00 weekly. Arthur had zero understanding and the they took all of my money. I was so stressed out and was barely able to recoup. I cant wait to pay off what I owe. I know I wont be back.
